Had great experience here. Stephanie and Kelly are really helpful and assist me a lot on choosing the jacket I need. They are so friendly and patient. Will return for sure.

David and his staff are the real stars here, with the luxury mens/womens coats a close second. They were so helpful all I did was stand while they ran to and fro, with things for me to try on, til I was satisfied. The coat I purchased is snug, warm and comfortable yet thin enough to wear in warmer weather as well, so I’m satisfied. The location in Beverly Hills helps, although the interior is very small so sometimes you get some bumping and jostling with other customers if they aren’t paying attention.

I’m not the type to make reviews, very few if any ever. I paid over $1,000 for a Moncler Jacket. After 1 year my zipper broke. I took the jacket to the store and they said I have to pay $165 to fix the zipper and it would take 4 weeks. 9 weeks later I call them to check the status. Yes, it’s now finally ready— 5 weeks AFTER. Ridiculous. That’s not it, I asked them if they washed my jacket and they said “no, but you can pay $175 for cleaning fee.” Are you kidding me. They had workers touch my jacket and making it all dirty and they didn’t clean it. I paid over $1,000 for my jacket, then they charged me $165 to fix a broken zipper, and then they want to charge me $175 to clean my super expensive jacket which you had me pay $165 to fix a zipper. I’m done. I will never in my life be a Moncler customer. This is how you take care of a customer?!?! Thank you very much.

Moncler is a main part of my Vespa gear

We had spent almost $3000 on a winter jacket .As a local costumer for that store. when we visited the store at Beverly Hills for the problems that we had with the small defect on the jacket that we had bought and seeked help from the manager by the name of: Tony Schlobohm. We we extremely disappointed and shocked that a high class store in Beverly Hills would have a director who can be very unprofessional with zero customer care with no mannerism. He was extremely rude and helpless. We would like to escalate this issue to higher up , so the other customers won’t face this again. We will not go back to that store again and not recommend shopping from that store that will not back up their products.The least we expected from the manager was a solution and help. I experienced the excellent costumer service from the low level brands. If anyone from corporate read it please follow up with us for further more details. I throw away our $3000 away. Facial expressions of the manager with costumer is a common knowledge too.

Love this brand but I have to say that they should be more thoughtful in their recruitment process to ensure their staff represent the brand well. However, one great person there: Eddy.

Asian woman works here are so rude, she needs to get fired

Love love love this place. Spent some money here! The shop smells gorgeous! We've been in a few Moncler shops and it's clearly "their scent" it's beautiful!. So helpful and wonderful clothes in here. They were very attentive to my son. Could shop in there everytime.
