I booked a reservation for myself and my family booked a reservation also since we were going to attend a family wedding. Upon arrival I was asked to pay for my reservation up front for the additional one day I reserved which was $150 and I had previously paid for 3 nights in advance though a reservation site for a total of $609 dollars.Claudia escorted me to the hotel in which we had to drive through a road to reach. When I arrived The Hotel premises were not in proper condition there was some kind of structural damage to the building and large pieces of debris of the building were scattered in the front steps. No one had cleared or cleaned it was dangerous if you walked through it. Claudia gave us the tour and the view was beautiful. Warning nothing that is mentioned in all booking sites is true ! The hotel says it offers breakfast ! Be warned they only offer coffee bread, yogurt, apples or bananas so don’t expect a continental breakfast you will still be hungry and it’s only Saturday and Sunday they don’t offer it all week ! All staff leaves at 5 pm so you will be alone in the premises and it gets very dark not even house keeping is available ! The rooms don’t have TVs or mini fridges or microwaves ! In warm days you will have to drink warm temperature water ! Inside the hotel I noticed some dead roaches. My room door had a combination lock which they give you a number to unlock and access. The night of our event we came back to the hotel room late that night to find the door fully opened ! I was in shock and panic that some one broke in! No one cleaned our rooms for the days we were staying ! I called staff to informed them what had happened and they told me that the owner would return my call with my concerns. It was a very bad experience ! Up to this day the owner never bothered to reach out! Next time When visiting Valle Guadalupe I will make sure to reserve elsewhere! The Hotel needs a lot of work to improve in customer service experience and quality management. One house keeper is not enough for 9 rooms and she is not even physically available on Mondays ! It’s a disaster ! For the price point that they are charging you will get quality resort service elsewhere with way more amenities FYI no pool ! Beautiful view but the owner needs more hotel management experience. Customers like myself and based on our experiences is what makes a great review prosper your business and through recommendations .Hopefully you will take this into consideration for the future. Responding to your false accusations As to your reply 7/23/25 I never broke anything in my room ! I didn’t even have a fridge! that must of been another room ! If I had to leave was to catch my flight at 930 am since your hotel employees are no where to be found ! I couldn’t speak to anyone or check out for that reason ! As for your standered rooms all 8 and only 2 premium rooms ! I hope you find a better way to make yourselfs look good because this just looks even worse and childish! Good luck Fyi you forgot to tell everyone how irresponsible you are and leave guests rooms open for anyone to steal ! Don’t bother to reply !

One of the worst deals we have experience on our Baja trip. My partner and I both ordered a wine tasting and there was maybe a sip in each glass. The lady serving us was incredible and I cannot say anything bad about her, she even offered us some food recommendations , but the serving size she said her boss tells her to pour is embarrassing for the cost. For nearly $60 USD I don’t think we even had 1 full glass combined. I think she could visibly see we were not too impressed and offered us a sample of another which was incredibly nice of here. The wine was fine and for only $35 we could have bought a bottle of 1 of the wines we sampled and had 5 glasses of wine. So if you do come, don’t bother with the tasting maybe order a bottle if you value more bang for your buck.

We enjoyed ourselves! This was our first stop while in Valle De Guadalupe, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the wine is great.

$600 MXN ($30 USD) per person for tasting. The wines were excellent, but be prepared to pay accordingly. We especially enjoyed the Omaggio tinto.

My favorite winery in the Valle! Best Nebbiolo I’ve had. Service is always wonderful.

This winery has one of the best views in Guadalupe. We love Italian wines and this has very similar varieties. Very good wines and nice tastings..one of the best ones we have been to in the valley. I didn’t ask but wanted to find out the different names of the wineries..the tastings are expensive compared to California wineries, but it seems like since you can’t bring wine back to California tastings are we’re they can offset some of there costs. I would recommend just buying a couple of bottles if you have a group and drinking the wine at the winery…this place has food which we didn’t have but that would be a great way to spend an afternoon with friends!
