I submitted thorough information of my medical malpractice case online, they called, texted and emailed me constantly for a couple of weeks to talk to me about my case. I finally called them only to have to reiterate everything I already provided in written format for 25 minutes, then for the person I was speaking with to say they couldn't help me and said they'd text me some info and proceeded to hang up on me as I was saying hello, hello, hello? As I was going to ask further questions but was given no opportunity to do so. I assume they are looking for quick and easy cases they can profit from and the minute they hear something that indicates your case doesn't feel quick and easy enough they have no interest in assisting.

It’s sad to say that while I sat on the phone listening to Mr. Morgan, talk about his brother Tim and how Tim suffered a debilitating injury and how his family couldn’t afford the lawyers that were fighting for big Pharma suffered so much I believed he was actually caring, but when I actually called his firm people that are not Mr. Morgan that sent me through a litany of questions supplied by the state of Arizona, who I wish to pursue their legal department Well, it just turns out they don’t wanna fight the state of Arizona being so it was presumed by me that Morgan and Borgen was the best of the best and that they truly cared for their customers and their clients but while I lay here in pain being forced to take on work just to keep a roof over my head While I’m injured do medical malpractice and they can’t help well then they’re not the best. Therefore it’s false advertisement and that’s just where I’m at at all Mr. Morgan. I really wish you could’ve helped. This is not vindictiveness. You were supposed to be the best 30 years in the business and you’ve got a man here that’s almost been evicted three timesbecause he was forced to work while in pain so thank you and I wish it could’ve been different but you know, yeah

When I initially sent my statement for a free consultation they called me within 5 minutes of hitting the submit button. That's pretty prompt in my experience with call backs. After a couple of months dealing with my legal team the results were quite different. There was no communication. Never even had any contact with my case manager, when he had someone contact me about my case they hadn't even read my file.

I have a claim with M&M for the Camp Lejeune Toxic Water lawsuit. It's been over a year....they never update me on anything; when I called (after 6 months had passed), I was told there was no update. I recently got a call from M&M asking for documents that I had already sent them. Doesn't inspire confidence....

These people are not for the people Totally dumped me bc I suspect i wasn't hurt enough stay away from them I was injured at a local business and they decided bc i was released i believe that it wasn't worth their time so i paid my own medical bills Please find another lawyer

I feel that i have been discriminated against because of my age. When I recently contacted Morgan & Morgan about a potential medical malpractice matter, and gave them information regarding the matter, they didn't ask for medical records or x-rays - they asked my age. When I told her she put me on hold and then came back to the phone and said it was not a matter they could help me with. A medical mishap can happen to anyone- whether that person is 25 or 125, and to b given the brush off because you're not that 25 year old is total BS! Morgan & Morgan's motto is "for the people". Too bad they don't practice what they preach.

Morgan and Morgan didn't do anything for me except take 40% of what the insurance company would have given minus whatever else they have you do which is supposed to help your case. They did not fight for me, my case eas lost 8n a shuffle because of a disgruntled employee who got fired or quit, I dont know. My car was totaled, I can barley walk, I can't work and all I received of of $86,0000, the complete amount i would have received from the insurance company and rental company (other driver) is $16000. No help getting disability, medical help or compensation nothing just their 40% fee.

I was very disappointed with my experience with this firm. I felt strung along only to have my case later dropped for a reason that was made known to them prior to them accepting my case. I was previously let down by a family friend attorney who recommended Morgan and Morgan. I understand that it's not reasonable to expect a law firm to pay upfront costs on a case when the fee arrangement is based on a contingency fee. More on that later. During the initial intake process, Morgan and Morgan seemed eager to take my case. They kept emailing and texting me relentlessly to sign a waiver to agree to give them 40% commission. I agree with those terms with the impression that they must be very interested in handling my case. I make it clear to them the reason why my prior attorney pulled out and to contact him for any questions or concerns they might have. They accept to represent me after I sign their waiver. I then speak with a case manager and my case moves forward. They set me up in their client portal and I upload all of my medical bills and other pertinent information they requested. I am told to always call with any questions, and that the normal response time to return emails and messages was 24-48 hours. A few weeks later, I ask for updates and when can I expect to speak with an attorney. A reasonable expectation. I leave voicemails, emails and messages in their client portal for the case manager. None were returned. I reach out to their hotline begging and pleading as to when can I expect somebody to return my messages after they originally told me the normal response time is 24 to 48 hours. This goes on for a month. Almost two months in, I finally am for the first time able to speak with an attorney. They claimed that the delay was because the original attorney assigned to my case left the company. That seemed like a reasonable explanation. Would have been nice if they responded to a message informing me of that earlier. But ok. I explain my case to the new attorney. Keep in mind this is a complicated case. I was expecting to have multiple conversations. He tells me that he will have some updates in a few weeks. I hear back from him. He informs me that my case was sent to review panel that determined that the upfront costs necessary to defend my case were too substantial. I don't understand why he was surprised by this finding as that was the exact same reason that my prior attorney over a period of months used to ultimately reject my case. If he had read the case file, I think that reason would have been apparent, and it was clearly mentioned prior to his firm accepting my case. I respond to his rejection letter asking about the potential of pursuing other legal strategies that wouldn't require all of the up-front costs. He doesn't respond back and answer those questions. I guess he doesn't feel he has any other obligation and that my feelings and concerns don't really matter to him or his firm. In any event, I didn't think it was possible for a law firm to be less attentive, unorganized and apathetic to their clients. I feel not only disappointed with them but mislead.

Morgan and Morgan has not returned a settlement check that was received in October, 2024 when they told me that my case was not feasible (for them I assume) the check is $25,000.00 from Geico. They have been trying to get it back since March! They first said they could not find the $25,000 then when they found it they said they mailed it to them, another lie and then they sent it this last time and it is "lost" according to USPS! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS FARCE OF A LAW FIRM. My next post will be to every media site i can find here in Phoenix and the state bar of Missouri and Arizona!

You get what you pay for so expect nothing. M&M works on a formula basis with boiler plate forms and as little effort put forth as possible in a lazy, unsupervised workplace full of clerical personnel and a few paralegals. The actual attorney on site is overworked, looking only for high dollar potential, and will drop your case without the slightest concern for wasting your time and acting the opposite of professional attorneys. In short, you don't even exist with a firm like this. You gave them permission to capitalize on your tragedy and that is their sole intention. Stay out of their way or they'll drop you sooner. The law firm for the place I'm suing is very pleased I chose Morgan & Morgan.

Apparently Morgan and Morgan doesn't care about everyone especially if it's a complicated case, I guess their ads should say "we only take easy cases". My story of my wife dying in a Banner Hospital is complicated and there's absolutely no way to explain everything over the phone so I have to do a shortened version then they're not interested at all when it takes time to connect the dots. They don't care that my wife got a hospital acquired infection (MSSA) that went under treated for over 2 months which the second infectious disease doctor stated in her report which made her more susceptible to future infections which is exactly what happened. They don't care that my wife was flooded with long term IV broad spectrum antibiotics multiple times in 5 months even when targeted antibiotics were available. It's been proven that long term broad spectrum antibiotics will damage the natural flora of the body especially in older adults and affecting outcomes like response to cancer immunotherapy and increasing susceptibility to infections which happened to my wife getting more infections. They don't care that an infectious disease doctor gave my wife toxic levels of Vancomycin while she had sepsis which is proven to be harmful at toxic levels besides the sepsis. They don't care that my wife died from sepsis in her lungs that was never there the first 2 weeks in the hospital. They also didn't care that an infectious disease doctor was only guessing what the problem was for the first 19 days in the hospital. What does it take to get a real attorney to listen?

They decided to not do premise liability so they transferred those cases to a different firm. So now I'm finding out all of the things Morgan and Morgan did not do that they were supposed to do on my case.., like getting all of my medical records.
