A spectacular olive experience!! We were able to walk this farm in a guided and informative tour. The respect for the process and harvesting, protecting the trees was wonderful to hear and witness. Learn the difference between olive oils, taste and understand! Portugal got the assignment!!!

Science shows that Extra Virgin Olive Oil is important for health. Learning how the olives are grown and processed for the oil was educational. I really enjoyed the tour.
