First of all, it's a beautiful independent bookstore.
The interior design is inviting and warm.
They have a kids corner and tables, couches, chairs to work at with your laptop etc, plus free Wi-Fi.
A part of the store can be rented for events and they have a big pull down screen.
Anyway, the best part of it is that this is actually a non-profit organization employing at-risk teens to teach business and entrepreneurial skills. So all the profits from the book store and events etc go directly back into the program.
They rely entirely on donated books. So feel free to drop your unwanted books of with them.
Additionally, they have items for sale that are made by other non profits.
