Pro: well equipped guest kitchen, easy check in.
Con: Its more like an Airbnb situation where you stay in a private place and share the space, which is fine - in theorie.
One bathroom was out of order, therefore second floor guests had to do 1 stais to the toilett, 2 to the shower.
The terrace was extremely messy, no chance to hang out there. To get there you have to pass the private kitchen which also wasnt inviting (i.e. half eaten pizza presence from evening to morning)
I fehlt rather like a guest in a (stereotype incomming) house shared by young, male students.
But can imagine place is nice when everything runs and is taken care of.
