Good quality coffee and amazing pastries (my husband had seconds on the chocolate croissant). Also the prices were very cheap for the quality!! We were impressed while we were eating and even more so when we paid! Recommend.

We came here intending to get dinner, but decided to do as the locals do and started with aperitivo and then dinner. Best decision ever! The food was wonderful, cocktails were one of the best we’ve ever had (the peaty and thor were great for a summer day), and of course we just had to do dessert after being so impressed with both the food and service. Definitely a must-stop when in Modena!

Great little Grand Cafè in the center of Modena! 5 stars for being one of the few places, if not the only one, that has (free) Wi-fi!

Very sweet place for nice cafe in the morning and a small breakfast. It was delicious, decent prices and kind waiters. They speak English and Italian, super clean and local food. I fully recommend. Go to the counter to order.

Our experience at Mon Cafè while on our honeymoon was truly incredible! The breakfast was everything you’d want it to be — the espresso was excellent, the pastries were sweet and delicate, and the atmosphere was authentic and inviting. The staff were incredibly kind, and their service was impeccable. We also had a few drinks here before we caught our train out of town, and they were delicious. You have to come here if you are staying in Modena — it is a delight!

We went here everyday during our time in Modena. Would have tried the whole menu if we could. Food is high quality with fresh ingredients. Staff are friendly. Loved seeing locals coming in regularly, as well as visitors like us. We would definitely return when we visit Modena again.

A wonderful gem of a restaurant in Modena! We loved having aperitivo here before dinner and people watch at any time of the day. The cocktails were among the best we've ever had and the food was absolutely delicious. Don't miss out on this if you're in the city! We loved it so much that we came back for two more breakfasts. The English is relatively limited but that doesn't stop hospitality.

Absolutely wonderful! Did not expect much on a short stop in Modena and that was one of the best dinners I had in a while. Stunningly great food with beautiful presentation and superb service!

THE CUTEST LITTLE PLACE. We came here for breakfast because the B&B we were staying at is owned by these wonderful cafe owners as well. Fresh orange juices to great cappuccinos and yummy pastry treats. I wished we had more time in the charming city of Modena to try more things here but next time!

Free water, free appetizers and all we have to do is keep drinking? Done! The spritz was delish (orange/ bitter). Staff was friendly, no English but they figured us out. Get there right at 7 on a Saturday as they fill up fast. Great pre dinner spot.
