"As its name suggests, Monsieur Spoon is a French café. The emphasis here is on pastries, especially the delectable croissants, which come with homemade jam, and pain au chocolate . In a sea of health-conscious Bali cafes, Monsieur Spoon stands out for its embrace of calorie-rich indulgences. It's a nice change from the norm, and you can expect to see expats looking for their European café fix. And don't worry—there's still green juice on the menu." - Anna Chittenden

Decent breakfast and cafe food. There are quite a bit of options if looking for a sandwich so doing brunch here is a great idea! The coffee is nice and aromatic. The decor is cool with the whole wooden spoon concept that also ties in with the quintessential Bali teak spoon souvenir! We had a bagel sandwich and a regular sandwich and both were good! There are many fresh baked items on display that you can grab as well. The pricing is a little bit on the higher side. Personally we felt that the pricing plus have been a little lower to match the quality of the food. All in all, a good place to get some breakfast, brunch or coffee!

Very cool place! The food is amazing, they also have a bakery, and a restaurant menu. They provide you with 2-hour free internet voucher so we came with a laptop for a short work. I think it’s a good way to limit the use of the space for work. Very friendly staff. The cheese croissant was delicious.

Amazing croissants and pastries as you would expect from a first class French patisserie. Delicious food and superb service. A peaceful lunch break from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Highly recommend.

Coffee was great and strong enough. Pastries are yummy as well. Has indoor AC and outdoor seating. Will come back again!

Had the NY salmon bagel. Tiny amount of salmon, zero tomatoes. On a giant bed of lettuce? Tate was mediocre at best. Locals love this place for some reason. Their baked goods are OK if you go there when they open. Coffee was just OK. I do not think I will be back unless just to pick up some baked item early morning.

I ordered some cakes and pastries. Overall, the taste is superb, but it comes with a bit high price + the taste is awesome + a lot of options for cakes and pastries + the location is next to bus stop. Really easy to find - the outdoor space needs to be upgraded. For the high-grade menu, we expect to get a better ambience - the toilet and wastafel area needs a rejuvenation
