Such a lovely café with amazing coffee! It’s been a while since I visited a place with such a great vibe. I ordered a pour-over and asked if I could choose the beans myself — the barista smiled and said yes, then told me all about the coffee I picked: where it’s from, the farm, and its flavor profile. He asked if it’s okay to brew it with a V60. He was absolutely wonderful — his energy, kindness, and smile lit up the whole place and everyone in it ❤️ The coffee itself? One of the best Kenyan brews I’ve had, served with a little info card. Truly a 10/10 experience.

Really nice ambiance and servers. Food options are good too and has vegetarian option. Pets allowed. Laptops as well but only on specific table and on weekends it gets really busy that you cannot do laptop or work there. Love the place!

Google
Stumbled on this place by pure luck. The vegan avocado toast was a masterpiece, lifted by a sprinkle of Maldon salt. Coffee hit the spot, and the service was warm, especially from the lady running the floor. Five stars. Best avocado toast of 2025

Google
Expensive and not tasty. The place is really nice but i didn’t liked that you have to seat in specific tables if you’re reading with an ipad or kindle or working. The assigned tables are uncomfortable so can’t even see how someone can work on them. The matcha is expensive and i’ve had better ones for the price. The carrot cake wasn’t that bad but was dry as it looked old.

Awesome coffee and breakfast- brunch choices (reasonable prices). Great vibes and a cool place to relax or work remotely. Went there almost every morning during my stay in the area.🥳

Loved this coffee shop. Cute atmosphere, service was friendly and fast, food was delicious. I had the BST (bacon spinach and tomato), my uncle had the grilled cheese, next time I’m having the avocado toast because it looked amazing and is a locals favorite. No food photos bc we were busy eating it! Cappuccinos were delicious as well.

I absolutely love the coffee here, it's rich, aromatic, and easily one of the best I’ve had in Madrid. This café is a perfect escape from the busy, crowded coffee spots in the city center. Tucked away in a quieter area, it offers a peaceful and cozy atmosphere that’s ideal for relaxing, reading, or getting some work done. The moment you walk in, you're welcomed by the warm, inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi, making it a great spot to chill or be productive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality coffee and a calm, inviting space.

Relaxed coffee shop. Liked my matcha and croissant. They don't allow laptops on tables other than the shared one in the middle.

Yelp
Really great service and cute coffee shop. The coffee was pretty good. Unfortunately, the banana bread was pretty dry. They only give you free Wi-Fi for 45 minutes, and since it is so far from the center of Madrid, this was disappointing. There are also rules about where you can and cannot sit with a computer. I've found that this computer rule is typical in Madrid, but I pulled mine out for a second and was asked to move. There were only a couple of us in there, so I didn't really understand. Maybe that's a cultural difference though. Either way, really cute, but not what I was looking for.

Yelp
favourite coffee shop in madrid!! the vibes are wonderful - lots of greenery, pleasant lighting, and great music every time. there are couches and outside seating available. for laptop users, there is a long center table and outlets available. each purchase comes with an hour of wifi. the drinks are good - my favourite is the masala chai for 3,5. they also have food and pastries with gluten free options. staff is always friendly. love this place :)

Yelp
Very nice and stylish coffee shop. They have also good handmade filtered coffees, I had an aeropress one which was very flavorful.

Yelp
If you're staying In the centre of Madrid, then this is a little walk out of town, bit of you do decide to meander this way, there is also a beautiful park to walk around right next to it. It doesn't have the same feel as the likes of Toma coffee, but instead it is spacious, and whilst I visited, not absolutely rammed. I like it. I like the slightly too loud music that plays relaxing and acoustic beats that allow you to get lost in conversation/ a book/ a help review whilst also tapping your feet. I like the friendly baristas that helped me with my dreadful Spanish and filled in the obvious gaps in my order. I like the industrial metal and bare wood that are sympathetic to the unit and accentuate the wrought iron window guards. I like the coffee. And really, that's what it's all about, isn't it? That's right, I'm bananas about Monkee Koffee!

Yelp
Perfect for coffee lovers! Seriously, one of my favorite places to drink a good coffee!

Yelp
Honestly one of my favorite places to get coffee in the city. The coffee is delicious and the oatmeal honey cookie is delicious. The workers are super friendly, and speak English and Spanish. People from all over come and frequently there are people practicing speaking English. The music is fitting and the decor is straight out of Portland or San Francisco. Once you come, you'll always come back.

Yelp
Coffee was good as f*ck. My toast was good as f*ck. The fresh squeezed orange juice was good as f*ck. This place is good as f*ck. I will be returning to try their orange cake which looks, you guessed it, good as f*ck

Yelp
This place SUCKS. they have terrible customer service, and were very rude. My latte was gross, and the wifi only lasted 1 hour. Do not come here it's not worth your time

Yelp
Hands down my favorite coffee place in Madrid. It was a short walk from my apartment. I went everyday maybe even multiple times a day. This is one of the few places where they speak english as well. They are all very nice. One time i ordered a cafe latte with caramel syrup in it and they were out of caramel so they gave me other options to taste to replace it. Ive walked in the rain mutiple times to come here lol I would recommend it to anyone. Only downside, is if you are studying here you have to buy multiple things to get a decent amount of time to use their wifi. Stamp card also comes in handy if you go here as much as i did.

Yelp
I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. For anyone that knows me or at least follows me on snapchat, you would know that I spent an insane amount of time and money at this particular coffee shop while I was living in Madrid. I spent nearly every other day (occasionally sneaking in multiple visits per day) for hours at a time here, either studying, reading, or journaling. For starters the food and coffee here is nothing short of heavenly. I came here so often that nearly all of the workers and employees knew me by my name and order upon walking up to the register. I had also filled 3 full stamp cards in a 2 month time frame. Haha. While I never ordered something I regretted from their menu, my personal favorites are their lattes, carrot cake, banana smoothie, tomato toast, apple salad, and yogurt with fruits (especially when they add persimmon to it!!!). The employees were always so friendly and always attempted to help me with my Spanish. Sometimes they would joke around with me about how often I was there. The owner visits the place often and you could tell he takes great pride in his business, the ambience of the place and the food is always spot on! For many of my friends and especially myself, this place had become somewhat of a second home. It was a really great place for me to work and get great food and drinks and reminded me of home while I was abroad. This place was easily one of my favorite parts of living in Madrid and i'm counting down the days until I could visit again and enjoy my afternoon cafe con leche and carrot cake.

Yelp
Cute cafe with friendly staff. They have free fruit infused water setup in the cafe. Lots of people working on laptops and in no rush to go anywhere similar to USA cafes. The staff doesn't push you out and it's fairly quiet. I discovered this place towards the end of my stay at a nearby hotel. If I had known about it sooner I probably would have been a regular visitor. They have gluten free baked goods and alternative diary products (sin lactosa). I had a the Chai tea latte good but not what I expected and very good gluten free cookie.

Yelp
Monkee Koffee has excellent coffee. Their cold brew rivals the cold brew in the coffee capital of Portland, Oregon. The staff both morning and at night are friendly and helpful. Music is good. Whole atmosphere is pleasant and enjoyable.

Yelp
great coffee and comfy place for getting some serious relaxing or serious work done. patient and snappy service too. the most "american" of the coffee shops i've experienced in Spain.

Yelp
Welcoming, spacious cafe with lots of natural light and a friendly staff. Everything I've had here has been very good, but the smoothies are definitely a highlight--the mango and pineapple smoothies with milk are among the best smoothies I've ever had!
