Could not pass by! Bought 3 bags for my ladies! Location is very cozy! Absolutely charming beautiful interior with intelligent and helpful staff. Diverse selection of fine and must have fashion items, mostly handcrafted by Georgian designers. Highly recommend visiting for pleasant shopping of unique clothing, bags and accessories.

If you'd like to achieve a high customer service and admiration from your shoppers it would be amazing to teach your customer service representatives how to greet your clients and make them feel welcomed in your store. We walked in your beautiful store and none of two representatives of your store said "hello" or "welcome" or anything at all. They were very quiet, didn't ask me anything about the reason of my visit today or if I need any help. Both of the ladies stand next to the wall and literally looked down on the floor until we started to leave, and then they started to talk to each other and didn't even say goodbye. What kind of customer service do you think it is? Is this the experience that you wish for yourself coming to the store?
