One of the best experiences I’ve had in store!! Special shoutout to Krisha who greeted us when we walked in and offered to help us with any questions, and we had questions! She was super helpful and warm and embodied what good customer service should be. We ended up buying more than I originally planned to, one suitcase more because she took the time to explain the product and in store promotions, which we weren’t aware of. This goes to show how good genuine customer service can elevate your experience and guide you in the right direction. This is the only showroom in Ontario for Monos, a Vancouver brand and it really allows you to see the different sizes and options they have!

I was gifted a monos carry -on & vegan leather tote for Christmas. I love both! The tote is perfect for your everyday commute to the office, and/ or travel- it fits A TON! The carry on moves smoothly and fits a lot for its size, plus it’s aesthetically very modern looking. It comes with some packing cubes, a luggage tag and has a built in lock that is TSA approved (which I love as I travel to the US a lot for work). I love the height of the adjustable handle as I’m quite tall. The store on Ossington is beautiful, I recommend checking it out if you are curious about their items!

I recently visited the new Monos store and I couldn't be more impressed. This store is a must-visit for anyone in need of high-quality luggage and travel accessories. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were eager to help me find exactly what I needed and offered valuable advice on the best options based on my travel habits and preferences. The store itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and inviting layout that makes browsing a pleasure. The selection of luggage is impressive, featuring a variety of colours, sizes, and styles to suit every traveler’s needs. Whether you're looking for a sleek carry-on for business trips or a spacious suitcase for long vacations, Monos has something for everyone. Overall, my experience at Monos was exceptional. The combination of a wide product range, excellent customer service, and a pleasant shopping environment makes it a standout choice for anyone looking for new luggage. We have been having some intermittent issue with our handles, and Monos has not been helpful with providing answers to this issue. Speaking with a human is not possible, and the chat systems provide only glib replies. However, the inshore experience was quite different. Vincent provided helpful advice, told me that the handle had now been re-designed and that when the parts arrived I could bring in our suitcases for repair. Although the store does not have a telephone number, (see “speaking with a human is not possible” above) he provided their email address to contact the store directly for updates.

I had a set of Mono‘s luggage in my cart for the longest time and I was so excited when they opened up a location in Toronto on Ossington. I didn’t expect to receive the amazing service that I got when I went in there. Kathy Wang, her Director Anita and team was amazing. I ended up buying the Hybrid Carry-on Plus and Hybrid Trunk in the obsidian color and many other items. When I got home to open my trunk, it was the wrong color. I contacted Kathy and they acted immediately to resolve the mixup with CARE AND CLASS. Not only do I love the quality of their products but how truly great they are with their customers. I have been back twice to the Ossington location and received the same outstanding service from Daniel when I purchased my new expandable carry on!!!

In October 13, 2024 I urchased a luggage set consisting of a check medium bag and a carry on.costing $455.57. An investment to be sure In Jan, 2025 I took my medium check bag on its maiden voyage. I am attaching photos of what the luggage looked like at baggage claim when I arrived at my destination, for reference. The luggage looked like something I picked up at a thrift store, at best. Showing every single mark possible. It was extremely embarrassing to wheel around as well. As part of a 2 piece $455.57 set, I am utterly appalled at the condition this is in after one time checking the bag. I realize the set comes with magic’s eraser to clean up minor blemishes. The condition of my bag was horrendous. As an avid traveler, I have used cheap suitcases that have NEVER incurred this much damage in years of use. I definitely feel like I have been ripped off. I have read your return policy, and it doesn’t seem as though this sub par product can be returned or refunded. It took me sending TWO emails and SIX days to receive an AI email response from the "happiness team". There is no Customer Service phone number and I was basically told to get bent. Not only is the product a complete and total rip off, but the customer services is non existent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Monos. The products are fantastic, but what stood out most was the exceptional service. Big shout out to Daniel, who was incredibly helpful. He provided detailed product information, packing tips, and promotion details, which helped me make the best choices within my budget. Highly recommend!

On top of their gorgeous luggage, their customer experience is phenomenal! David and Vince were so kind and helpful. They gifted us monogrammed luggage tags for our honeymoon, provided a coffee gift card while we waited and even carried the bags to our car. By far the best retail experience I have ever had, highly recommend visiting them in store!
