Monos

Went in to look around and decided to buy some luxury clothing they had on the floor. The manager Angie, walked over to assist me and while trying to ask me the size for the pants I needed she looked my body up and down and said yeah the pants run very small. I was already being helped by a close friend that used to work at the store so her comment was not needed or necessary and made me feel very judged for my body and my size. I won't be returning and I will be cancelling my $300 order from the store. It does not give black girl friendly vibes so you know shop where you are wanted not tolerated. I cannot recommend Monos and this particular store enough. I bought a luggage set from this store and went in for assistance. The manager was not only super helpful in processing my request, but went above and beyond in trying to make my experience as a customer exceptional. And she succeeded! I’m very satisfied with the exemplary customer service provided at this store and their willingness to assist customers. I’ll be recommending Monos and this store to friends and family lots more! :-) P.S. the extra warranty is worth it and I would highly recommend for frequent travelers who are at the mercy of the airlines handling their luggage!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Monos store in Georgetown! The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, it really reflects the brand’s calm and minimalist aesthetic. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the products and color options. You can really feel the quality of the luggage in person, and seeing everything up close makes it even easier to fall in love with the brand. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area! Visiting this new Monos store was such a great experience. The space is beautifully designed, modern and very welcoming. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful guiding me through the different luggage and travel accessories.
