I really enjoy this shop. They sell all kinds of stuff for the outdoor enthusiast! The staff seems to be exceptionally knowledgeable about the products sold and they are more than happy to help you out. Though not technically a "bike shop," they have a great assortment of products to get you kitted out! If you are obsessive about keeping your gear clean, they have an awesome MucOff display with nearly any product you can imagine! Hit up that refill station for the best deal in the biz!! Also, there is a pretty dang great selection of outdoor apparel and gear. If you love the outdoors, I'd highly recommend adding MooseJaw to your shopping list!

Moosejaw just launched a beautiful new store in downtown Bentonville. They have a great selection of everything you might need for your next outdoor adventure. Love the Moosejaw team! Particularly Pablo who recently did a GREAT job servicing the brakes on my RoadRunner Electric Scooter that has hydraulic brakes (I thought they were leaking) but issue was with one of the brake cylinders not moving, after a bit of cleaning, scraping and cycling Pablo got them freed up and I'm back on the road again! But safer now with good brakes! Pablo recommended some good disc brake cleaner that should minimize this recurring as frequently too, Thank you Pablo! I'll definitely be back!

Taylor did an amazing job tuning my mountain bike, trueing the wheels, and servicing my suspension. The bike feels brand new again, shifts smooth as butter🤙 customer service is top notch. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend getting your bike serviced there, great prices and many service options to choose from. Moosejaw on the Bentonville square is the best place in the area to get quality outdoor/biking gear. They have a great rewards system that is actually worth it unlike most. Been in the store a few times since it opened and every time I've been greeted with amazing customer service. The employees are super knowledgeable on their products. My Sir Chops A Lot axe was worth every penny. Thank you Jake!

Amazing service and.nice selection of outdoor apparel and equipment also has bike repair in store. Staff assisted me and gave me store credit with my purchase. Would recommend 100% and will definitely return!

Super fun outdoor store. Biking, hiking, camping, this has everything. Clothing, Nalgene, snacks, gear. We were looking for a friend and just decided on a gift card.

FYI no longer has kids clothing in store. This was a great shop to stop for quality kids clothing.

Very much hit or miss. Clothing selection in my opinion is very small. They show on line the carry numerous items from Eddie Bauer but if you go to this store very, very few items available. I understand staffing challenges and you can tell it has hit them. If you find sale items prices are actually very good. If you are a wal mart associate show them your discount card and you get 10% off. They did not have an item there so ordered for me. Next day I get an email stating out of stock and will send when supplier gets item. I would have thought their inventory system would be better than that.

Absolute worst customer service. Was looking to make significant purchases. Really liked the store in KC. The Bentonville location was just awful. The store was empty, with multiple employees just hanging out discussing relative burger prices of all things and providing absolutely no help or direction. Really great example of why people would rather shop online.

Great location in downtown Bentonville staff are great. Perfectly mixing helpful & courteous. So nice we're they on the first visit, ended up back there again the next day to get a few more things for the trip.
