Moorea Beach Lodge

The Moorea Beach Losge is a wonderfully secluded, quiet spot perfect for relaxing, yet close enough to walk to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Delicious and hearty daily breakfasts with yummy fresh pastries and coffee/tea/water and kitchen access are available throughout the day. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating and seem to genuinely care about their lodge and their guests. We stayed in the "honeymoon" bungalow and the room was a bit on the small side with limited storage for hanging wet items to dry, but otherwise this was a perfect stay. The beach was lovely with great snorkeling and sunsets right from our room! We also took advantage of the on-site car rental and they made it super easy to rent directly through them. I highly recommend the Lodge all around and would stay here again. I hope we can visit again soon!

We staying here for three nights. The view from our bungalow is amazing. The staff here are very friendly and quick to help us resolve issues, especially when one of our guests felt unwell over the weekend. Today they also helped us arrange a late check-out so it would seamlessly connect with our next hotel check-in. The breakfast is perfect for us. If we will refund back to Moorea, we definitely will choose here again!

This lodge was absolutely wonderful! It was steps from the water with lots of interesting fish and rays. Easy to get in and out for snorkeling. There were complimentary kayaks and bikes. We wish we another day to use the kayaks to enjoy the fish up close. The bungalows were modern and had A/C. There is also a common kitchen you can use and your own refrigerator space.The included breakfast offered made to order eggs, pastries, bread, delicious juice, and a variety of cut fruit. The female working at the desk (I unfortunately do not rememberher name) greeted us so warmly and gave us a very informative tour of the hotel The Lodge is lucky to have her!

An absolute gem in Moorea. One of the best experiences in the island - private, quiet and authentic. Amazing island style, incredible beach and views. There’s nothing missing - kayaks, snorkelling, beach, deck, books - anyone can be happy there. One of the best places we stayed during our time in French Polynesia.

This is an unusual place in some ways, as it is on the site of an old Club Med. A local couple have taken over some of the chalet/cabins and created a simple, reasonably priced, yet pleasant place to stay. It is variously known by different names: ex Club Med, Fare Club or Local Spirit Family 3 (Booking.com). ||Louise and her husband are the hosts. You have a feeling that you are temporarily joining a local family. There is an outdoor kitchen/dining space where you can prepare food, they serve breakfast etc. It has an old world, campsite feel to it, but I really liked the chilled approach to everything. Other families staying there prepared meals in the kitchen. There are local places to eat over the road, which are great. ||The cabin was large, simply furnished in a quirky mix of old furniture and lighting. It was very basic and quite simple, but this did not bother me, it added to the sense of adventure. If you don't like cobwebs, insects or older structures, this is not for you. I had the feeling that everything was very private and everyone just leaves you alone. It was perfect for me. ||I had a real sense of being in a part of the real Moorea; simple and friendly. The small beach space is accessible on the property and is lovely for watching the sunsets. ||After Tahiti, I finally felt like I was starting to get into the pace of island life.

Ia ora na Mo'orea Beach Lodge! 🌺🥰💝 We spent 3 nights at our NEW HOME in the Villa (which was the largest of all our accommodations during our 1 week stay on Mo'orea!) The Villa was perfect for celebrating getting married at the Mairie in Ha'apiti, on the very same day that we were checking in, and for enjoying our Honeymoon! 🥰🍾🥂💞🎉 The Villa with it's Gorgeous Tahitian decor, comfortable King size bed with luxurious bedding, our spacious living room and full size kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook (note: no cooking was done...we were on holiday! 🌺) PLUS all the personal touches of flowers throughout the Villa, provided a Beautiful beginning to our marriage and Honeymoon! 🥰🥰🥰 Each morning I enjoyed being nestled in the comfortable loveseat where I journaled about our Tahitian Dreams coming true! 💞💞💞 Everyone here at Mo'orea Beach Lodge, welcomed us with a Sweet Tahitian spirit of hospitality and kindness, they were always ready to help and assist us in any way needed. 🌺🌺🌺 Breakfast was served on the lanai at the main house over looking the Gorgeous turquoise ocean of Mo'orea! We even experienced seeing a baby black tipped reef shark on our morning walk on the beach...it was amazing! Breakfast! Don't pass up on breakfast! It's a Delicious morning feast of fresh fruits, creamy yogurts, a variety of fresh baked breads, tahitian jams & jellies, fresh tahitian juices, robust coffee, and bacon & eggs cooked to perfection and served with a beautiful spirit of kindness & joy! 😍😍😍 Location is perfect! We enjoyed daily swims at the beach, right in front of Mo'orea Beach Lodge. Restaurants, small grocery stores located nearby and the use of bikes and kayaks available for our use, daily. The Beauty and Tranquility of Mo'orea Beach Lodge invites you to kick off your shoes and rest awhile here in Paradise! We had a small problem (our fault) and even if the organization had no responsibility at all, they were so sad that offered us a free car and free breakfast for one day. Much more customer oriented than 5 starred hotel !! Apart from that marvelous structure, lovely rooms and great position. Absolutely reccomended !!! Top !

This place is a little piece of paradise. Located right at the beautiful small beach with direct access to the stunning lagoon you simply cannot help but fall in love with this resort. We were met at the airport and driven to the resort where we were greeted by the wonderful Virgilia who manages this small, intimate resort. She was super friendly and very helpful - arranging car hire, recommending paces to visit and where best to eat on the island. The breakfasts were awesome and freshly made for us (to order) every morning by the very friendly resort staff. There were kayaks and snorkelling equipment for our use to explore the stunning lagoon and small islets dotted around. There were bikes available also but we chose to hire the car (recommended!) The resort has a large relaxing guest lounge, small library and open kitchen for guest use together with fridges assigned to each of the units. Best to book one of the lagoon fronting villas. You will not be disappointed. Many thanks again to Virgilia and the rest of the staff for making our stay so special and memorable!!
