I had my wedding in mid October. My wedding venue recommended Mood Moss Flowers. I'm so glad I went with them! I worked with Eric and he was so great! He was patient and understanding (we had to make a lot of updates and adjustments along the way). He also tried to be aware and cognizant of budget as well. We ordered bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, aisle markers, aisle arrangements, mantel arrangements, bud arrangements, and centerpieces. Everything was stunning. We were blown away at the hard work and beauty put into everything. Thank you Mood Moss team!

Their communication was always clear and timely, and the quality of the flowers was outstanding — fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged. Delivery and setup and transfers were on time and went without a hitch. Our guests gave so many compliments and truly loved the flowers, and also ecstatic to be able to take some of the bouquets home. We recently sent flowers to our friend using Mood Moss delivery service and we are so impressed with the bouquet they put together. We thought the price was more than fair, and the lilies are blooming 4+ days after delivery still. We used Mood Moss once before, and the florist there was incredibly helpful and put together a beautiful arrangement for our friend who had recently lost her father. Both friends raved about the arrangements days after receiving them.

Had a great experience with Mood Moss Flowers! I wanted to send a Sympathy Bouquet to support a dear friend of mine. I called and spoke with Amira who was friendly, ​attentive and made great suggestions within my budget. The custom-made floral arrangement that Eric and his team created was beautiful and much appreciated by the recipient. You can pick up the flowers or have them delivered (opted for the latter and everything arrived on time at the Funeral Home). This will definitely be my go-to place when I want to send flowers to a loved one.

I ordered my bridal bouquet and my husbands boutonnière for our wedding and was so delighted with the quality of both. My bouquet was breathtaking and I couldn’t be happier with it. I am always happy with the quality of Mood Moss!! You have the most beautiful arrangements in town.

It was my first visit at a florist and I loved it! I bought some flowers for Mother’s Day and there was a big variety of choice! The employee made me choose what I wanted based on my budget and they did ask me if I wanted "greens". When it was done, they did ask me if I liked it before paying. Also, it wasn’t an extra to as "greens".

Mood Moss prepared our wedding flowers and they were even better than expected! We only sent a couple inspiration pictures and they turned out perfect! When we first saw the flowers we all were amazed by the perfection of everything. We had 3 bridesmaids bouquets, bride bouquet, pocket boutonnières for the groom and his groomsmen as well as florals for our centrepieces. Everything was perfect and stayed fresh! They are truly amazing and would recommend them 100%!

I went into Mood Moss Flowers to ask about an arrangement for a friend who will be having a baby soon. The store was filled with poinsettias because of Christmas coming up, so if you are just starting to do your decorating, you can head here to get flowers. The girl working was very helpful and said that they have different flowers come in each week, so when it was time I could come back and we could make something that I could have ready to take to my friend in the hospital. She said she could make something nice in a little pot, with a pink motif, since the baby will be a girl. Prices seemed regular for flowers.

Every time I come the shop - it invites me with the fresh floral aroma and their lovely staff. Whenever I have been here the staff has always been helpful, thoughtful and will go out of their way to provide suggestions. I normally come here to get flowers for myself, for friends! They have a beautiful selection of flowers and other items throughout the store. I have been to several flower shops in Ottawa but I always come back here.

A $125 bouquet of flowers that lasts three days before wilting? I've bought fresh flowers from other florists that have lasted two weeks in the past. Pretty poor value for money from Mood Moss this Valentine's Day.

My Vancouver son sent me flowers for Mothers Day from Mood Moss. All I can say is WOW! They were beautiful and lasted longer than any other flowers I have received (or bought) over the years. They will be my go to florist from now on!

Highly recommend Mood Moss flowers! Have used numerous flower shops around the city and the attention to detail along with the high level of service are the best here. Have done small jobs (mothers day) up to a wedding that I was a brides maid at. Very well priced, and very talented.
