Montebelli Agriturismo & Country Hotel

A few years ago in June, I stayed for a week for a training meeting. It is a peaceful place in nature. Ideal for those looking for peace, quiet and tranquility. The SPA, hot pool, massage, cycling and horseback riding were great experiences for me. The staff were always smiling and helpful. Tasting the most natural and delicious food of Tuscany was also a bonus.

This resort was stunning. We stayed during the shoulder season just ahead of Easter and had the RW tire resort nearly to ourselves. ||We stayed in a suite in the hotel area and it was lovely. The staff were just gearing up for the busy season and so some amenities were not available but our stay was still 5 stars! We would absolutely come back. Beautiful scenery, clean spacious room, and the staff were all so lovely!||We are breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and we had no complaints. I read one review on here about a negative experience with dinner but we did NOT have that same experience. Dinner was delicious, we both had pasta and meat dishes and were incredibly happy with our food. So wonderful!

I honestly have to give this place a 5 star review the staff and service was AMAZING! I couldn’t thank them enough for how accommodating they were during my stay. Of course the location is in the country which is a bit of a bumpy ride to get there but it is relaxing serene and over all a beautiful place! Thank you so much to every staff at this resort who made my stay amazing!

I spent a week at Montebelli as part of a yoga retreat. We loved the serenity & expansiveness of the property where you could hike, run, wander to the vineyards or labyrinth. The food is delicious and the wine tasting with Alessandro was informative with generous pours & food. The staff is attentive to their guests, dedicated to delivering a quality guest experience. The location is prime for visiting the coast, Sienna, and other classic Tuscan sites. You will feel refreshed & renewed after your time at this resort!

A really pleasant stay here. At first I had a room in the Agriturismo part. The rooms looked great, spacious and nice. Except that there was no airco and it was 39 degrees outside. But there was still a room in the Country Hotel available so I could easy change rooms. And that was a perfect room. Very spacious, 1 had a couch and a shower and a bath. And of course an airco.|The staff is nice and helpfull.|The only downside was the wifi wich was nog very strong. But I prefered the airco over the wifi.

I hope this review will help to improve their place. First, the rooms, cockorocs, bed bugs, and full of muscitos in the rooms. We were a group of 30 people, and the breakfast was always short in something. One day scrambled eggs, one day kinds of salami or even one day when we ask for bread, they said "sorry finished". We came here with great recommendations, but it was not as it was expected. We were expecting better food quality in the meals, but they were short of expectation. A word for the place: nice but there is a lot to improve Hope this will help to improve their place. I was disappointed.

An excellent family vacation, home away from home. Typical Tuscan experience with amazing chef in the kitchen, Rafaela creates incredible tastes that will leave you wanting more. Best of the pastas and meats, and the unforgettable tiramisu. You will see the owners amongst you, giving wine tasting sessions, serving tables at busy times, offering suggestions for your stay. |Montebelli has very relaxed attitude, no strict rules on times to use this and that, places to enter or not. Everyone lives in perfect harmony here, it has a very serene energy. |I walked and ran around the estate to have a glimpse of Tuscan countryside, vineyards that line up the small hills as far as the eye can see. An entire land of olive trees supply top quality virgin olive oil and also used in their skin products. Loved the shampoo and conditioner.|We learned to play tennis here, kids found a new passion. |The Scarlino port nearby is excellent to hire a daily small boat (no licence needed) to see beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala.|The spa has a steam bath, sauna and indoor pool.|The area of the farm house rooms are older but well maintained|We stayed at the golf houses and they were very modern, spacious, new, everything worked well. Tons of towels and bathrobes to use, great lotions etc from the local herbs and oils . |We will definitely come back.

A super friendly, small resort in Tuscany ideal for families and couples. The staff are excellent and always happy to help including the owner who always spoke to us and was able to give good advice on the wine! The head waiter was also excellent - we arrived late and there was a wedding reception taking place but he managed to provide a feast for us even though the kitchen was closed. I really enjoyed the whole week there and it was nice running or strolling around the vineyards or lazing by the pool. The food was brilliant too. The only small gripe was our room was not air-conditioned but we managed.
