The place has the best location, right in the heart of Rome. Surrounded by restaurants and shops! We enjoyed so much. No steps for our luggages which is extra bonus. The place is clean and the staff was very helpful. Thanks so much!

Second time at this hotel. Location is perfect, rooms are clean and well maintained. No noises from street or other rooms.

The rooms are ample, comfortable except for the pillows which are very slim. Services are nonexistent except for the bed service and bathroom, there is no breakfast nor even a recommendation where to go. We lost a key and it was never replaced. The internet is intermittent, very bad quality and slow, impossible to work with even at the bottom floor where the signal is high. In our room 202 there was only signal near the window. We asked for a late check out it was not offered not even for an hour and we were asked to leave our luggage in the kitchenette totally unattended. We never saw anyone at the hotel.

Overall we had a really great experience at this hotel. The only downside is that there is no front desk or lobby at this hotel however they are super prompt and excellent at responding to their whatsapp! The staff is also SO nice. It's also very quietly tucked away so we had a hard time finding it at first. I loved how this hotel had such a modern style, lots of whites, and very clean. We stayed here for 3 nights when we were in Rome and it was so convenient! We walked everywhere within 20 minutes. There is some great shopping and great cafes literally within a 5 minute walking distance so that was great especially in the mornings when we wanted to grab a quick coffee and pastry before heading off to our tours. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here last night for 1 x night as a solo traveller. It was in a good location, near lots of restaurants and shopping. The only thing is, you definitely need an international SIM and WiFi to contact the hotel for instructions upon check in as no staff are on site. When you arrive and you ring the doorbell noone comes, so I looked up the number for the "hotel" and as I had recently purchased an international SIM I was able to call them and get the instructions. He then whatsappd me so I could send a copy of my passport and advise credit card details for the city tax to be charged to after check out.|The room was a good size for the 1 x night, it had a large bathroom, a lounge area and a bedroom. The bed was very hard, a lot harder than I normally like, but surprisingly had an okay sleep. The Pillows were soft and lovely to sleep on.|They provided soaps and towels etc, although it looked as though one of the conditioners had already been used and not topped up.I stayed here last night for 1 x night as a solo traveller. Was great on whatsapp and responded very quickly to a few questions I had, and even recommended some restaurants in the area to dine at!!|All in all, in a good spot, a few things could be looked at, but a good stay for 1 x night.

Perfect place in the perfect location to visit city center. Thank you very much for a lovely stay, specially to Valentina. We stayed 3 nights, in a romantic corner close to Via Condotti and Piaza di Spagna, a perfect place if you want to live for a few days like a Roman. Mood44 is like a Hotel apartment where they take care about all details. We had our flight at 5:40 pm and we left the room in the morning soon to visit a few more places, Valentina took care about our suitcases and organized the taxi to the airport at the time agreed, everything went perfect. Apartments are comfortable and clean. They took care about every detail. Thank you very much Mood44 team! In case I had to go again I will stay at Mood44 for sure.

Outstanding! I booked a junior suite. It was very spacious. Full bathroom with bathtub. Elegant and luxurious features like lighting, gold wallpaper, marfil color floors, many drawers and shelf to accommodate clothes. Small refrigerator, two complimentary water bottles every day (3-2 euros each). Daily cleaning ( my bed was made each time I get back in the evening, bathroom clean with new supplies and surfaces and floors impecable). Two big TVs (bedroom and living). Electric kettle to make coffee every morning (with new supplies every day). The bed was spacious and very comfortable. In summary, it was above and beyond, every detail taken care off. |One important think is that the building has an elevator. It is important because most of all buildings are not adequate update and don’t have one. |The interior design was upscale and modern. The contrast on the window was beautiful because you can see the old very picturesque building across the passage outside, from a very modern living.|Also the building is on a passage (vicolo) very small with tall ancient buildings. When I arrived with my taxi, I was soo excited!! It is in the historic center. I walk to the fountain of trevi (6 blocks?) and also to the Spanish steeps, and the pantheon. It was around 5 minutes blocks everywhere. When I came back I recommended the place to all my friends.|You won’t see anyone to welcome you. But they keep in comm with you via text with WhatsApp and fulfill all your needs. |When I arrived to the airport they were in comm with me already, they asked for my credit card to charge a few dollars of city fees. Then they gave the code for the keypad to enter the building. When I arrived there was an envelope waiting for me with the keys cards to the room. You don’t need to deal with anyone and all is there for you. |I was traveling alone and I am not young (63), I feel very secure and take care off (which is odd when you don’t see anyone).|Extra tip: for some reason in Rome Uber is 2 or 3 times more expensive than taxis. FREENOW is the soo to call a taxi as you would do with an Uber. I used every day, specially when I needed to be early in a place to start a tour (you can book the day before). The taxi was every time waiting for me in the front door five minutes in advance every time. To give you and example on price in one travel Uber price was 46 and the taxi was 14.|I hope this review help you to make your mind. Expend the extra dollars in this place, it will add to your beautiful experience in Rome and make it extraordinary.

Fabulous boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Rooms are modern, spacious with large bathrooms - shower - seating area and king-size bed. Modern, contemporary and clean. Lift for those with heavy luggage. Online check-in easy and also other communication. Really central - major attractions such as Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps all in walking distance unless you have mobility issues. |Would book again happily
