The location of the hotel was great gor us as its's close to Maloensa Airport. Both exterior and interior are nicely decorated. My room was spacious and clean, bed and pillows were very cosy. We also used the spa for additional fee of 35eur. It's great if there are 4-5 people there at the same time. Everything more thant that and it will be crowded. All in all, we had a great one night stay.

Elegant, well-maintained hotel with very spacious rooms and a spotless, well-designed bathroom. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants nearby. The main downside is the location: there isn’t much to see in the immediate area, and a car is essential since there are no sidewalks around the hotel or the nearby streets.

This review is directed to international people who is looking for a place to stay when attending events at Malpensa Fiere. The reason why I decided to stay at this hotel was because it seemed to be close enough to Malpensa Fiere e by the photographs and reviews, seemed like a good hotel to stay at. However, I have stayed in around 15 hotels this year and this one has given me the worst experience so far. To be fair, let me list the positive things: - Friendly staff - Hot and good shower - Comfortable bed - Airconditioned worked (while in the room) I’m not the kind of person that checks under the bed, but the room seemed clean enough. Now, the room I was given wasn’t in the main building, it’s in another building in front of the hotel. This already gives me the atmosphere that I’m not welcome in the actual place. Anyway, after crossing the parking lot and getting into my room, I find out the room is extremely dark. There are only four lamps in the room: one by each side of the bed, one study lamp, and one floor lamp that barely lights anything. Yes, the room is spacious, but it’s useless space. The room has two uncomfortable armchairs, a hanger, a bed, a desk and a chair. On the corner there’s a frigobar with a safe on top of it. It’s not cozy at all. Add this to the darkness and it gets worse. It’s depressing. To make the experience even worse, the frigobar makes a loud metallic noise every hour or so. It’s not the regular contraction noise, it’s as if someone was slapping the damn thing. Woke me up the whole night. Besides, no complimentary water in the room. I told reception about it, they said they would leave a note to the technician, but naturally nothing was done about it. When searching through the reviews here on Google I saw that someone else complained about the same noise 2 years ago. I was in room 012. When asked at the reception if all rooms were as dark and complaining about the noises I asked about the possibility of switching rooms but according to them they were fully booked. My refugee was spending most of the time at the lobby of the hotel where there was light enough to work. The gym was nice enough, but apparently, even though I simply walked in, you need a reservation to use it. No towels or water at the gym. Now, if you think you can simply walk to the convention center, forget about it. Even though you can, there’s no sidewalks and through parts you actually walk on the freeways where people drive like lunatics. I did the walk on the first day but on the others I took a taxi because it wasn’t safe. Taxi costs around 20 euros each way. There’s also nothing to do around and in the hotel. There’s a McDonalds 300 meters away you can get at by walking on the street. And that’s it. You’re isolated in a dark and depressing room. I had three nights booked, but I left on the second and went to another hotel because I couldn’t take it anymore. Depressed during the day and couldn’t sleep at night due to the noises. I was speaking at the conference and the hotel didn’t help me rest for it. To wrap up, I paid for breakfast the first day and regretted it. Not a lot of variety, scrambled eggs were too well done and soaked in oil. Even hotels in London had better breakfast. Coffee was from automatic machines. I didn’t even try the restaurant for dinner because I was afraid the food was going to be equally bad. From the reviews, it feels like people think the hotel is good for families and people with cars. It’s definitely not worth it for people without cars that are there for business. Rather I’d stay in the center of Busto Arsizio and take a taxi from there to the venue or even stay in Milano and take the train everyday. Hope this helps someone else think of staying here for going to Malpense Fiere.

I was very impressed with the spaciousness of the room—it was truly huge. I also appreciated the option to park a car right by the room, even though I didn’t have a car with me during my stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the friendly atmosphere made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was both tasty and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were always willing to help and very attentive. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of being able to borrow an umbrella on rainy days. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I spent two weeks at this hotel and I enjoyed every single second of it! The staff is very very friendly and always willing to help. Alessia from the breakfast staff was such a help and just an amazing person to interact with. This hotel definitely made our trip to Italy a great one! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Close to the airport, room was great for us and we could park our car in front of our room which was perfect. Other than that breakfast was acceptable i can say need to be moderate, no privacy for the bathroom, difficult to open or close our room's door ,A.C not so strong for whole room ,it was hot inside, no swimming pool in the hotel, they told us to go in a area close to the hotel which was open to public and without enough information, we turned around under the heat the day of our first stay because of that we couldn't swim and it was so crowded, the next day we asked again informations at the reception they said they don't provide towels for the swimming pool and when we went again to that place, a lady told us that beds were free and once inside we couldn't understand anything, even though we said we are coming from the hotel Mo.om ,there is no difference with the other people ,so we had to pay to enter the swimming pool and have a bed and umbrella ,wanted to stay in the big swimming pool and they told us it's full so no other option, we stayed in the small swimming pool full of people and children around....it was a disappointment total ....i hope you will find a solution about this situation because it's unacceptable to pay a hotel with a swimming pool and to end up in a public area which is not even located in the hotel and to pay again to access to the swimming pool of that place.

The breakfast options were limited. |The stupidest policy I’ve ever seen !! At breakfast, if you want sunny side up eggs, you have to pay extra (on top of breakfast fees!!!)|I thought this is a 4 star hotel !!||On top of that, they refuse to refund the breakfast fees. So either pay for what’s common across any decent hotel, or get lost.

“I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was luxurious, the price was amazing, and I really appreciated the convenience of parking right next to my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything was spotlessly clean. Truly an exceptional experience!”

Yelp
What a wonderful gem hidden in the suburbs of Milan! I booked this room with travel points, so I was going for the best quality for the lowest points without really thinking about the quality. It was just a one night stay, which I very much regret now. The hotel is spotless. Every nook and cranny is squeaky clean. There's a small bar in the lobby with excellent cocktails, just the ticket after a day of travel. The restaurant is very pricey, so I didn't dine there. Not many others did, either. However, at breakfast, the restaurant is hopping, and the breakfast buffet is rich with pastries, hot dishes, and most importantly, all the espresso you can drink. Heavenly. Also of note for the cooler months, the patio is a beautiful garden area to eat the aforementioned breakfast. I was upgraded to a suite, and it was the perfect nook to relax in. The massive shower had a rainfall showerhead that actually had some pressure, making it one of the most relaxing experiences possible. I stayed in far longer than I normally do because it was so delightful. Checkout and check-in were both relaxing experiences. Additionally, there's a shopping center not far from the hotel for those without a car. It's a great spot for dinner and to pick up any necessary items or groceries. It's not a tourist location, but I found everything I needed and more.

Yelp
the surrounding area of mo.om was not our destination so i cant vouch for the town where this amazing hotel stands. but, i can vouch for our stay there--AMAZING! we needed a place near the milan airport since we were flying back out of milan on our way home. this place looked cool and had a spa/pool which was nice for our last day of our trip. we had no idea it would be so great. staff was friendly, english speaking, accommodating, and efficient. room was clean, comfy, well designed, and everything worked (unlike all the other places we had stayed in italy!). the drinks at the bar were stellar (hello whipped cream in my white russians). the food in the restaurant was yummy (order the pumpkin ravioli--you wont be disappointed!). the spa was relaxing and fun. but the design of the hotel itself stole the show. we both wish there were mo.oms all over the world for us to stay when we travel.... thanks mo.om staff!!!!

Yelp
Decided to break up the drive and meet our friends arriving at the airport here. Spent one night, and wish we could stay longer. The garden rooms each have a private parking spot in front, which is incredibly convenient for unloading your luggage. The lofts feel modern clean and spacious and were great for our family of three. Pet friendly, although dogs shouldn't be in the restaurant. Lots of green space surrounding the buildings. Very comfortable lobby with good Internet connection on two computers. And Wi-Fi of course! Free parking.
