This hotel is worth its five stars. The rooms are lovely and face the sea. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The beach is beautiful and the pool area is lovely. It’s a very short 15 minute walk into town along the water. We use the spa and the services were excellent and reasonably priced. They went the extra mile and gave us cake and champagne on our birthday. Quite a lovely touch. And they have a free wine and olive oil tasting nightly.

Just returned to the UK after a 7 night stay here. Overall my wife & I had a superb time but I feel a few simple service issues were lacking.I had to complain about the lack of service from inattentive waiters at breakfast. This wasn’t an isolated incident & after 3 successive mornings of being ignored for tea/ coffee/ menu I had to voice my concerns. In a 5 star hotel at this price point I shouldn’t have had any issues. That said it was fine for the rest of our stay. The other issues was our check in. No drinks offered not were we shown any facilities- just a sheet of paper & a QR code - quite impersonal. We also took the wrong lift to our room which I’m sure they would have seen us do! Having said all this the hotel & resort are stunning. We used the gym & spa which are both excellent. The lobby bar was very good. Rovinj is a beautiful town & we would certainly return.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly, and couldn't do enough. The rooms were very spacious and exactly as the professional photos shows. The attention to detail was excellent and the rooms were cleaned twice daily. A dinner bed and breakfast option would entice guests to stay in the evening. Although the walk into rovinj is a must. Plenty of restaurants- such a vibrant place.

It's been a few months since we stayed at the hotel (couple, no kinds) but haven't found the time to rate the hotel yet. The Hotel itself is directly at the coast of Croatia. The staff is extremely friend, breakfast was nice. Rooms were clean and nice. Parking service deserves an extra star. We arrived with our plug-in hybrid and used the parking service. When we checked out, and got our car back - I recognized that it was fully charged! That service is just awesome :) The Hotel is also very close (walking distance - ~15min) to the city center of Rovinj. All in all - we will definitely come back!

A great place for holidays or just a few nights. The rooms are big, comfortable and have a great view. The service at the restaurant and bar is very friendly and the breakfast buffet offers everything you can think of. A great place to stay when in Rovinj.

The staff is always warm and friendly, which plays a huge part in our decision to return. The hotel is well appointed and maintained. Housekeeping is conscientious and consistent. The location is fabulous. Highly recommend. .

We had some teething problems when we arrived at our room, the air con was not working, the bed was made up with 2 duvets put together and just 2 pillows. It did not look like a 5 star room, our view was non-existent just trees. We also had some issues at breakfast on our 2nd morning which we reported and it improved but the quality of the hot food was inconsistent each morning. The pool was very well maintained and the service exceptional especially Ante. although around the pool was a little squashed in areas. We used the gym in the neighbouring hotel which was very poor, the air con did not work in one area and was set to 26 in another, it was far too small for the size of the hotels and there were no exercise mats to be found. Our waiter for our Gourmet meal Dovor was excellent and the food was very good. Overall our holiday was good, but felt that there were areas of the hotel that did not warrant 5 stars.

Very nicely situated property. Excellent sea for swimmers and sea lovers. Very nice and efficient beach facilities. Good bar and staff at the beach. Breakfast could be a little better. Breakfast, beach bar and reception staff very good and courteous. The city of Rovinj is a big bonus.
