Moncler Aspen

Saw some beautiful doggie jackets in the window of Moncler, so we stopped into the store to check them out. Unfortunately, they didn't have the style we liked for our dog in stock. Also, we didn't know how much sense it made to pay $700 for a jacket that a 5-pound dog is going to wear. With that being said, if you're looking for high-end winter gear, this is one of the main spots in Aspen to shop. The staff here was very friendly as well.

Been here twice now, once last summer and then just recently this winter season. This is probably the first store in Aspen I’ve been in where the workers seem like they hate themselves and their job. Both times, the workers have been extremely rude and unwelcoming. In the summer, I thought it was due to the lack of stock because of the season but it was the same in the winter. The vail store in contrast was extremely helpful and eager to assist. Do not give these workers the time of the day because they won’t to you even when there isn’t a living soul in the store.

Give respect, get respect. We’ve shopped at Moncler Aspen for years and consistently receive friendly service. I popped in this week to pickup some items and Lila eagerly helped me out and quickly handled an exchange.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced with a "luxury" clothing retailer. This company needs to seriously rethink their approach to customer service.

Very good experience with Moncler - Aspen,CO. I have no idea why some people left bad reviews for this location!? If you go there ask for Lila, she is so friendly and helpful person. Thank you very much Lila for your great customer service!!! You are the best! :)

Came in to shop and everyone working here was so rude! Their attitude was ultra snobby & snooty. They didn’t ask us if we needed help finding anything or if we’d like to try anything on. They barely said hello. All they did was follow us around the store with real mean facial expressions staring at us not saying a word the whole time we shopped. One salesperson even stood in the way of the coat rack I was trying to shop through and when I smiled at him and said “pardon me” he barely moved and didn’t smile back or say anything, just stared at me with the meanest look. Mind you we came in dressed head to toe in designer, just came from dinner intending to shop for some new jackets. We are not dirty bums, yet we were treated as such. I’m so sorry we came to shop here, we were obviously bothering you and intruding. We’ll be sure to take our business and money elsewhere!

Was in town for Food and Wine this weekend and the weather was much colder than expected. So I was excited to run in here and take a look at what I could get for my Aspen trip. They had their music SO loud that I couldn’t even stand being in there for more than a minute. You could hear it from a block over! Is this a store or a nightclub?

I was in communication with Matt for months about exchanging my jacket I purchased. Matt informed me that he would talk to the manager, he then let me know I was eligible for a return and store credit. I asked Matt in April, a month ago if I was still able to get a return and if the store had new summer / spring wear in. He confirmed and also confirmed I could return it after the 30 day period and so I drove 3 hrs from Denver to Aspen to exchange it and made clear of it and texted letting them know I was coming that the weekend. I get here right when they open, Matt and the manager were working when I walked in. She informs me Matt was new and he shouldn’t have texted me that (let me remind you, we were in communication for 2-3 months) she tells me she is unable to do the refund. I would have had no problem if they told me from the beginning I couldn’t exchange it, but now they are wasting my time and money. This is horrible and poor service from employees selling a high end product.

Super helpful staff and inviting security guard with a great and diverse selection of men's clothing that is hard to find anywhere else. A must visit destination store in Aspen especially if you're looking for the Grenoble collection!

The staff is snotty. Big surprise there ;) But the selection is AMAZING! I love Moncler, so any Moncler store would get at least 4 stars in my books. But really the selection is great, especially if you want pieces that have fur on them. Sorry PETA lol

Moncler! your goodness is without question. Yes, every dipsnod has one in Aspen, but not in SF! hahahaha! The ladies that work here are a bit snotty without any reason except that they feel they are special cause they work at Moncler. They will try to upsell you don't fall for it! But Moncler is an investment, possibly the most stylish and warmest down for the money. They had a small store with a decent selection. I have yet to visit the Chicago or NY location but This place is nice./ Only problem is that they don't have all the sizes out. So I had to put on small jackets to get an idea of how the style looks, this takes some imagination. Just put the average size out, not the smaller size. Anyway, it''s a nice spot just take go in with your "I'm rich and better than you guard up" and you will be fine

store is small and crowded and its hard to try on bc its so small and theres no fitting rooms obviously. the employees are very helpful and nice and will help u find it even if its not in store. they dont have a lot in stock ever so most of the items are sold out or only in really small sizes

I ordered four items and had them shipped to me in DC. None of them worked out and I felt bad about it, but Mariana was very helpful and sent me another return label to facilitate the returns.
