I purchased a large and medium terracotta check-in suitcase plus the carry-on in 2022. I’ve been happy with the set even though I haven’t traveled much with them. I have found that they don’t always clean up as well as I’d like them to with the sponge, but it doesn’t bother me if they look like they’ve traveled. My last trip to Toronto, the medium check-in bag arrived with a cracked shell. I wrote Monos that day and they responded very quickly and offered me a replacement, even though it wasn’t part of their original warranty. I had to purchase a $35 warranty for the new bag, but I think it was a pretty good exchange. Also, the customer service made it very, very easy to do the exchange and make the warranty purchase and replacement happen. I really love these bags. I have just purchased a backpack as well to complete my collection. These bags are well made, they look sleak and I love supporting a company that considers their customers before and after purchase. They lose one star just because the bags don’t clean up as well as they say they would, but otherwise it’s a great company. Highly recommend.

Quality + durability + impeccable service We’ve purchased several Monos products over the years (suitcase, sling, Carry-All, Duffle, Metro Backpack). Everything still looks brand new after multiple trips. The quality is truly there. Plus, it’s a Canadian brand 🇨🇦 with outstanding customer service: fast, efficient, and genuinely attentive. Highly recommend.

Since 2022, we have purchased many Monos suitcases - check-in medium and large, carry-ons and most recently, the hybrid trunk. We've taken them on multiple international and domestic trips, and the performance has been wonderful. They've been a breeze to wheel around, even in super rocky and slippery areas in Iceland. My only issue has been the scuffs and marks that all of them show, not just the light-colored cases. I spend a lot of time cleaning them after use. I will say that the customer service is TOP NOTCH. After a trip in and around Switzerland, one of our cases was dented/cracked. Monos was quick to send me a replacement, though the case was already about a year old. This past month, I purchased the hybrid trunk for my son's cross country move. As an afterthought, I wanted to try out the cover to see if it would minimize the post-travel maintenance. Lucy Yepes in customer service kindly sent me a complimentary cover, and tracked it to make sure we received it (the first one was somehow lost in transit). My son's trunk arrived at his destination looking brand new! Thank you, Lucy, and thank you to the Monos team for taking care of us. When we are able to, I am hoping to level up our medium cases to your hybrid line - WITH covers this time :)

New to Monos brand - purchased Check In Large and Metro Duffel and can only say believe the hype people as this luggage is really exceptional ! Streamlined, easy to wheel around, lightweight compared to other brands and the quality is all there. Happy with purchase and will continue to add more pieces. I had an online sales pricing issue that was resolved pleasantly without any hassle so thank you "customer happiness"💗

I’ve owned three Monos products, and the quality of each piece has been exceptional. That said, this review isn’t just about the product, it’s about the quality of their aftercare. When an issue arose with my Carry-All Duffle, I submitted a warranty request through their online form. Within two days, the team had already processed a replacement order at no additional cost to me. I want to commend the Monos team for their high-integrity customer support, and especially Ann from the aftercare team for her swift and seamless assistance.

Have had my Monos carry on pro for about 2 years, and I love it. The wheels glide super nicely and the handle is smooth. I've never checked it in so I can't speak for it's durability checked in, but I recently purchased the hybrid trunk checked bag during the black friday sale. I'm excited to see how it does in transit and I'm expecting to be as happy with it as I am with my carry on. Customer service was/is also really great.

I absolutely love their products and the materials they use in their products, especially in the gesso tote. You can tell that the canvas they use is really high-quality. Additionally, I find their customer service really good. I did have an issue on a previous order and they were quick at fixing the discrepancy. I bought many things from this company and to date these items still look brand new after I’ve been using them nonstop.
