Excellent service, a really comfortable experience and would recommend everyone to pop in. I went in with an older style pen that I had been gifted and I did not know how to use. This is not somewhere I felt like I would belong, in my mind it was too expensive and luxurious for me and I was worried I would break something! Melad helped me, he could not have been nicer and more welcoming. He took the time to go over the history of the pen with me and showed me how best to care for it and how to use it properly. He made me feel so comfortable there and was so knowledgeable about the different inks I could use and how to care for this pen to ensure it carried on for another 50 years. I was surprised by the range of options for all budgets so if you want to gift someone a treat I would recommend having a look at their range as there are actually good options for more modest budgets.

Absolutely impeccable service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and I was treated like a valued guest. I was offered bottled water and given a clear, detailed explanation of the repair to my fountain pen. A truly bespoke experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Anita at Mont Blanc Bond Street. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Her ability to explain everything clearly and confidently made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. What really sets Anita apart is her unmatched attention to detail—she noticed things no one else ever has and made recommendations that were absolutely spot-on. I can honestly say this was the most selective, personalised service I’ve ever received from anyone in any store. If you want professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer care, ask for Anita. She’s truly on another level. Highly recommended!

I experienced exceptional service today in the New Bond Street, Montblanc boutique. I brought in a damaged timepiece, with very low expectation that it could be fixed - and if it was possible, would likely far exceed the value of the watch. I was greeted professionally, offered a beverage of choice and my timepiece was sent to their resident watch expert, Daniel, for inspection. Incredibly, within 10 minutes he had repaired the faulty part completely free of charge. I am extremely impressed. Fabulous service from Daniel and the team. During the wait, I browsed their flagship store and saw an amazing array of leather goods, pens and timepieces. I would highly recommend a visit, everything is top notch, keep up the good work!

I had a truly great experience at this Mont Blanc location. I went here with a friend who really wanted to check out the store. Many Mont Blanc boutiques are closing in the States being replaced by authorized dealers so finding a comprehensive store can be challenging. This location was a very large location with two floors. It was well laid out and had a variety of items from pens to cuff links to jewelry. My friend focused on a pen that he has been hunting for years and his salesperson was fantastic. As he was interested in the pen he would ask about other items he saw that caught his attention. His salesperson enthusiastically checked on every request and he didn't all the time find the requested item. There was no hard sales and he never tried to push my friend into buying something he suggested that my friend wasn't interested in. It was a very lovely experience. Everyone was polite and helpful.

The newly renovated Montblanc shop in New Bond Street has amazing customer service. I went to buy a refill for my pen, an agenda and a business card holder and I was treated like if i were buying a £30K watch. Loved it! Dedicated, knowledgeable staff. Great shopping experience

Mont Blanc, New Bond Street Excellent customer service and knowledge of products as to be expected, however prices are mostly RRP so best to buy from a reputable distributor such as Webster and save yourself a significant amount of money!

I love the Mont Blanc brand, but I had an unfortunate customer experience at their store on New Bond Street. The sales clerk failed to give back my credit card. When I called to see if they had it just 30 minutes later they told me that it had been destroyed!! Then I asked to speak to the manager who clarified that they had not destroyed it, but had called my bank, which had cancelled the card. This strikes me as unprofessional and bad customer service. They should have held the card and waited for me to contact them. Getting it cancelled was an extreme response and caused me to waste time in getting a replacement. I will not shop at the New Bond St location again.

I called as my ball pooint pen had a damaged clip. The assistant who was very friendly took it away and said whilst he was replacing the clip he noticed damage to the gold tip and replaced it too for the same charge, fantastic service I was so impressed I bought my wife a pen at the same time. Couldn't fault the professionalism and service top marks. Thank you.
