Since 2022, we have purchased many Monos suitcases - check-in medium and large, carry-ons and most recently, the hybrid trunk. We've taken them on multiple international and domestic trips, and the performance has been wonderful. They've been a breeze to wheel around, even in super rocky and slippery areas in Iceland. My only issue has been the scuffs and marks that all of them show, not just the light-colored cases. I spend a lot of time cleaning them after use.
I will say that the customer service is TOP NOTCH. After a trip in and around Switzerland, one of our cases was dented/cracked. Monos was quick to send me a replacement, though the case was already about a year old. This past month, I purchased the hybrid trunk for my son's cross country move. As an afterthought, I wanted to try out the cover to see if it would minimize the post-travel maintenance. Lucy Yepes in customer service kindly sent me a complimentary cover, and tracked it to make sure we received it (the first one was somehow lost in transit). My son's trunk arrived at his destination looking brand new! Thank you, Lucy, and thank you to the Monos team for taking care of us.
When we are able to, I am hoping to level up our medium cases to your hybrid line - WITH covers this time :)
