We had a wonderful stay at the Montcalm Mayfair Hotel. The service was exceptional – especially the front office team who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel’s design is elegant and modern, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. A small note: the breakfast could benefit from a wider variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, a great experience and we truly appreciate the staff for their warm hospitality. We look forward to staying again!

My friend and I had an amazing breakfast experience at Montcalm Mayfair, and I have to give special recognition to Arbaaz, the breakfast manager, who truly made our visit exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Arbaaz was warm, friendly, and highly professional. As we follow a halal diet, he took the time to carefully listen to our dietary needs and went above and beyond to customize our Full English Breakfast accordingly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring every detail was just right and that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The breakfast itself was fantastic — beautifully presented, delicious, and very satisfying. You can really tell the quality of ingredients and care put into the meal. The ambiance of the hotel is also worth mentioning — elegant, calm, and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing start to the day. ||We had booked the table through First Table, and it was worth it, especially given the quality of service and food we received. Thank you again to Arbaaz and the team for such a memorable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a refined and guest-focused breakfast.

The stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The cleanliness was beyond excellent. The staff provided amazing and fast service. Breakfast was delicious and delightful. The location is excellent, making everything easily accessible. Their honesty is truly commendable, I forgot my AirPods in the lobby, and they returned them to me without me even asking. Highly recommended!

Brand new hotel. Open for just two months. Lobby is charming. Staff is courteous. Located in marble arch, it is walking distance to everything!!!! Shopping , restaurants, the underground etc the rooms are beautifully appointed |I loved the potted plants in the lobby. This is a comfortable hotel that is chic, clean and modern. It is not to be missed when staying in London.

Beautiful hotel with a boutique vibe in a great location! They’re still getting their footing on this newly opened hotel, but one thing they have down is attentive and friendly service. The breakfast staff couldn’t be nicer and make you feel as though they’re genuinely happy to see you. The dinner at Lilli by Akira Back was also excellent and we ate there twice. Francesco served us and was professional and helpful with choosing our dinner. Really lovely stay!

What a stunning boutique hotel in the heart of London! I stayed there with my family for my daughter's wedding which was in their ballroom. The hotel had undergone a refurb since our last stay 3 and half years ago and we were absolutely amazed by the new decor and layout. From the opulent carpets to very stylish furniture - it was a complete transformation. The staff were amazingly welcoming and attentive to all our needs. We really felt looked after and that they genuinley wanted us to enjoy our stay. The General Manager, Tamas, went out of his way to ensure that not only our stay was fabulous but that our wedding ran as smoothly as possible. We could not have wanted for a more pleasurable experience. The rooms we stayed in were beautifully designed and I have to say I had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The food in the restaurant was excellent and breakfast every morning was sumptuous and delicious. If you are looking for the perfectly positioned and friendly hotel with supremely 5-star standards at every turn - this is the place to stay!

My family of six were stranded in London due to canceled flights. We booked three days at the Montcalm Mayfair, not even knowing how soon we could rebook our flights. We have stayed in numerous five star hotels during our many travels, but never one where the entire staff was so friendly, helpful and accommodating! Our rooms were lovely and well stocked, the hotel’s location near the Marble Arch was convenient to many stores and restaurants . But most of all, the way the staff and manager went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable during a very stressful time, will always be appreciated and remembered . We can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you everyone at Montcalm Mayfair!

Excellent room service experience! The food was delicious and arrived piping hot in just 15 minutes, thanks to Arbaaz’s prompt and professional service. I was in a rush for work, and everything was handled perfectly. Great team, amazing room—truly impressed by the efficiency and hospitality. Highly recommended!
