My stay at The Monasty Hotel was absolutely exceptional, especially since they helped me with my marriage proposal. The team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable.||Outstanding Service||Vana Aivazidou, the Front Office Manager, flawlessly orchestrated everything. Ntora and Ioanna from Guest Relations provided invaluable, thoughtful assistance. The entire Front Office Department—Vasiliki, Petros, Stathis, Ioannis, and Konstantinos—were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Even the grooms, Nikos and George, were efficient and cheerful, ensuring everything was perfect.||A Truly Special Experience||Beyond the beautiful hotel itself, it's the genuine warmth and dedication of the staff that truly sets The Monasty Hotel apart. This is an exceptionally great hotel in all areas. We received a very friendly welcome and felt immediately at home. All the staff at reception, in the bars and in the restaurant were incredibly friendly and courteous at all times. I can't imagine better service. The design of the hotel is very elegant and the rooms offer every comfort. The breakfast offers a buffet as well as small dishes a la carte. The Greek dishes were particularly delicious. We felt very comfortable here, also because the hotel is right in the center. The sea is just a few minutes and in walkable distance away and there are many restaurants and cafes around. We will gladly stay at the MonAsty again on our next trip to Thessaloniki.

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing staff. Definitely a good choice for our recent stay in Thessaloniki. My only complaint is that the rooftop was not yet open for the season, I wish that was made clear ahead of time because one reason we booked the hotel was because of the advertised rooftop! I would still highly recommend but, a note for the hotel, please list the opening dates of the roof/pool so people are not disappointed! The staff was amazing, always there to offer some kind assistance, and the hotel is designed beautifully!

MonAsty Thessaloniki is one of those rare experiences you feel absolutely compelled to review. An oasis of modern tranquility in a busy city, the hotel exceeds expectations in all aspects. Room was just fabulous, breakfast was excellent, location just right but it was the staff that was always there when you needed them, without intruding. Many thanks to Vana and her team for the personal touch and friendly professionalism. Great job!

My partner and I arrived at the hotel on 28.05.25. We are leaving on 02.06.25....in a nutshell the experience is/was OUTSTANDING....I am using the term OUTSTANDING because perfection doesn't exist. Here is why I am grading the hotel OUTSTANDING:|- We were picked up at the airport in a very luxurious car. The driver was very friendly and professional. |-Then we arrived at the hotel. Staff welcomed us with a drink |-Our daily experience: Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were fantastic (very professional and friendly staff; the food was top qualify; the room and other parts of the hotel are nicely decorated and extremely well cleaned; ps: very nice roof top.|-Big shout out as well to housekeeping....||Well done Monasti Thessaloniki Hotel!|Keep up with the good work!|Big THANK YOU |for the experience!||I really recommend this hotel....trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I was very excited about this hotel when I made the reservation and it proved itself to be true. At all levels, service is amazing. Very friendly and very professional at the same time. Roof top bar is marvelous. Location is perfect, in the middle of restaurants, bars… Take a nice walk by the sea after having your nice wine. I only had small problems in the room. My dustbin in the bathroom was broken. My shower was not working properly. There was no place to put the decorative cushions, I couldn’t use the sofa because of them.

Excellent experience at the MoNasty Autograph Thessaloniki. The best location, close to everything, beautiful large room, everything in it was high quality. Special breakfast and dinning room, Rooftop bar in the evening was nice. Above all was the service. Each and every one of the team members - the reception, lobby, dining, house keeping was specially nice and helpful. We will definitely be back
