Date Visited: October 2018 Overall Star Rating: 1.2 Star Restaurant Name: Moo Jin Jang Address: 6443 Market St Upper Darby, PA 19082 United States Service: 1 Star Comment: The server was okay, she asked for our order approximately 7 minutes after we arrive considering that there were only one other customer in the restaurant the time we arrived. She smiled so that’s always a plus. The food took about 20 minutes to arrive and she never really asked how’s the food after she served it. I also had to stand up to ask her for the bill. Cleanliness: 1 Star Comment: The restaurant looks old and was not very clean. It has a lot of windows but they were mostly covered with foams so I really didn’t like the ambiance that much and I felt that I was getting suffocated considering that the ventilation wasn’t that great. But if you like a very private place then this might be the right place for you. Location: 1 Star Comment: This restaurant is located in Upper Darby, PA Food: 2 Star Comment: We ordered, Gal bi tang: the soup was okay, but the meat was really chewy and I wish that they would have cooked it more so it would had been more tenter. The price was $ 12.25 O Jing Bokeum: It was our fault on this one, we never asked if it was spicy considering it’s Korean food, I just don’t appreciate it when it’s very spicy. The food was also okay. The price was $14.99 Boolgogi: I kinda like this one but the meat again was very chewy and I would have expected it to be a bit more tender since the meat was thinly sliced. The price was $14.99 Cost:1 Comment: Based on the overall review I think that the food was expensive. Would I come back to this Restaurant?: No

Mom and pop style family restaurant. Food and service are both pretty good. Owners are nice but with limited English, so don't ask too many detail questions about how the food is prepared. The menu has English translation. If you have been to Korean restaurant and know what you like, you should be perfectly fine. If you don't know what to order, well, take the chance and give it a shot. Life is an adventure.

Stopped in for late dinner last night during snow. Service was prompt and jukumi noodles I ordered came out in 15 minutes. Dinner was excellent and side dishes were also excellent without over seasoning. Only regret was forgetting to take pictures of food I ordered. Definitely I will eat there again.

Very authentic Korean food, just make sure you go at a time when they're open. Food can be family style oriented or individual portions. Highly recommend the Budae Jigae (Army Stew). There are a few dishes on the menu that can be made vegetarian such as the Bibimbap.

Good authentic food. Good portion and price

I think Mujinjang is one of the best original Korean food in Philadelphia area as a matter of food. H-mart food court has nice food too. but this place is more like homemade style. The prices are absolutely not high for the 8 kind of different side dishes and stone-pot cooked rice. I like these little side dishes served before the entree. go-deung-uh jo-rim is my favorite menu which is a red-hot sauteed mackerel with veg. The waitress is sweet and friendly everytime when me and my husband visit here. parking is tricky sometimes though... I recommend to park across the Market street. overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Good food. Great restaurant. Reasonable pricing. Have flame heater. Great touch for a small restaurant. Service is ok. Not great but appreciate the attention with parking meter. Maybe because there were only 2 tables to wait on.

Do not let the shabby look deter you, they offer the best Korean cuisine Koreana down in U City cannot offer. If you want Korean food, come here.
