They did didn't even let us finish our food, they gave us the reserved table, and when they came, the waiter behavior was un acceptable, he said us to just stand up and move

so much rice I ate more rice than I've eaten in my life I could not stop eating the food the daal was wonderful everything so delicious must go

I had a truly awful experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the disgusting behavior of the staff. They brought someone else’s potato fry at our table alongwith the thakali meal we ordered. Since it was my first time trying thakali meal we thought it to be complimentary. The manager charged us for that item separately saying it was our fault we didnt notify them about the fries. I was not willing to pay for it to which the manager started behaving dismissively and led to a heated conversation. I later on agreed to pay half of the price for the item which he didnt take as well instead kept on abusing. People like him give a bad name to Nepalese people. Tourists who are coming from abroad trying to taste the local delicacy, i would strongly recommend not to visit the restaurant if you value the bare minimum customer service

We were at the restaurant which is renowned for offering the best Nepalese dish...and it didn’t disappoint. I found the waiters generous in their service and found everyone helpful

If you want a disappointing experience of Nepali cuisine, this place is a must visit! The dal was hopeless and full of haldi. The mushroom was floating in oil as was the papad. The aalu was full of timbur and the tomato chutney full of chillies. Its just like the seeing the mona lisa in person. It does not live upto the hype. Would not recommend.

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against visiting. We were a group of 14, recommended by the manager of our hotel, but the service was abysmal. The staff running the restaurant seemed completely disinterested in their customers, offering virtually no service or hospitality. While the food wasn’t the worst, the lack of customer service and attention left a lasting negative impression. I would rate the service and customer care at zero.
