Moon San Villa at the Blue Lagoon

We really enjoyed our stay here. The caretaker went above and beyond his duty to take care of us. We would stay here again. Its porches have beautiful views of the bay, and it is literally within steps of the water and the blue lagoon. And as a guest, you have access to a shared kitchen with a fridge/freezer, although you had to pay extra to get a breakfast prepared. There are no fridges in the rooms. Be sure to bring your own soap and hand towels, although they would probably provide if you asked. We loved it.

The location was great, close to attractions such as Blue lagoon, Boston Beach and jerk centre. Getting around was easy, as most of the things are close by. The atmosphere was tranquil, low traffic, no disturbance, secure and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, staff attentive

We stayed as a party of six in March, and had the best time. Above all the kindness of the staff was amazing. Miss Donna's Jamaican breakfasts were completely authentic. Noel went above and beyond by helping us with terrible car hire trouble, and stayed up very late twice to help us deal with car breakdowns. Hospitality seven stars!

My husband and I stayed at Moon Star San Villa for a few days and we absolutely loved it. The place is clean with breathtaking view of the ocean! The blue lagoon is located one minute from the villa. The proximity to one of the nicest beaches (Frenchman’s Cove) in Port Antonio and Boston Jerk Center was a plus! The staff is super friendly and professional! Special thanks to Nick. The women who prepared our breakfast were sweet and their dishes were delicious! Overall, great experience!

This villa is on the grounds of world famous blue lagoon. Advise is to walk to the blue hole. Which has a natural cool spring running on top of the 200 ft deep lagoon. Noel who was our guest manager is very helpful with checking out and luggage.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary on June 15, 2023. We spent 2 amazing nights! The location is awesome but most memorable was how the staff catered to us! I know the building is not as moderm as others but our room was clean and we saw the ladies' effort in decorating our bed 😊. The villa feels more like a hidden gem and we felt like we were there hiding from the world. We even had an upgraded room with a balcony view of the lagoon at no cost to us. The main road is being fixed so there is a lot of dust, but we still enjoyed taking public transport to main attractions like Frenchman's cove, Winifred beach and Boston Jerk centre. This trip will always be at the top of my list. Thanks to the staff of Moon San Villa (you can only get better)! ❤️ Dex and Dee

This antiquarian-style villa has a peaceful atmosphere and laid-back vibe. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The view of the bay is nice and is pretty relaxing with the sound of the waves, especially in the early morning. Unfortunately, the Blue Lagoon was closed when we visited, but we do plan to visit again. Thanks for the reset! However, this gem needs just a little bit of updating in the bathrooms, and Wi-Fi, other than that a great stay. Nick is a great host and can help you with anything you need.

Wow! You couldn't imagine a better place to stay by the blue hole. Don't tell anyone about this place! We'll never be able to get a room again. The staff is amazing. The breakfast was perfect every day. The location is surreal. The local vendors were nice and respectful. The rooms were super clean and nice. The views were incredible. It's a hike to get to town so you probably have to take a route taxi. $3/person usually, don't let anyone rip you off. We had a private driver (Ricky) take us in to town and back and he charged way to much. The walk would be over an hour and 20 minutes and the roads are windy and there are steep cliffs. This was one of the best places we've ever visited.
