Attempted Substitution, Pressure to Sign, and Ruined Luxury Experience. This location attempted to pass off a scratched floor model as a “new” item and nearly pressured me into signing acceptance for an incomplete order. I explicitly rejected a damaged pet vest floor model and was told a new one would be ordered. Instead, the store presented the same worn floor model at pickup. A sales associate repeatedly insisted that both my men’s size vest and pet vest were inside a small bag that could not physically contain an adult vest, pointed to both line items on the receipt, and pressured me to sign acceptance before inspecting. I gave him multiple chances to verify. He chose arrogance and disrespectful tones over accuracy. To make matters worse, he opened my gift-wrapped package himself in front of me, permanently destroying the sacred yet fleeting ‘unboxing experience’ that is a core part of luxury purchasing and luxury shopping. Only after the package was opened and inspected did it become clear that half my order was missing. No apology. This is not just a service issue—it’s a trust, process, and integrity failure. If you value professionalism and transparency, go to the Moncler locations near Madison / Fifth Ave instead. This store does not operate at luxury standards.

The staff at Monocle were wonderful! The woman who helped me was very nice and willing to assist. She took the time to carefully find exactly what I was looking for and made sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated her support and attention — excellent customer service! I will definitely come back again.

I purchased coats, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told the items would be shipped within two days, but the actual shipment was significantly delayed, with poor and inconsistent communication throughout. More importantly, when I received the items, it was immediately apparent that they did not meet the basic standards of a “brand-new” product: • The coats had noticeable perfume and mixed odors that should never be present on new, unused items and cannot reasonably be attributed to normal storage or shipping; • The packaging was clearly inconsistent with official brand standards, showing signs of having been opened and handled multiple times; • There were visible indications of wear and repeated try-ons, and the overall condition did not align with what a customer would reasonably expect from a new product. As a customer, I cannot accept items in this condition being sold as “new.” This is not simply a logistics or service issue, but a matter of product integrity and trust. Consumers who have clear expectations for new, unused luxury goods should proceed with caution.

I dropped my coat off for repair on 11/25. I spoke to the gentleman that assisted me on 12/16 and he advised I’d be receiving a call within a couple of days since he could see on the system it’s ready. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t received a call and don’t have my coat. It’s been almost a month since I dropped it off. Considering the cost of their items, their customer service is not on par. In addition, you can’t even speak to the store via the number provided to this location online

Had a TERRIBLE sales experience with Fanny. I came in on November 13. I spent 1 hour trying on coats and decided on one in a size 3. She then packaged it up and I left. When I returned home, I realized I was given the wrong size, a 4. I then tried to contact the store for two days with no answer. I came in on November 16, well within the exchange policy and the manager said because the tag was removed, they couldn’t exchange. So because of the sales associate’s mistake, I’m now out $3,200. BEWARE!

Admittedly, I was severely underdressed today as I came straight from a work out and wasn’t planning to go on shopping. We were accommodated nicely anyway, not extra, but cordially which was fine. The gentleman by the first area was really nice and handed me a champagne colored vest that I instantly liked but I wanted something more practical for an upcoming trip. When the staff spotted my intent to buy, they paid more attention. Sunshine was really nice and gave her expert opinion especially with sizing and functionality. Bought a special edition puffer that’s bought convertible and reversible. The champagne colored side with some tapestry details is nice and the classic black Moncler is a good idea. The jacket can also be turned into a vest. And the cinch can be adjusted for a better fit. Overall, super good experience. I usually dislike winter wear as I have a small frame and everything looks bulky on me. The installations in the boutique are apparently made of copper. Interesting…

I stopped by today, was being overtly followed by these big dudes as if I’m trying to rob a bank? I’m Middle Eastern and most people assume I’m latino, I guess I am too brown for them? I own a few items from them, but I left feeling like I would never ever spend another dime on a company that racially profiles me. Steer clear!!!

I am going yo share the most worst experience i ever had with Moncler.For 6 years i have been a costumer that have loved their products and i would say i easy purchased at least $100.000 worth of clothes at Moncler all around world(NYC, Lodon, Milano , Vienna.Tonight i sat down and purchased a present for my father and 2 hours later i get a cancellation email.For a costumer like me or for any costumers of Moncler i believe we should be treated way much better and with explanation.🤮🤮 Look how pathetic that you only reply to positive reviews and negative feedback never replying.Disgusted and i will never ever buy any longer.0 Stars well deserved.

The people here are literally awesome, great customer service. But I found it hard trying to get the sale's attention. There weren't much sales on the floor at the time, which I know is more of a management thing, but it was lowkey awkward just waiting around for someone to approach you after standing there and looking around for ages. Nevertheless, everything else was great! Highly recommend asking for Jake, nicest person of all time like girlie pop.

I am a huge fan of moncler, and have always shopped directly at their retail stores. Today, my husband, myself and a very good friend of ours decided to take a day trip to the Woodbury commons outlet Moncler. NEVER shop at this location. To begin, waiting on a thirty minute line, with little to no people in the store was not only ridiculous but inconvenient since it was fairly cold. That wasn't really the issue. The issue began once we walked into the store. As we were already beginning our shopping experience the guard at the door called us back and insisted we leave our bags at the door. Now, that isn't such a big deal, the big deal is that previous to us entering, several other Asian, and white people walked in and they were not instructed or demanded to leave their bags at the door. As I did not want to cause a scene, my group decided to comply. What struck me as the attitude of the guard. I am a 52 year old professional of European background, my husband of latin origins and our friend is a professional black male. None of us need to steel anything. Not only had we shopped at other high end stores that afternoon (ysl,verace, gucci, frette, and several others). We had many bags. No one before us was asked to leave their bags at the front and I quickly pointed that out as the Asian and white people that went in before us were all walking around with shopping bags. I decided to go to the stores manager. Although she was apologetic, she did begin by saying that it's the discretion... to which I immediately stopped her and said "if you are going to say it's the discretion of the guards to pick and choose who has to leave their bags, you are profiling"! She immediately changed her course and said it's not mandatory to leave one's bags. Yet, our group was made to leave our bags. She a middle aged, blond woman with black framed glasses and a bit on the ruebenesque side came from behind the counter and tried to placate me. She said she can assure me that that is not how she runs her store, and tried to get me to shop. I told her to not tell me to calm down and I would most definitely not be shopping at her store. Point of this rant is, first and foremost, never judge a book by its covers. Two, if you are going to have rules in place those rules should be for everyone and lastly, you are minimum wage workers and have literally, in your ignorance and rudeness ruined your company's reputation.

Love my new Moncler jacket. It's size 2. Salesperson Sunshine is the best. I also liked that they have restroom downstairs.

Recently bought a Moncler jacket for $3000. It is falling apart. Customer service stinks. I see people with these fake Moncler jackets that they buy for $100. The quality of the real Moncler is worse than the fake Monclers. This is the email response I received from Moncler after letting them know of my issue. What a joke. "We are very sorry to learn about the inconvenience encountered with your Moncler Jacket. We regret to inform you that we do not proceed with the repair of holes/tears in fabrics as well as peeling, because the repair could alter the original style and esthetical pureness of the model. However, we kindly suggest you to refer to a trusted tailor shop." Futhermore, we remain at your disposal should you need further assistance.

My partner bought me a shell as a way of upgrading me from my Patagonia jacket. I had the jacket for less than a year with seldom wear and the zipper came off when unzipping. You will be happy with your Moncler until you have to interact with customer service; which merely spews policy at the inconvenience of the customer. The jacket should have been immediately replaced as a defective luxury item but that's not the case. While in winter in New York it will take 6-8 weeks to replace a zipper which is unfathomable. At the price point of this product the customer service isn't committed to brand loyalty. They would rather lose a customer and spew policy until no end. I would never buy another Moncler product as a result and find it hard to believe that Patagonia beats them in customer service. It is really disappointing but it appears that Moncler is just for show.

I was looking for a specific scarf and they were all sold out at Roosevelt Field in Long Island so I did the check availability in boutique via their website hoping they'll get back to me with good news. I received an email from them the next day informing me that the scarf I requested is available for pick up at this SoHo location as well as a phone call from a client advisor who made a reservation for me. After that, I received a text for updates on my reservation and when I arrived at my reserved time, there was a long line in front of the store and there were still 7 ppl ahead of me. I waited about 10 minutes or so and decided to call the client advisor to let her know I'm outside and she came to get me immediately. She got my scarf and showed me other ways that you can wear it, which was super sweet of her. She also answered all my questions on a specific coat I was asking about and is very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. As of now, all their coats are nylon material and shiny looking. I'll have to pass, not my cup of tea. All in all, I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely return whenever that coat comes back in stock.

I should have read the reviews first. There is no return policy for purchasing in store, only store credit. I purchased a jacket as a gift for my partner which he didn't end up liking, but unable to return due to their absurd policy. Had this been conveyed to me, I would have second guessed the purchase. Interestingly, you can purchase online and make a return with no issues. I would suggest going into the store to try on the items, then purchase online.

The black walls/molding with the dramatic spot lighting and seductive marble sculptures scattered around their space "just so," deceives you into thinking that you're in a room at the Louvre or somewhere comparable. The clothes are hung equally spaced on hangers that are fixed to their poles and there is an island in each section that forces you to tour their collection from A to Z. Women's and Children's are on the first level, while the Men's are downstairs. The shoes were super comfortable and stylish. Service was exceptional. Carlos helped me out with the jackets and was extremely patient with me. John helped me with finding the right pairs. You don't feel rushed or pushed. Space is beautifully laid out and service was exceptional. Very happy with my entire experience at SoHo's Moncler. Thank you.

Beautiful store and sales people are helpful. BUT they have a no refund policy. Only store credit. And this is not posted anywhere, nor is it mentioned at checkout. However you can get a refund if you buy online or in a department store. Buy in those places instead.

Came across a nice moncler "Tolonne" vest on their website, but it was all sold out. Sadly, Moncler Soho/Prince St was the only one that had it available for a phone order. I say "sadly" because if you have any experience dealing with sales associates in NYC (my former home) you'd know that your chances for receiving ineptitude is above 80%. I still chanced it because this was an extremely nice vest in limited quantity. I reached out to the store on a wednesday and was texted the following morning by a "Carlo". He confirmed the jacket was available and quickly set up a paylink so I could purchase it. I told him that i wanted overnight shipping. My goal was to get it expeditiously, try it on and then return or exchange it at moncler store in person while on vacay if it didn't fit (I was soon heading to a city that has a moncler store, unlike my city, in a few days). He confirmed that it would be overnighted. I asked him a few more times because these sales associates tend to be brainless. You have to hammer them down like children. The following day (Friday) came and no update nor tracking information provided lol. I reached out in the afternoon and he said it wasn't shipped yet but that it would be picked up later that day. I asked again "Will this arrive overnight aka Saturday or by Monday"? He then says "Latest Tuesday". I was like huh? I told him to cancel the order as I travel on Tuesday. He then says it "already shipped" lol. . I asked for a tracking # and he never responded. I call the store (several times because nobody picked up). I eventually get a chick on the phone who then puts me on hold for 20 mins to check my order lol. I eventually ask her for the status of the order. She confirms it has shipped. I ask for the tracking # and upon reviewing it, I see that it was not shipped overnight SMFH. My entire order was contingent based on overnight shipping. If they could not commit to his request they could have simply said so and i would not have placed it. BUT... this rationale is incredibly too much for these low IQ beings. Still never got a response via text from Carlo. Will never order from these idiots again. The hilarious thing is that this vest popped up as available on Moncler's website in the very size i needed the same day. If I waited I could have avoided dealing with these dregs at soho/prince st. Unreal.

As the wintry weather comes around in NYC, you'll notice two conspicuous things: Canada Goose and Moncler. I debated for awhile whether to spend that much money on either but I also evaluated at the exorbitant amount of less expensive winter jackets I bought over the years because I just can't seem to find the one that keeps me warm without layering so much. So I bit the bullet and decided to go for Moncler for the following reasons: - If you're looking for something light, slim, chic, yet still uber warm, Moncler is the way to go. I hate to look like I'm on an expedition trip to Antarctica (NYC gets cold, but not tundra cold) and unfortunately for me, that was a downside for Canada Goose. - Ugh the patches! They're everywhere! Yes, Moncler has a patch too but not as obvious and loud as CG. Nowadays, the CG patches make you feel as if you're part of a "cool" group. - Mirroring to my first point, I'm a petite person so I think Moncler is more petite friendly than CG. With that being said, I came by this store to check out styles. Unfortunately, not many small sizes available. I would say you're better off buying it from big department stores like Saks, Nordstrom, or Bloomingdales. I ended up getting mine from Nordstrom.

Watch out for these scammers! Upon entering the store, the doorman didn't want to open the door for me and my parents. Bad first impression. Then Carlo approached us. At first I thought I was in good hands but little did I know he was a scammer. I read all the reviews written on Google and on Yelp mentioning his name! This guy is famous for being a liar. He double charged my card and claimed he is working on a refund on my behalf. No answer ever from him and when I follow up, he's giving me the same bs. Don't waste your time and shop online if possible but if you have to try on some stuff, just try them and order online. Not worth to deal with these idiots.

If I could click no stars then I would. After paying £1,400 for a black/ white ski jacket you would expect I would be so happy with it which to be honest I was until I took it to be dry cleaned after skiing for 4 days!! The white collar was sent sent!pink!!! I took it to 3 different dry cleaners who all said it was a problem with the jacket not the dry cleaners. They all wrote me letters so state this. I rang Moncler who agreed to send it off to be tested. It was sent back with the dry cleaners reports and my receipt. When it came back months later they would not take the blame. On the label it says you can wash it so I did with white colour catchers that came out of the washer bright pink!! I have no idea if the links coming from the feathers inside the jacket or the zip? I then took it to a specialist textile company who wanted £175 to test the jacket and do a report on it so I could send it back to Moncler. I rang Moncler to explain what I was doing and they said as a good Will gesture not taking any blame they would exchange it for the Armotech fur jacket which I was happy with. But when it arrived it was the wrong jacket they promised to send. I have all the emails to prove. Now they are not returning emails or taking my calls. I will never wear the jacket they have sent me o one I would pick. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls! The lady who was supposed to be sorting it for me is just ignoring it. So now I go skiing with no jacket on the 25th Jan. feel worn out with trying to sort this out, such an appalling service and customer care service. All I wanted was another jacket!! I'm at the end of my tether now and no idea where I go from here because they won't return my calls or reply to emails so I have no idea what they are going to do because they are saying they won't send my jacket back now!! It's been a joke and don't even deserve custom. Rant over!!! Wendy.

BEWARE of this company. The customer service is horrible. Your better off ordering from saks or Nordstrom but not the company its self. I purchased a jacket from moncler website on dec 19th, somehow it got lost in transit. I've been reaching out to customer service everyday and each day someone tells me that they cant help me right now because of a system outage. its now jan 5th and guess what ? the system is till down. Oh and the only way to contact them is through email. reporting to the better business bureau.

Management at this company should be proud to know that their sales people are some of the very best in the industry. I have had two experiences shopping at this establishment and both were amazing. I felt compelled to to say that Adora Okoye and Jean Alin Antoine both went above and beyond in helping my girlfriend and myself select outerwear to purchase. Both had a tremendous amount of patience and both knew their merchandise very well. I would highly recommend both of these individuals. I will certainly be coming back to this store to shop again because it was a great experience and the outerwear is top quality and very fashionable. Thank you for a great experience.

The jacket is good but the service is very poor after you pay. I bought a winter jacket for about $2500 two weeks ago. The salesman was in touch with me via phone and provided good services. BUT right after I received the package and found the jacket too large and wanted to change it to a smaller size. My Phone calls and text messages got no response! I called the soho store , no one picked up the phone!

My jacket's zipper broke after 2 months. When I went to the store to fix it, they made me wait outside for 40 minutes to get into the store. I ended up leaving without it getting fixed because there were still 6 people in front of me waiting on line inside of the store. Meanwhile, 15 people had left the store and certain clients were allowed right in. Extremely disappointing from the product to the customer service.

I went in to this store on Dec. 31st to find a jacket that I saw online, however the jacket wasn't the same color as it was depicted online so I was a little disappointed. After looking at it a few times and despite the difference in color it grew on me and I purchased it. I am extremely thankful to the young lady who helped me as she allowed me the time to make up my mind and look at some of the other stuff they had. Within 5 days I noticed that the jacket had feathers coming out near the Velcro logo on the sleeve and called the store to see what I can do about it and that person was pretty rude and not worth the time to write about considering Thomas the Store Operations manager made up for it when I did visit the store to have the jacket inspected. At first he offered to fix it which I did not agree with, but ultimately he found me the same Jacket at another store (San Francisco) and had it delivered to me 2 days later and stuck to his word. Thank you again Tom and the Young lady who initially helped me with the purchase!!! I will both recommend this store and be back for future purchases.

Staff knows very little about their inventory, they bring one or two things for you to try on and are not very helpful in making suggestions. You have to wait outside for 30 minutes plus only to be treated like an unwelcome guest at a snooty party. They also don't accept returns - even of gifts- in their store. I would never shop here again. Additionally, this has nothing to do with the store but the coats themselves are not that warm and the zippers feel really cheap. Canada Goose around the corner is superior in every way and Moncler has made me a customer of CG for life.

Rudeness, dumbest customer service ever. These ding bats had me wait an hour to exchange a size and couldn't figure out how to order it or call another store for me. Do not go to the store, no one has any idea about the products or how to assist, but they love to make you wait outside only to treat you like absolute trash. WORST retail experience ever.

Ok, let's just get this out of the way. Moncler is expensive. If you don't like spending money on clothes, go somewhere else, as their clothing is pricey. That said, being an Italian designer named after a French town (WTF?), they crank out a lot of very highly stylized, fashionable, unique and extremely well made clothing. I really like the SoHo store. The store is all black with lots of glass everywhere, but somehow is very well lit. This store carries everything Moncler makes from the ubiquitous shiny puffy jacket to sneakers. I went there for some shirts and was very well taken care of by the sales person. She could have blown me off as I was not interested in a puffy jacket given it was now warm weather, but no, she got a bunch of different shirts and stuff for me and when I didn't like what was on the floor, she dug in the crates and found something that was not on the floor and it ended up being exactly what I wanted. That is what I call excellent customer service and what builds loyalty. I have been to this store a few times and every time I am greeted warmly and treated very well. It also doesn't hurt that their clothes are amazing.

I purchased 4 Moncler jackets in the span of a month and brought the first one to the Soho store (FYI - I did not purchase any at the Soho store because it doesn't have sizes readily available in stock). My issue with the jacket, and actually every jacket I've purchased from Moncler, is that the filling comes out CONSTANTLY and creates a dirty-looking white mess. I purchase the jackets 1 size larger than my other clothes, to accommodate for any extra layers I may wear underneath, but honestly I only wear a light sweater or shirt underneath. Anyway, I brought the Noues jacket to the Soho store with a receipt showing the recent purchase; it had been worn once, and as a thin black jacket with tons of white feathers poking through, it looked super messy and dirty. The Soho store employees informed me that that's 'just what I bought' and that I just had to deal with it. They explained that only thin jackets with single-layer stitching had this much shedding. However, the Torcelle jacket I purchased as well as another model - I forget its name but it's short with a camouflage pattern - constantly shed as well. So does the Rodin model that I purchased for my dad. It doesn't look nearly as bad in the attached pictures, especially against the matte navy of the Torcelle, but EVERYONE who sees me in it comments that it looks unwashed or attempts to remove what they believe is a lot of lint. I don't know whether Moncler is getting lazy or cheap about the layers & stitching, but considering the price of each of these jackets, it's appalling how much of the filling comes out and how disgusting it looks, not to mention how the employees just tell me that there is nothing I can do about it. Contrarily, I just purchased a Mackintosh down-filled jacket made with Loro Piana storm system wool fabric for my brother, and his jacket has not shed any filling at all.

This is a very bizarre store. They keep you waiting on a line outside when the store inside is almost empty. Umm, this is a store not a club. The jackets are okay I guess, not really anything I would wear. A lot of shiny down coats with fur hoods - I am okay with the fur hoods but not the shiny fabric. The styles aren't all that practical but I guess they aren't supposed to be. They are also extremely expensive. I have no trouble spending money on something that I will use, but a short, shiny down coat doesn't fit into my wardrobe - nor my husbands for that matter.

I was actually hoping for a better restaurant to replace Zoe but instead SoHo gets another boutique. This store is actually really beautiful and the store front has totally been refinished. Not sure how long this store will last in SoHo's overpriced real estate just by selling luxury ski jackets. They sell other things but they are famous for their jackets.

The store is fantastic and I love the vast selection of outer wear! One of the nicest sales representatives I have ever met helped me, Elise. She was so knowledgeable and helped me with fit, particularly what looks best with my style and figure.

My, my, my. You fancy huh? Moncler is the boutique to come to for all of your high priced, high falutin', cold weather apparel. Boots, wool coats and goose downs, trimmed in leather, fox fur and maybe even mink. Beautiful selection of colors and textures. The entire store just looks and smells expensive. The furniture is good, dark, shiny leather and covered in fur throws. Women's bubble coats at Moncler are some of the prettiest I've seen. If you want to look stylish in winter and money ain't a thang, shop at Moncler.

I'd never been to a Moncler store before this afternoon, but it was a pretty great 5-star retail experience so I wanted to yelp about it! My boyfriend and I'd already had a long, snowy day when we stopped at Moncler to try and find him a winter coat (so late in the season, I know). One of the sales associates, Franklin, was a rockstar and helped us for over an hour -- we hemmed and hawed about which jacket style and size, care instructions, and asked about a dozen other questions... Basically, this guy knew every single piece of merchandise in the store (and didn't hesitate to go to the back room to get more), was endlessly patient with us, made us comfortable without ever being too familiar (that can be awkward!), and even found me an iPhone charger when my phone died. Bottom line: My boyfriend got a gorgeous coat and we had a pleasant shopping experience. (I saw a couple of negative reviews on here but I'd say give it a chance and see for yourself!)

Shopped and bought from the Soho store with my mom - she wanted something from their latest FW 2019 season. We were quickly helped no quicker than we were left by ourselves with zero help. The associate was friendly enough but she left us right in the middle of being helped - and then AGAIN with another customer. Seems like they care little about anything except for the comission. We went downstairs to pay and wrap up. You expect decent service given how much you wait and spend at the store. Soho NYC location has terrible service.

Quality of the product has gone down in the last few years. It is a very delicate product that needs a lot of care and attention.

I was so excited to shop Moncler in person as I live out of state and wow was it DISAPPOINTING. Only shop here if you want to go somewhere Uber pretentious, have slow/poor service, and have them not accept returns for a refund. Worst luxury brand experience ever.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is horrendous. I had an issue with my coat and they pretty much told me I was on my own. I wasted thousands of dollars on their products and will never be making that mistake again. If you care about your money, you will NOT be spending it with them. Total lack of respect and it was extremely frustrating to talk to them. Again, please do not shop with this brand, if you need any help at all, they will disappoint you too.

My husband and I went to this store on Prince st Sales person I think her name was Dana Russian lady she was unprofessional,start flirting with my husband,touching him all the time We make a purchase and she saw our contact and in a few days she was calling to my husband ,my husband was telling her not to call and called again I think you can't keep that kind of salesperson in the store

I've been here countless times including the flagship boutique on Madison and spend thousands of dollars annually. Decided to pay a visit here with a friend whom just happen to be visiting NYC and we were the ONLY ones that to had wait outside alone in the cold when it was freezing. Store was close to empty and the staff said we had to wait 5-10 mins incase it's too full. I'm just hoping Moncler provides eye exam coverages cause they must be blind or out of their minds. Wont be coming here ever again, it was a complete embarassment and humiliation.

Karina is the worst sales associate. Super flaky, no follow through with customers. Doesn't respond to messages and is unreliable. Also doesn't know the lines and products very well. She as well as two other sales associates misinformed me about what repairs were possible with my jacket. So glad I didn't listen to them or three of my moncler jackets would have been ruined. Fortunately, the repair manager did some due diligence and prevented me from getting the "repairs" done, which ended up rescuing my jackets. Doesn't seem most of the associates are into building a long-term relationship with their customers, despite being a frequent customer this year.

Good services except the doorman.You can ask for "Kerri" to help she was attentive,nice and friendly highly recommend!!!!!

If you want buy Moncler, I highly recommend Sean for you. He is very very nice. Patience and responsible. He will help you to look for what you like. He speaks English and Chinese as well. So if you are Chinese who not good at English, Sean can help you out!

I went to the moncler store in soho to get a zipper repair. They first told me it would take 5 weeks for it to get it fixed. I was fine with it since I dropped it off in early October. Then 5 weeks was up I did not receive a call or email saying my jacket was ready. I went to the store to ask about my jacket and they told me it's still out for repair and probably have to wait for another week or two. I said okay and left. 2 weeks after I went to the store I did not receive a call or email about my jacket so I took a trip to the store again. This time a girl sa tried to help me but she didn't really know what was going on and said it's still out. So I left and got a bit worried since it seemed like nobody knew what was going on with my jacket. I finally decide to call the store on a weekday and see what is going on. Some girl picked up and said my jacket is in the store but doesn't seem like the zipper was got repair. Then a guy called me about 2 hours later telling me that it was a miscommunication and that it takes 2 months to get a special zipper from Milan. And by this time it was early december already and nobody ever called me to tell me this! The guy said the zipper will come in mid December and by early January it should be fixed. Early January came and nobody called so I called the guy was the only person who knew what was going on told me that they couldnt get the zipper. Seriously I don't understand why it took them almost 3 months to tell me this??? At the end, we just have them change it to a regular zipper since they couldn't get that special zipper and they wanted to still charge us $120 after all the hassle they put us through. My husband didn't have his winter jacket for a whole month during December and January. Won't be going back there again.

Always have a wonderful experience at the store, knowledgeable staff and great selection of all categories. I strongly recommend working with Karina who has the highest level of professionalism and seemingly unlimited patience!!!

Update: Yoox was bought out by Richemont, and I was told that the on-line store was getting a remake. Also something happened to my jacket. I took it back to the boutique for repair, and it was handled professionally, Moncler contracts out with a cleaner ( Kings Garment?) to clean and do repairs. Best go though moncler, The repair was spotless, and saved my rather expensive jacket. I am very pleased. Price to repair was reasonable too.

Three weeks ago, I went to this store and saw two new clothes that I like. I especially like the service provided by Sean staff. I patiently explained the structure and matching of clothes to us. I was also very friendly to us. I always went to the warehouse to find the number and style I wanted. Especially when packing clothes, I was very careful and exquisite. I also gave us small gifts in the store A very happy shopping。I'll look for Sean next time!!!

No issues about the store itself nor its merchandise, but the management is poor. Moncler is upscale Italian ski-wear; for these prices, one expects a certain level of service. Completely lacking. There was more security presence throughout the store than sales people. And with only a limited number of coats per style on the racks, you are going to need help from a salesperson to try on your size. My friend picked out a coat, truly liked it, and spent 30 minutes trying to find someone to help with questions. We were not the only ones holding a coat and trying to find assistance. One salesperson, in the middle of helping another customer, curtly told us to "Wait a second" and continued to help that one customer for the next 20 minutes. I'm not complaining about the level of service for that customer (good for her), but ignoring all other customers while they're clearly looking for assistance is unacceptable for this type of store. We departed in disgust. I don't intend to return. There was a line waiting to get in when we left so clearly, lack of service isn't affecting interest in their products. Good luck.

All of the reviews with low ratings are spot on, the staff here is plain RUDE. Even the doorman cops an attitude, you feel like you should feel honored just to be in his presence and it you happen to rush through the door while he just so happens to be holding it open for the Queen of England, you should consider yourself blessed by crying angels. Not one person asked me if I needed help and when I actually decided to purchase a coat, good luck trying to get a sales associate to look in your general direction. I literally saw one guy call on his walkie for "every size zero" they had in the store and wait hand and foot on one customer and ignore everyone else in the store. It was demoralizing and I'm glad they didn't get my commission. I was able to sign up for the newsletter at saks and buy a moncler online with a 10% coupon so I win again!

I have been trying since December to get a zipper repaired on my husband's Moncler. My husband bought a Moncler Taku Giubbotto coat in Paris in Fall 2019 and the zipper broke. I have been trying since December 2021 to get Moncler to accept it for return. Corporate directed me to the Chicago store but they respond either to email or phone. Other stores I have tried do not answer the phone. Corporate says the only way to get the zipper repaired is to take it to a Moncler store. I live in Michigan and there is no Moncler store here. Chicago is a 5-hour drive in good conditions. Corporate says I have to ship the coat to a Moncler store that will accept it (**at my own expense**). No store will accept it as no one answers the phone or has a voicemail system. I have received better customer service from The North Face on my kids' $60 jackets as they have a website where you can print a form and get a shipping label. So there is no actual way to get the jacket repaired and the process has been infuriating to say the least. My husband is a neurosurgeon caring for patients in the upper peninsula of Michigan in the middle of a pandemic and I cannot get the zipper on his coat fixed so he has a proper coat to wear up north. Worst customer service EVER. ID GIVE THEM A ZERO star if i COULD!! Gonna keep this not so sweet but simple at the least. They give you the run arounds and don't admit that their coats are faulty. Even their corporate sucks, and even the company itself in Italy. No responds to emails. nOThing!!! Keep away, the quality is crap and their service is even crappiER. Neverrrrrr. it took 9 months to square away a problem that i had with their coats. just keep in mind that they will IN NO WAY give you money back!!! whatsoever. so just think that you will be stuck with their CRAP coats or whatever else it is you are going to buy...! no refunds WHATSOEVER!

This is the store to shop at if you seek to be humiliated and bamboozled. If I could give zero stars I would. Although I have spent over ten thousand dollars within a month, the staff have been consistently rude to me. When I complained to the managers, they backhandedly ridiculed me, leaving me feeling impotent. I bought a rolling luggage, however upon inspection I found the bracket to be warped. I phoned, emailed pictures, and asked if they could please exchange it for me. They finally agreed and I brought it all the way in to the soho, Nyc store from my parents home in Greenwich, ct--not close by; needless to say, this was a huge effort/excursion. I arrived first thing in the morning. The store was empty of customers, yet full of salespeople. The manager refused to exchange it, leaving me feeling humiliated. I went in another time and bought a $3000 jacket. I told the manager on duty about the luggage. He told me to bring it in and he would honor his word and exchange it for me. Again I made the arduous journey in from Greenwich, ct to the soho, Nyc store early in the morning. The manager was so sweet and attempted to honor his word. The main manager told him he is not allowed to exchange it, again causing me a lot of waisted time and embarrassment. This store has no honor or integrity. The $3000 jacket I purchased had a missing button. They wouldn't give me a discount but instead offered to send it to a tailor to fix it. 10 days later, after countless phone calls by me to the store, they finally informed me they had misplaced the jacket. Days later they located it, realizing they had mistakenly mailed it to me without having repaired the piece. They issued me a return label then eventually gave me a store credit. I was sad since I really wanted that piece. I think they just wanted to sell it to someone they had more customer loyalty to. They later refused to allow me to use my store credit totaling over $3000. After trying to resolve it on my own to no avail, I was forced to have my family attorney (which ended up costing more in lawyer fees) call corporate to sort everything out so I could use it (which took over a month). I was on the conference call and they yelled at me, actually, telling me my business is not welcome there. They additionally presented a false assumption that I am never happy with their products. (If it is defective why not honor to fix or discount it--why ridicule, humiliate and blackball a valuable customer?) The Moncler stores are independent and not connected to each other. That being said, my brand loyalty to Moncler has been brutally murdered. Shopping should be fun--not stress inducing. While at the store, I have heard other people complaining to managers expressing their bad experiences. I'm sure there are countless unhappy customers who don't speak up and even more who don't take the time to write reviews. Perfect example of Caveat emptor--- please buyer, beware.

No one has the right to belittle customers and even on-lookers, window shoppers in the world of retail. I should also say that Moncler is not exactly Chanel or Prada, so they should just dial down the attitude part and focus on how to improve their relationships. No one -yes no FUCKING sales rep etc.- may have the guts to become crass/rude/curt with me -i am sure i can get someone like that fired instantly, even if he/she is the pet of the manager, his or her mister/mistress or whatever. So this is not personal experience mostly, but 2 of my very close and fashionable friends have said terrible things about their experience which is completely consistent with the majority of the reviews here. So, I am sure you have opened just 3 months ago. Dial down the attitude or you will certainly be an addition to ever-growing list of deceased/closed-down shops in NYC. The shop is not so big and shiny either, as you would now the strip on Greene and Mercer streets do attract more people with their fabulous Chloe, Balenciaga (obviously), Dior Homme, Costume National and whatnot. So even though people might actually need something authentic and unique to moncler, alternatives are obviously galore and not so hard to find. From a totally objective and independent point of view though, the jackets and the cozy, snug and warm dovetail-containing bombers/coats are amazing. Yes. They are the signature of Moncler as this is primarily designed for people who either mountaineer or go skiing. Do not think of buying sweatpants or other stuff because probably they are not as good/they do suck. (And don't tell me there is a concept of a non-sucking sweatpants. I think it should be banned all together.)

Wow! What gorgeous coats! When my husband and I entered the store, they were extremely busy! The store was crammed wall to wall with people. I asked the kind security guard for help me find an associate. He introduced me to Amanda. She was AMAZING throughout my experience at Moncler. She inquired what style I was looking for and then brought me a variety of coats to try on. After I tried on each coat, she was very attentive helping me with the zipper, hood, etc. After several coats, I decided on short black one with a fur hood! I love it. Looking forward to wearing it on all my winter trips this winter. Thank you Amanda for the AMAZING customer service, upbeat attitude, and help today at Moncler! I will definitely be back in a few months for a other FABULOUS coat!

I have to agree with other reviewers about the poor customer service. There are indeed more guards and tourists here than salespeople. The selection of the beautiful coats on display is rather limited too. I was in here for 10 minutes and had to do everything myself, and nobody approached me ever for assistance. I dashed out of here and went to SoHo Bloomingdales and tried on many moncler coats and received great customer service. I recommend going to any high end department store to try on their coats. I can't believe this is a flagship store! Another thing, it was 50 degrees outside and they had the heater on inside set to 99 degrees I could barely breath. Ughh.
