The room was amazing. Nice and clean, 2 toilets. The down stairs reception area was closed by 2.30 pm.

Poor service We understand that there is a cancellation policy, but there is no consideration of unforeseen circumstances or consideration of even at least a partial refund. The consideration when talking to the admin was very poor and didn't want to even negotiate, as we were willing to rebook for a different date. There was no loss for the apartment as they could of booked it out again and if not no cleaning to be done. Do not book this apartment if you have unforeseen cancellations due to no fault of your own

Decided to stay in city for 2 nights picked this apartment photos online looked really nice & comfortable after a busy 9 days prior, walked into to apartment felt very disappointed nothing like online that’s for sure walls dirty, kitchen benches slimy, the whole place actually needs a revamp. The bathroom was horride did some washing the clothes airer was completely broken so was hard to dry clothes , got plates out of cupboard they were absolutely disgusting dirty as the cutlery was filthy you couldn’t use it. The hall ways smelt it was not worth the money we paid for. We went to the roof top pool as hot day to find there were no deck chairs to sit on just the ground. Will never come back very disappointed

ATTENTION 🛑 Do not book here!, you will be extremely disappointed! Wasted 30 - 40 minutes just trying to find where to park and parking areas are very small ,tight and dark. Upon walking down the corridor to enter our room we received a bad smell and dirty walls and dusty carpet. The room wasn't up to the standard ,it smelt , it was grimey , rubbish down the side of the washing machine, air con wasn't working properly and had an old outdated tv . We left almost immediately and booked elsewhere! No where near worth $300 a night ! It's a shame I have to say such things about a business but if it saves someone else from ruining their holiday/getaway to the city I know it's for good reasons. Hopefully some improvements are on the cards.

Booked this in January through a travel agent, but neither my wife or I bothered to check the reviews. We both assumed the other had, so were a bit concerned when we eventually read them. We needn’t have worried. The reason we booked here is for price and location : it’s budget apartments close to the CBD, nothing more nothing less, so don’t expect 5 star luxury as you get what you pay for. After all, it’s really only a sleeping facility for us. Having said that, we’re halfway through our stay and we’re enjoying it. Apartment has a balcony, very comfy queen bed, is large with great air conditioning (it’s been a heatwave for 4 days here) and fridge, all appliances work. Generally quiet. Furniture is old, 1st floor foyer could smell better, the car park spaces could be larger but there’s a small gym & a good pool. The free hop on hop off CAT buses run by here too. Matt at reception is a real gentleman as well. Good value IMHO

Not worth a rating. Avoid at all costs. -Bathroom had mold throughout the shower and basin -Broken /cracked basin -Basin in the second toilet leaking water. -Water leaking through the tiles on the bottom of the wall behind the door. toilet floor was covered in water this morning 24/12/23 (son slipped over) -Holes in the walls -Stains on the carpets -Remote controls for the air-conditioning and television didn't work. - Clothes left in the dry/washing machine from previous guests. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable - Cockroach on the kitchen bench. -Hot and cold-water taps reversed, luckily our children did not have the first showers. -Mold on the bathroom floor -Cutlery dirty and left in the dishwasher from Previous guests. -Air-conditioning leaking water. Reception was contacted multiple times in regards to the issues - stated the maintenance man would come and review complaints - maintenance man never attended. -Inaccessible car parking We left and returned to find no car parks available. - called reception and were told to park in overflow car pack- unfortunately our car height didn't allow us access. After being told height was 2.4 metres. - Stinks of cigarette smoke - Pool area very poor The photographs of the hotel rooms were definitely not a true representation of the rooms at all. Unfortunately, these were the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in.

Good location for what we needed. Great living space and bedrooms ok. We had a 1 year old and was put on the 6th floor with lift only accessing level 5. This is not good when you've got pram, cot, luggage having to carry these items 25 stairs. We was told there was only a few stairs! Not good as its dangerous carrying baby and things up the stairs. Good job we didn't loose our footing.

Would never recommend this place. Poor service rooms are disgusting and has a cockroach and bed bug infestation and smells like mold. My mother booked the 2 rooms for us all to stay in for ozzy day and asked for them to be right next to each other. We got 2 rooms on different floors for a start. Then entered them and they were yuck. Went down to complain and there was no one to be seen in the office. They gave us no codes for wifi or lock box or even a number to call. They also false advertise the place. Would highly recommend not staying there book elsewhere.

The rooms are basic but well fitted out. We stayed with a toddler and they had everything we needed including a travel cot. I would suggest getting a room up high as we were on level 1 and there was a bit of noise from the car park.

Staff was generally rude and unaccommodating. Noisy rooms from pipes and water, etc. Stayed a week and my room never got clean. Good coffee shop across the street though.

This has been my home away from home when I visit Perth (once every couple of months staying for one or two weeks at a time). I like East Perth, even though it's a bit of a hike from the office. I like the nearby grocery store and bottle shop. I like the bodum in the room and the apartment style accommodation. However, a management change I noted on my most recent trip means I'll have to find alternate accommodation. Reception now doesn't open until 9. What happened to 8 or 8:30 even? What I previously did was leave my bag in reception on the Friday morning I was due to travel home and passed by in a cab on my way to the airport to retrieve it. That option isn't open to me now and the options of hauling my bag onto the CAT or taking a cab the relatively short distance through rush hour traffic to my office or dragging the bag across town are all less attractive than finding another place to stay.
