Used to good restaurants, we were happy to discover Montegusto last Tuesday, just before our visit to the Castel del Monte. I'll be honest: what we ordered was very good. However, the service was very unpleasant and disrespectful. We felt very uncomfortable, unwelcome, as if we had nothing to do there. Moreover our Italian is not very good, so we spoke in English: which didn't help to feel better. We would have liked to taste something else, but this attitude put us off and we left after a primi.
If client bothers, why working in a restaurant?
That's why I can't recommend this place. It's a real shame.
