A restaurant with really nice and calm athmosphere in the middle of the city.
I tried the 100-days dry aged ribeye.
It's size surprised me for 430g. It was ordered without sauce, but it was delivered in some sort of dressing, which made it hard to tell the taste of the steak.
There where small leftovers from a charred wooden skewer in the steak. It was explained to me that it is from the normal processing. Management was not concerned, but they were so kind to give me free fries.
The beer was nice and cold.
