I purchased a large and medium terracotta check-in suitcase plus the carry-on in 2022. I’ve been happy with the set even though I haven’t traveled much with them. I have found that they don’t always clean up as well as I’d like them to with the sponge, but it doesn’t bother me if they look like they’ve traveled. My last trip to Toronto, the medium check-in bag arrived with a cracked shell. I wrote Monos that day and they responded very quickly and offered me a replacement, even though it wasn’t part of their original warranty. I had to purchase a $35 warranty for the new bag, but I think it was a pretty good exchange. Also, the customer service made it very, very easy to do the exchange and make the warranty purchase and replacement happen. I really love these bags. I have just purchased a backpack as well to complete my collection. These bags are well made, they look sleak and I love supporting a company that considers their customers before and after purchase. They lose one star just because the bags don’t clean up as well as they say they would, but otherwise it’s a great company. Highly recommend.

Quality + durability + impeccable service We’ve purchased several Monos products over the years (suitcase, sling, Carry-All, Duffle, Metro Backpack). Everything still looks brand new after multiple trips. The quality is truly there. Plus, it’s a Canadian brand 🇨🇦 with outstanding customer service: fast, efficient, and genuinely attentive. Highly recommend.

I originally recommended Monos simply because I thought the bags were great quality and beautiful pieces. After just one trip, however, my luggage looked like it had been around the world. I reached out to Monos and they responded quickly, kindly, and professionally. After a few back-and-forth emails, they came to a solution and are sending me a brand-new bag. This level of customer service truly doesn’t happen anymore — the speed, the empathy, and the way they stood behind their product was exceptional. Now, on top of loving the design and quality, their service level has made me an even bigger fan. 10/10 experience with Ann from “Customer Happiness” - I truly am a happy customer, and I would recommend Monos to anyone without hesitation.

This apparently highly tested, high end aluminum luggage is a farce. It’s highly priced and no different than an other cheaper priced luggage sets from another company. The company touts easy free returns, however when I said how disappointed I was and requested a full refund they then say it needs to be in brand new condition, and in original boxing. You can’t tell if you like a product unless you use it. I went on one trip and after that there were deep scratches and dents everywhere. On top of that it’s extremely heavy, my wife pulled her back muscles after trying to lift the heavy aluminum luggage. It also promotes free shipping in Canada, and then says except for the territories (the territories are in Canada), don’t promote free shipping in Canada if it’s not all of Canada I would never recommend this company, their products, or customer service to anyone.

Since 2022, we have purchased many Monos suitcases - check-in medium and large, carry-ons and most recently, the hybrid trunk. We've taken them on multiple international and domestic trips, and the performance has been wonderful. They've been a breeze to wheel around, even in super rocky and slippery areas in Iceland. My only issue has been the scuffs and marks that all of them show, not just the light-colored cases. I spend a lot of time cleaning them after use. I will say that the customer service is TOP NOTCH. After a trip in and around Switzerland, one of our cases was dented/cracked. Monos was quick to send me a replacement, though the case was already about a year old. This past month, I purchased the hybrid trunk for my son's cross country move. As an afterthought, I wanted to try out the cover to see if it would minimize the post-travel maintenance. Lucy Yepes in customer service kindly sent me a complimentary cover, and tracked it to make sure we received it (the first one was somehow lost in transit). My son's trunk arrived at his destination looking brand new! Thank you, Lucy, and thank you to the Monos team for taking care of us. When we are able to, I am hoping to level up our medium cases to your hybrid line - WITH covers this time :)

New to Monos brand - purchased Check In Large and Metro Duffel and can only say believe the hype people as this luggage is really exceptional ! Streamlined, easy to wheel around, lightweight compared to other brands and the quality is all there. Happy with purchase and will continue to add more pieces. I had an online sales pricing issue that was resolved pleasantly without any hassle so thank you "customer happiness"💗

I purchased 6 large check in for family Xmas gifts. They are great suitcases. Customer service is top notch! I was able to exchange two colors for my daughters. We had one zipper break, swapped no problem. Then a wheel got broken and took a little more work but Monos CS solved issue with me and sent a replacement. They are light, easy to roll. I got a cover for the white one so the scuff marks are less. 5 stars!!!
