More of an ATC ranger station for hikers than a museum. They occupy a little corner of the Monson Historical Society's building and don't seem to have much to do with them otherwise. If you're not an Appalachian Trail thru-hiker, expect to be brushed off the minute one shows up.

A must stop before going into the 100 Mile Wilderness. Wendy was so lovely and provided the most up to date trail information. Maps of the area are sold.
