We recently had Monarch Homes build our forever home on our land, and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the team made us feel heard, valued, and truly excited about the process. Building a custom home can be overwhelming, but Monarch made it such an enjoyable and stress-free experience. They guided us through every step with patience, clear communication, and genuine care. We never felt like just another project — it really felt like they were as invested in our dream home as we were. The quality of their work speaks for itself. What stood out most to us was how easy and enjoyable it was to work with their entire team. Everyone—from the sales team to the builders (Thank You Amy, Brian & Chris)—were professional, kind, and passionate about their work. We always felt supported and informed, and that level of trust made all the difference. Now that we’re living in our new home, it still feels surreal that this beautiful space is ours. We’re beyond grateful and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We spent a long time looking for the right house plan and builder to build it. We found Monarch Homes and the Townsend plan! We built on our own property. (About 6 months start to finish!) After seeing the quality construction and clean job site day after day , we and our neighbors, were VERY impressed. Amy, Chris and dear Brian were a true dream team!! Monarch Homes are true Builders of Choice!!

We recently built our custom home with Monarch and I cannot recommend them enough. The entire team went out of their way to help us at every step in the process. Amy and Chris were very helpful during the initial planning process, while Jillian helped us pick the perfect interior and exterior design elements. Tom, our project manager, was especially helpful and patient when it came to answering our numerous dumb questions throughout the build. Even after we moved in, Tom and Kathy were incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing any issues we had - which were very few and minor. I also wanted to compliment the Monarch team on keeping such a clean job site. Every time we stopped by to visit, I was impressed with how clean and organized the site was. Having grown up around construction, this really stood out to me and goes a long way to show how much pride they take in their work. One last thing: their landscsper was amazing. Unfortunately, I cannot remember his name, but he went above and beyond for us. We asked him to clean out some trees from our backyard. He did, and also used some of the rocks he found to build us a very cool fire pit. We also get lots of compliments on our grass, which went from dirt and rocks to thick and green in just a couple of months.

We had the pleasure of building our new home with Monarch Homes in 2022, and after living in it for a couple of years, we are absolutely thrilled with our decision. The quality of our home has exceeded our expectations in every way, and it truly feels like a dream come true. I’ve been happy with my monarch home. But if I had to do it all over again I would definitely fight them with the flat paint on the walls. With the inspection’s I would bring a lot of people to look on the inside and outside. Check all the doors make sure the doors latch & the stones in the front are all there check all the finishings through the whole house. I know nothing is perfect but it is your money & your home.

Starting with our initial meeting with Amy, who took the time to explain how Monarch will build on your lot or in a development, we knew we were dealing with a great company. We outlined our wishes, and Monarch was able to work with us on all of them. Once we made our selection from the wide variety of home plans offered by Monarch, we were able to sit down with Amy and discuss what additions/changes/customizations we would like to make to truly personalize our home. Amy listened, conferred with the owner, Chris, and came back with what could be accomplished and even some suggestions for ways to improve on our wishes. With the next step being the approval of plans with Chris, and final discussions of how the process will progress, we were under construction. We were assigned an amazing “personal builder”, Tom who was our point of contact while our home was under construction. Again, Tom represented the stand-up nature of Monarch Homes. No unexpected surprises, just great communication. There was a walk through or a meeting to double check all aspects of the build during electrical, HVAC, drywall and exterior progress. During one particular meeting, Tom noticed something that would have been better placed elsewhere on the house, and made sure the change was made. That is the kind of experience and knowledge Monarch offers. We have built new homes with other “Big Name” builders, and were shocked at the personal attention, the corporate attention to detail and the over all feeling of care and attention that we received with Monarch Homes of Ohio. Not one person we encountered during the building process was less than knowledgeable, helpful or caring. Being the first home completed in a new development required some additional involvement of Kathy, the Office Manager, to get local services to recognize the new address.
