Moov Inn Garden Hostel

Stayed for 2 weeks including Christmas and new year. Amazing vibe with very friendly staff who are always happy to help. Beds have very comfy toppers. Made so many friends here and will definitely stay here again if I go back to Koh Tao.

The staff at Moove-In Hostel were exceptionally friendly, with Isaac and Dario standing out for their helpfulness throughout my stay. The garden and room aesthetics create a very relaxing atmosphere, enhancing the overall experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be to allow yoga sessions with friends, which would further enrich the tranquil environment.

We booked via booking.com based on Google reviews. Reviews and also the pictures are not accurate - people are offered a free drink to give good reviews. Just read through reviews on booking.com and the tone in which the hostle responds with.

If you don’t mind sleeping on a hard bed; like I mean HARD, it’s the best hostel I‘ve ever been to, the atmosphere is amazing, people are amazing, can only recommend

The worst hostel I've been to in a long time. Rooms very dirty and dark. The mattresses in the beds were extremely hard, I've never experienced something like that before, also everything in the rooms was damp. There is no way to store private belongings. You have to store them on the floor. The air conditioning cannot be controlled by yourself, a staff member comes twice a day to turn it on and off. It is turned off between 10:00 in the morning and 2:00 in the afternoon. The toilets were not cleaned, so it smelled bad there. I can only advise against it.

Not really good stay, actually quite disappointed. I was there a year ago, the mattress seems softer. Now i came back, they changed the mattress, hard like floor. And feeling itchy all night long, not sure what's that. The 9 ppl dorm, toilet stink. I couldn't sleep at all for 3 days. Not much to offer.

I have been traveling through several Southeast Asian countries for almost 3 months and I have never slept as badly as in this hostel. The mattresses feel like they literally have stones inside, I woke up every morning with back and neck pain. If you sleep on a higher bed and the person underneath you moves slightly, your bed will shake a lot and you won't be able to sleep, plus any step across the room feels like an earthquake and also makes the bunks move. I slept better on the ferry when I left than in those “beds.” I thought the low price was solely due to the bad location.

Have had a brilliant time here , 3 tier bunk beds which was a laugh at points.. good shower and really friendly vibe… Great tunes and pool table :)
