I had a booking for an apartment for tonight but am very sick so was trying all day to change it for another weekend. After trying to change it with the booking agent, I was told only the property could assist me. A man named Rhys on reception said he would ask management & call me back. Rhys never called back! And no one cared that I was sick! So I was finally told on the fourth phone call NO! I paid in full upfront & all I wanted was to change the date of my booking!! Horrible customer service!!!!!! Very rude staff!!!!

2 bedroom appartment with leaking shower, leaking washing machine, rusty broken bathroom bin. No complimentary tea or coffee. ‘Stunning view’s’ of 2 level car park for nice price $600 / 2 nights….. but great location.

I am not one to write a review but due to the amount of bad reviews on this apartment. I thought it would deserve a review.|It is not a five star apartment, but is priced appropriately, rooms are clean, Staff were all welcoming and friendly. In particular the lady on the front desk, who was lovely on the phone and in person. Car parks are tight, you would want to be a good driver as the spaces are tight. Most the parks are taken by what looks like permanent residents. We always found a park but we all had to get out of the car first, so it could be parked as the parks are that tight in a med size car that you can't open the doors and my husband struggle to get out of the drivers side. Yes we got the apartment with the person upstairs that must be watering plants, soaking you down below, but we just didn't use the patio. We read there was there was no dryers, they are actually washer/driers in one :)

Staff are rude and unhelpful. If only we could give no stars for this place- 1 star is a star too many in our eyes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND We booked in Feb - after reading poor reviews called up to question if they had the facilities we required for our week long stay and was met with "well don't ***king stay here if it's not good enough then!" and was hung up on. So we immediately cancelled within our free cancellation period and booked somewhere else who welcomed our business. 4 weeks later after returning home we finally get a refund only after many many times calling and speaking to staff we obtain their email and only AFTER we demand in writing immediate payment (with interest) due to weeks and weeks of calling and getting no where they manage to refund our $260 deposit. Had we not kept good records they would have gotten away with our $260!! Absolutely disgusting customer service. No apology, explanation, no return email. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Despite being very calm, i was just shoved an email address to send feed back at reception when I attempted to address issues. Management have ignored my emails do maybe if I address here i will get some response. I am writing with much disappointment at the quality of our stay and am checking out early as a result. On a positive the room was spacious and the bed comfy, just very dated and poor condition. Initially booked for 3 nights with a 4th likely which was noted on check in but am checking out after 2 nights as i could not tolerate the noisy neighbours and renovations being carried out above. After a terrible sleep due to neighbours i was then woken by noisy tools first thing at 7am. There was ongoing noise during the day yesterday abd no warning was given on arrival despite me explaining my husband was having coronary surgery at RPH and needed a somewhere quiet for him to rest. I am now moving elsewhere and expect some sort of refund. On arrival the room was barely clean. The safe was out of operation. The dishwasher excessively noisy. The pool area under construction, again no prior warning which was also part of my choosing these appartments. Again somewhere for us to rest up. The smells from permanent residents also needs to be reviewed for short term guests. No consideration whats so ever for nearby guests treating the area as a back yard noise wise. Very disappointing experience and hope you will respond with some form of refund given our early departure and poor experience. I had accomodation options in the outer city areas but chose your appartments based on your website photos and information which do not reflect what i paid for including parking after I checked out. Chosen as affordable accomodation close to the hospital but overall more distressing than the surgery itself. If only i read the reviews before !!! Reporting to relevant authorities as businesses should be accountable for such arrogance. I have worked many years in tourism and hospitality and the experience here was just appalling.

Room Condition: Room on the 6th floor was not as described and depicted in the photos. The room had an uncomfortable odour, and the furnishings were worn and dated. The lift only stops up to 5th floor.||Hygiene Issues: The towels provided were stained, and there was only a minimal amount of shampoo and body wash for our family of four. Additionally, the cutlery and dishware were partly cleaned, and the carpets had large noticeable stains and spots.||AC and Hygiene Concerns: The only air conditioner in the living room in the 2 bedroom apartment was noisy and emitted a fungi smell, which raised concerns about hygiene standards.||Ineffective Customer Service: When we finally managed to find the front desk, the staff's attitude was rude and unhelpful. The front desk timetable appeared to be random and inconsistent.||Early Check-Out: Due to the unsatisfactory conditions, we decided to check out the next morning, hoping that the issues would be addressed promptly.

Rooms tired and need a facelift. Kitchen facilities were also not clean and definitely not up to standard. Staff were helpful and location good but would look elsewhere next time in Perth.

We stayed here for more than two weeks, so we could give you our two cents. We choose this apartment hotel because our son likes to swim in a pool, and guess what? The pool was under maintenance the whole time during our stay. Haha We arrived in 2AM so we get a key from the box, and came to a surprise that the room wasn’t properly cleaned as the bedsheet, towels, are still dirty from the previous guest. We are pretty upset. Since it was really early there’s basically nothing we can do so we wait until morning and ask for a clean bedsheet and towels. We make the bed, and finally we can sleep. There’s a lot of small roaches, especially in the kitchen. But then, they have everything you need for daily needs. A working washing machine, shower with warm water, all functioning kitchen, ironing board, balcony, parking space, and the location is really great, only a walking distance to the CAT bus stop. I wish the management really keen to improve the overall thing. If not, just lower your expectations I guess.
