I've picked this hotel before and had a good stay here. I originally booked the Signature Suite only because the Deluxe King River view was fully booked on several hotel booking platforms and i really wanted to stay here again. But found it too big (you can hold a big meeting in there) and too posh for just one person and would have been a complete waste of space on just one person alone. |So I asked the reception Ms. Thao and Ms. Ly if there had any deluxe king river view room. And the 2 ladies were very accommodating to my requests... at the time I sure they were quite puzzled but were very pleasant and gracious nonetheless. And just nice too, because I learned that the very next day the larger room I had booked was home to a bigger group of guests... it was the right choice made to ask for a smaller room for myself.||The location is excellent. Bed and pillows just the way I like it. Shower water pressure was strong. Good breakfast selection, great views, super clean and bright. Which is why i chose to stay in the Moonlight as my 2019 stay was simply amazing. Book early if you want rooms because the rooms with the river view do sell out fast though. Just right for all sorts of travellers who was a good stay in Hué.

I have to give this place 5 stars for how affordable it is for what you get. Staff were very professional and helpful. Great location in the centre of Hue (we didn't find it noisy but just in case they do provide earplugs) Clean room with an awesome view of the city. Very good breakfast. Nice, clean looking pool although we didn't use it. I don't think we could have asked for much more if it was double the price tbh

We arrived as guests we left as friends. I can only congratulate the front counter staff for their kindness , eagerness to serve, and support. Lan Phuong, Khanh Vy, and Huong Ly, ladies, you are amazing. Thank you for your support and kindness. Even helping us with a request outside your job description.||The hotel is fantastic with clean and spacious rooms. Good food and a very tidy restaurant. Well done.

Large rooms with super sized beds. The staff were incredible. Mrs Phuong and Ms Nhung not only booked us a taxi at the hotels expense (the travel agent will pay them back) when out taxi to the station did not show up but they made sure one turned up quickly as we could not wait for a grab car. Thier restaurant recommendations were perfect and they provided all the support I needed to manage refrigerated medications I have to travel with. Super friendly and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was the best buffet breakfast with a wide range of Asian and European options including freshly made omelette and other eggs.

We stayed two nights at the Moonlight Hotel in Hue. The hotel is fine. The mattresses are a bit hard. The pool is small. Upon check-in, I had the unpleasant surprise of being shown a photo of a makeup-stained hand towel. They told me they had to charge me a fee. One receptionist said 30k dong, and the other said 50k (€2.70). We told them that doesn't happen anywhere, and they told us they couldn't use that towel for another hotel. We asked if they didn't wash towels between guests. They insisted on charging that price, and when I commented that it was more than the towel costs, they replied that I could take it if I wanted. At this point, I got extremely angry. I could take the dirty towel if I wanted! I asked to speak to a manager, and they showed me a guy standing next to me. He told me it was hotel policy. I told them I'd give them a negative review, and then they started talking about refunding my money. The problem wasn't the money. It was the poor treatment and the senseless way they charge you for a dirty towel and then offer to take it away for you. It's outrageous, we won't be returning. |Advice for guests : get clean, showered, and makeup-free to this hotel Otherwise, you'll face a penalty and the scolding attitude of the front desk staff.

Good bed, good breakfast, central location but! Middle in a a karaoke area with much chaotic music enters the room all night, windows are not soundproof, door of room has also a large gap where a lot of corridor light enters. ||Everyone coming home at night on your floor can be heard because there is no sound insulation in the hallway.

We really liked this hotel for our two-night stay, room was quite sufficient with a little table and 2 chairs (which you don't always find in smaller hotel rooms), and the staff was great, especially Thai Nam - very helpful and sweet! We would stay there again.

Hotel location is excellent for nightlife. But, as a result, it is noisy and if you are a light sleeper, good luck. The worst thing was the elevator. It is small and slow, we literally waited 25 minutes to be able to get down. There is only 2 elevators and as we were trying to leave, the staff were using and blocked one of them. Extremely poor behaviour
