Moo Moo Steak & Burger Club

We came here tonight as a walk in and was able to get a table in 20 minutes. For food we had 2 of the T-bone steaks , a surf and turf, and a no1 burger. The food was incredible, my steak cooked to perfection. We ordered a range of sides to share and could not fault them. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. Good prices and good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

We came to Moo Moo Steak & Burger Club for my brother in laws birthday. Up there with the best steak I’ve ever eaten. The Gorgonzola sauce was exceptional, the steak was perfectly cooked and so tender. My only suggestion would be for the sauce to have more cheese however appreciate that the ratio of cheese and cream would be ideal for the majority. Complimentary birthday soufflé was a lovely touch, we ordered the crème brûlée which again was up there with one of the best ones I’ve had. The service we received from the head of house, and the rest of the staff was fantastic. Recommended a great wine and checked in throughout our meal to see if we needed anything. Also topped up our wine which was a great touch. We complimented the food and experience at the end of our meal, the head of house was genuinely touched and you could see the passion he had for the restaurant and the service they provide. If we ever return to Poland in the future, Moo Moo will definitely be on the cards!

We turned up yesterday evening without a booking. Initially, they were fully booked. However, after some juggling around, they managed to squeeze us in for a table for 2. We both ordered burgers, the best I've had in a long time. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was a very pleasant experience. Amazing place, and next time we visit Krakow from Liverpool UK, we will make a reservation.

The filet was cooked to perfection! The peppercorn sauce was great and spicy! We will definitely come back! I was going to take a picture but I was too hungry and ate the whole thing before I remembered.

Highly recommend the burger, our son said it was one of the best he’d had. My fillet mignon had a little sinew, which was a downside, but was still well cooked and delicious. The food quickly went cold, much before the end of the meal, maybe as we were sat near the door, so book a table and request not to be in this location. Excellent crème brûlée, the soufflé was tasty, but a little overdone.

Lovely restaurant, staff so friendly. Steak was cooked to perfection. Burgers are huge. Highly recommended.

After a 20 minute wait for some waitress to show up I had to go after her and kindly ask for a menu. After another 20 minute wait I decided to leave this helpless place to go next door to bistro Bene where I was welcome by friendly and attentive staff and a burger that surely can’t be matched by the incompetence of this place. How can you be in the business of selling drinks and food if you don’t even bother to show up to take an order? Maybe they were too busy with 2 other tables taken (out of 20) for lunch?!

Good food, no doubt. But at the checkout they try to scan by presenting you a notepad with your recept with an added 10% tip. While in the corner of the notepad, folded and tucked away under their businesscard, there is the recept hidden without the tip. No questions, just sneaky, hoping you don't see it! This is nôt american, waiters and staff get wagens overhere.

Seriously the best steak ever. If you have the opportunity to eat at this restaurant in Kraków, I highly recommend you go there. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious and the atmosphere was very nice. They happen to be two of these restaurants in Krakow. we went to the one that was more off the beaten path. I liked it because it was a little less crowded though. You still have to wait quite a while for a table. But definitely worth it. Very good food.

Small pour of red wine which was only an okay wine, tough ribeye steak even after asking for another piece because they overcooked it...kudos to my waitress for getting another steak but it was tough also. Creamed spinach and potatoes okay. I have had better steak other places.

Well after a day of walking we found this spot..it is a steak house but every One was having burgers so we did. I had the bbq and bacon and my wife had a regular cheeseburger. And two chips and cream spinach on the side.. also a recommended dish. All made as requested and delicious. Most of the tables had reservations Signs by the time we left so if we go back for steaks, they offer every variety, I ll call ahead.

Great steakhouse but the burgers are what makes this place special! The service is a bit curt and the information about 2 hours table limit a bit rude, but the wait staff is well informed and nice enough. And the burgers more than make up for it

So this was by far our most expensive meal in Kraków, and even so it was roughly £60 for a starter, two steaks, two sides, two desserts, and a few wines and cocktails. So very cheap in comparison to a similar meal in the UK. At 9pm on a Thursday it was quite busy so I'd recommend booking ahead if you're dead set on eating here, or coming earlier in the evening. We got seated without much trouble though, and the service throughout was friendly and attentive. We ordered steak tartare to share, then I went for the 'Moo Moo Steak Set' which included tenderloin, New York steak and entrecote. I should probably have asked for each steak to be cooked as it comes best but I asked for it rare, which worked out well as it was tasty. We also shared creamed spinach and Belgian fries. For dessert we shared the chocolate soufflé and the creme brulee, which were really delicious. Throughout the meal I had a few glasses of the Regent, a red wine from Kraków. For a slap up meal to end the holiday this was perfect. We did have plans for a few drinks afterwards but had to roll home instead!

11/5!! Amazing!!! Fast and really nice service, amazing food, great aesthetics!!! Had a salad, potatoes and entrecôte steak: served really fast, so that we could have time for a dessert too :P... what could I say? Delicious!!!Would ALWAYS recommend!

It's hard to find anything wrong with this place! I had the sweet potato soup, it was out of this world. Had the cheese burger after! 200g in lots, only go for the 400g if your a tank!! I found the staff very very helpful and friendly! This is not the case in my places in the city. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Great place for steaks. It's a rather small place, but very cozy. Be ready to pay for water.:) service is slow, but this is all over Krakow.:) Don't rush and be ready to spend at least 2,5 hours for dinner.:)

Please save your time and go elsewhere, like Ed Red for a slightly more expensive meal or other local non-chain restaurants, like Bistro 11, for a better steak at a much cheaper price.  I did my research and booked this place 2 weeks before my travels (based on the reviews). I got there and ordered a cocktail (Manhattan) and a beef carpaccio. Both arrived promptly. Carpaccio was fine. The Manhattan was overly sweet and completely undrinkable. I should have seen it coming because the person making it looked brand new and appeared to have been googling the recipe. It tasted like the Polish compote. I took one sip and asked a waitress for it to be remade or substituted for a whisky sour instead. She talked to the bartender and came back insisting that I would have to pay for another cocktail and/or for it to be remade. This was clearly a bad sign of things to come. I asked for a check and went to another steak place instead (Bistro 11).  P.S. Although I never got to taste their steak, the table next to me had a t-bone. The poor guy ended us smothering his steak with lots of mayo-based sauce and sending at least half of it back due to all the fat/bark.  There are lots of much better places. Save your time and money. It's definitely not worth it.

Good quality meat, big portions and fairly priced. Only thing is that I found the service a bit sloppy, spilling beverage on me without even noticing. Recommended for a nice steak, but if you really want a treat, you should rather visit Pimiento.

Great service, the waitress was very kind and absolutely stunning :) For the price I would not recommend you eat the steak here. The meat was decent but not cooked how I asked and also wasn't very tasty. Maybe the burgers are better...

The food was delicious. I ordered a BBQ bacon burger. It was super delicious and heavy enough to fill me up without sides. I only gave 3 stars because the service wasnt great, and the cokes we ordered were warm, and a staff member seemed to have a huge problem to bring us some ice. I would go there for the food, but not for the service definedly.

Purchased the 400 gram burger (which is beef patties)at the advise of the waitress. Way to much, I should've stayed with the 200. The burger was cooked very well and was tasty. Fries are very good and the baked sweet potato

The place was good. We were 4 and we felt really ok. We had to wait quit a bit long to get out orders. I wasnt happy with my cheese burger as i was under seasoned and over cooked.

Excellent food and service. We shared the sweet potato tenderloin soup (DELICIOUS). I had the beef filet with pepper sauce and potatoes. All very good but potatoes slightly bland. Husband had the moo moo beef set and a salad. He also enjoyed his a lot.

I should have taken a picture.. Moo Moo burger in medium is to kill for.. Hands down one of the best burgers i have ever had. Four stars for service: waiting staff will tell you that everything is reserved.. dont know why burger place would do reservations.

Moo Moo knows how to work it! Might not be the first choice of my vegetarian friends, but for the rest it wins by having both burgers and steaks under the same roof (mind you the salads are not bad either!) The burgers are HUGE in my opinion- kind of the size of a Moaburger but served a little bit more classy without falling apart the moment you take a bite. The steaks are cooked to perfection with a very detailed range of how you want it cooked in the menu. In other words, rare/medium/well done are only a few of your options. And just a suggestion: choose a junior burger with chicken breast and fries on the side and BOOM, you've got a deal for the one who says "I just had dinner an hour ago so I don't know what to get!" Then lastly, for the love of the flying spaghetti monster, do not leave before trying the milkshake.

Best steak I had in Krakow. A bit higher price range than most else (we paid 150 PLN for two people including drinks and desert). The steak is worth it!

MooMoo has a good range of burgers, if you just want a plain burger go to MacDonalds. There are a selection of 13 different burgers plus the special offers. They also do other normal dishes like steak, salads, starters and a few main dishes. The atomospher is good as it's always busy although the service can be a little slow at times. Cost is good and I'm currently on my fourth burger/fourth trip and don't have a favourite yet.

The place itself is very cute and quaint. The music was amazing (think american pop redone in a lounge singer type of way). The food, oh my! I had the filet mignon, it was wrapped in bacon and so very tender, cooked medium as I had asked. My fiancé and I decided to share deserts, we ordered the chocolate soufflé and apple pie. The chocolate soufflé was to die for. The service was great. I would definitely come back the next time im in Poland.

Very disappointing. Had a bbq bacon hamburger and "Belgian" frytki's. The burger had one piece of bacon and a tiny squirt of bbq sauce with a single lettuce leaf. The "Belgian" frytki's appeared to be mashed potatoes formed into french fry shapes and then fried. The hamburger had lots of salt added to it, the frytki's had no salt or seasoning added.

The atmosphere is good, servers are friendly, and spot wasn't too packed. I would skip the steaks and stick to the burgers.

Awesome steak. Service was just ok. But for the cost and quality this is a must in Krakow. I LOVE THIS CITY

Very delicious burgers and steak!! The fries were alright however the inside and outside was very aesthetically pleasing and the service was quick and they were all super friendly! Definitely would go again.

I was very pleased with the service I received tonight at MooMoo's steakhouse. I was also sated by the meal I received. The cook on the steak was perfect and each dish was expertly crafted. I ordered the ribeye steak with sweat potato and beets. I was pleasantly surprised that the sides were included with the steak on the menu. Similar to a US steakhouse and unlike some of their competition. This means they are less expensive than some of their competition which might otherwise seem cheaper. I was also pleaded with their willingness to serve me free tap water. For desert I had the chocolate souffle. It was delicious and exploded a decadent lava flow of molten chocolate once the outer crust was broken.the ice cream was a little to hard, and was hard to eat... but as imperfections go that is extremely nit picky. I'll be back.

Had dinner here twice. Great for big crowds. Nice juicy steaks cooked how you like it. Not that many options of steaks to choose from. The burgers are big and the beef is really nice. It can get a little messy.

Booked this Resteraunt because of person recommendation but when we ordered our meal found out that some of the steaks on the menu were sold out, but we were there 19:00 on a Friday evening
