This hotel experience will not disappoint. The staff are professional, attentive and lovely. From the moment we walked into the lobby until we checked out (early sadly due to the strike) we were pampered in a way that was unobtrusive and bespoke. From dinner at Botargo, the hotels delicious restaurant, to the rooftop pool bar, Ennia, for drinks and small bites, the food and service is amazing. I can personally recommend the Orzotto with langoustine at Bartago and the crispy shrimp tacos and potato churros at Ennia. The drinks and wine weee also spot on. Be sure to ask Poly in Ennia what to order, she knows her stuff. The room was spacious and well appointed, breakfast plentiful and delicious in Samite, the hotels morning venue and afternoon/evening bar. Be sure to reat with an Agean Spritz on Samite peaceful back patio. Over all an amazing experience that will not disappoint. I cannot wait to return.

The hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. Their professionalism shines through in everything they do. About three weeks ago, I stayed there on a business trip, which happened to coincide with my birthday. To my surprise, I found warm wishes from the entire hotel team waiting for me in my room, along with a delightful cake. They are more than just professionals—they truly care. Thank you for the wonderful stay you offered me.

Checked into the MonAsty Autograph Collection and am already regretting only staying here two nights. We were welcomed at the curb by hotel staff, who escorted us to Reception for check-in formalities. Presented with a welcome Prossecco and were informed that we had received an upgrade. Staff member escorted us to our room to explain all the features and amenities. Breakfast service is phenomenal. Amazing buffet selection, along with some a-la-carte options also included. Amazing property located a couple blocks from the sea.

Excellent 5-star stay in the heart of Thessaloniki! Beautiful rooms, super comfortable beds, and a fantastic breakfast with both local and international options. The staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. Perfect central location, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. True luxury and hospitality – highly recommended!

The entire Front Office Department—Vasiliki, Petros, Stathis, Ioannis, and Konstantinos—were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff. Definitely a good choice for our recent stay in Thessaloniki. My only complaint is that the rooftop was not yet open for the season, I wish that was made clear ahead of time because one reason we booked the hotel was because of the advertised rooftop! I would still highly recommend but, a note for the hotel, please list the opening dates of the roof/pool so people are not disappointed! The staff was amazing, always there to offer some kind assistance, and the hotel is designed beautifully!
