Since 2022, we have purchased many Monos suitcases - check-in medium and large, carry-ons and most recently, the hybrid trunk. We've taken them on multiple international and domestic trips, and the performance has been wonderful. They've been a breeze to wheel around, even in super rocky and slippery areas in Iceland. My only issue has been the scuffs and marks that all of them show, not just the light-colored cases. I spend a lot of time cleaning them after use. I will say that the customer service is TOP NOTCH. After a trip in and around Switzerland, one of our cases was dented/cracked. Monos was quick to send me a replacement, though the case was already about a year old. This past month, I purchased the hybrid trunk for my son's cross country move. As an afterthought, I wanted to try out the cover to see if it would minimize the post-travel maintenance. Lucy Yepes in customer service kindly sent me a complimentary cover, and tracked it to make sure we received it (the first one was somehow lost in transit). My son's trunk arrived at his destination looking brand new! Thank you, Lucy, and thank you to the Monos team for taking care of us. When we are able to, I am hoping to level up our medium cases to your hybrid line - WITH covers this time :)

New to Monos brand - purchased Check In Large and Metro Duffel and can only say believe the hype people as this luggage is really exceptional ! Streamlined, easy to wheel around, lightweight compared to other brands and the quality is all there. Happy with purchase and will continue to add more pieces. I had an online sales pricing issue that was resolved pleasantly without any hassle so thank you "customer happiness"💗

This apparently highly tested, high end aluminum luggage is a farce. It’s highly priced and no different than an other cheaper priced luggage sets from another company. The company touts easy free returns, however when I said how disappointed I was and requested a full refund they then say it needs to be in brand new condition, and in original boxing. You can’t tell if you like a product unless you use it. I went on one trip and after that there were deep scratches and dents everywhere. On top of that it’s extremely heavy, my wife pulled her back muscles after trying to lift the heavy aluminum luggage. It also promotes free shipping in Canada, and then says except for the territories (the territories are in Canada), don’t promote free shipping in Canada if it’s not all of Canada I would never recommend this company, their products, or customer service to anyone.

This review is for the Metro Backpack in the Navy and Green material. Absolutely love this backpack- it's sleek, lightweight, has more than enough pockets, and has all the thoughtfully placed compartments that one can ask for. I get rid of the detachable pouch that sits in the front because it's too bulky and not necessary for my travel needs. It is my go to travel backpack on every trip. I even got more as gifts to friends. I have gotten countless compliments on this backpack including "love your backpack" and "looks expensive." I will add a note on quality: 2 out of the 3 backpack purchased, the zipper have had issues where the zipper is on track but the track opens when it should be closed. However, filing a warranty claim was effortless on the website (they just asked a few questions and requested a few photos), then I got a new replacement with no questions asked (and did not need to ship back my original.) Definitely can appreciate the great customer service given that this is rarely the case with online purchases these days! Even with the inconvenience of the broken zipper, I would still purchase this backpack! There's simply nothing else comparable on the market :) Thank you!

Had a really pleasant experience visiting this store to try out their luggages in person! Ended up choosing their Hybrid Carry On and it served me really well in my most recent Toronto trip! Their luggage cover was really nice too and kept my luggage looking pristine throughout my trip!!

I’ve been a Monos customer for several years and truly love the design and quality of their luggage. Recently, I had an issue with the wheels of my suitcase and was initially disappointed with the warranty process as an international customer living in Germany. However, Monos has since resolved the situation by sending me a replacement suitcase. Their customer service followed through, and I truly appreciate the effort they made to make things right. I am now very satisfied with my experience and can continue to recommend Monos, not only for the design and durability of their products, but also for standing by their customers in the end.

Luggage broke after two years of use. Submitted warranty repair and went two weeks without a resolution. It would take 4-5 business days for a response to come through, and then there would be no resolution, only more questions. It seems as though they were pushing me off on purpose in order to not fix the issue, and after reading reddit reviews, this seems consistent with other experiences. I would not purchase again from them or recommend to any others. Way to pricey and poor of customer service to commit to something you travel the globe with on a consistent basis
