Worst Hotel Experience of My Life
Addendum:
The most serious concern guests should have is the hotel’s dishonest and misleading management, who openly disrespect guests by distorting legitimate complaints and denying clear photo and video evidence — evidence their own staff witnessed and acknowledged at the time. Their claim of following “international standards” collapses instantly when confronted with the basic fact that our mattress was not even fully covered by a proper bedsheet — something expected in any hotel, even the most modest ones and for a 4-star hotel, nothing short of an outrage. Their refusal to accept responsibility for such an obvious and indisputable failure only intensifies the impression of unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for guest comfort and well-being.
Initial Review:
This hotel is the definition of false advertising. The room looked nothing like the photos, but the real nightmare came when we discovered that there was no bedsheet at all—just our bodies directly on a dirty, stained mattress. Absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that pretends to be “premium.”
What made everything dramatically worse was the hotel management’s response. Even after seeing the bare mattress themselves and after I provided clear photos and videos documenting the issue, they still claimed my complaint was a “false allegation.” I’ve never experienced such blatant denial, disrespect, and refusal to take responsibility.
In my opinion, this place shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero concern for guests’ health or comfort. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.
