Montana Stube

Montana Stube, the signature restaurant within Hotel Montana, offers an authentic Swiss alpine dining experience in a warm, chalet-style setting. The wood-paneled interior and rustic décor give the place an immediate sense of comfort and tradition. I enjoyed the classic cheese rösti with melted local cheese and crispy bacon—a dish that perfectly captured the flavors of the region. The staff, who also assist hotel guests, were extraordinarily hospitable, providing insights into the culinary heritage and local specialties. Their attentive, welcoming approach created a memorable dinner that felt both gourmet and homely, enhanced by the backdrop of Hotel Montana’s cozy ambiance.

We were there only for dinner. It is expensive and doesn't deserve the price. Food was dry and heavy.

Came here on a Friday evening without reservation. The food was exceptional and the staff were friendly. Even though we understand German, they do speak English fluently. Would recommend a reservation if you want to come, though -- the place is central and not very big.

Convenient location by the train station. Authentic interior. Prices are extremely unreasonably high, but the food is good. Service isn’t really great, slow and inattentive.

Visited in November so was full of locals. I must say the menu is very authentic and the ambience 'very allegra' I did not expect this Graubünden ambience in Davos but here we go. We all heartily enjoyed our meals and the attention of the hosts. You have to try the Merengue and cream, thats heaven on the tongue.

Good swiss food. You can go there and you would eat a good food anyway.

Extremely friendly staff, impressive small wine list that is gorgeously curated, lovingly home made sauces with the fondue chinoise a discretion. Highly recommend!
