Yelp
Popular place for all ages. They don't take reservations. Friendly staff, although our server was a bit overwhelmed being holiday weekend and short staffed. But she was friendly and checked on us enough that we were able to ask for more water/ketchup/dressing without having to wait too long.
For drinks, we had Wildrye Mule, $14, ginger beer, fresh lime, choice of Wild Rye Distillery libation: vodka, cherry vodka, 5 drops bourbon, ramsdell silver rum, or old tom gin. We had it with the 5 drops bourbon. Very good and refershing!
For starters, we had their Brewmaster Onion Rings, $10, beer-battered with siracha-ranch. The rings were crispy and delicious. They weren't greasy at all.
We all had burgers which are served in fresh brioche bun, pickle, choice of fries and coleslaw:
- Jack Burger, $16, cheese, LTO, house sauce, with fries -- good burger, fries were crispy and not oily at all.
- Tangy Bang Burger, $17, smoked gouda, chopped bacon, jalapeño jam, garlic aioli, with fries -- the person who ordered this preferred the Jack Burger mainly because the Tangy Bang Burger was too salty.
- Mushroom & Swiss, $17, mushroom sauce, swiss cheese, with coleslaw. The coleslaw was good, but nothing to rave about. The burger was delicious! I loved the mushroom and mushroom sauce with the swiss cheese. I like the mushroom and sauce so much that I ate it all...and left most of the burger (not because it wasn't good, but because I was full....ate too much of the onion rings!).
Yes, it's pretty pricey for bar food, but if you're staying at the resort with no transportation nor the inkling to uber/taxi to town, then it's captive audience.
