We stayed a few days in October and thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel. Very convenient location although in the more-modern upper level of Vieux Québec
Our room was very nice, on an upper floor so quiet. Very nice bedding although a few extra pillows (there was one) would be nice. There's a small kitchenette with bottled water in the fridge, a Nespresso machine (with pods) a tiny electric kettle and a two-burner hot plate (plus pots and cutlery). While you could cook here, you probably wouldn't
The bathroom is stylish, with two sinks, a separate toilet room (with a door, thankfully, but no toilet brush) and a glass-wall shower. The door to the bathroom is, however, a velvet drape. Not sure about this - fine if travelling alone but even with your spouse privacy can be a good thing - especially if one needs to do things while the other is sleeping. There is a small nook in the shower (so many places have nothing) and the usual squirt bottles if you forgot your shampoo, etc.
There's a very nice bar off the lobby with food (breakfast if you subscribe). It gets busy in the afternoon and evenings so you may want to book. Live entertainment at times
Car parking is by valet and at extra cost. It's also a bit of a faff if you need anything from your car since you must be escorted to drop off or retrieve items. There is a public parking lot nearby (underground) which might be more convenient (and possibly less expensive) but also less secure. The hotel has an EV charger and charged our car at no added cost
All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we would gladly return
