I was disappointed by how low the ceiling was in a penthouse unit. I am average height for a foreigner and I could easily touch the ceiling with my palm flat against it. I felt a bit closed in from the ceiling but overall the layout was ok. The dishwasher could only was for one person but yet had seating for 12 people and only had two burner stove which would be difficult to cook and entertain for a party. Totally not luxury for the price to amenities.

If you're looking for a low tier quality condo where you can hear your neighbors going to the toilet, where the management is inexistant, where they will sell you services that does not exists or will be removed without warning, that's the place to be! Else, you must avoid that place at all cost, you have been warned.

I bought a project off plan with Morgan, I gave 75% as the first payment, after 2 years of waiting, the project is just canceled, at this point I ask for my refund! ! the answer is that I have to make a request and wait 6 months, ,, after having me move about ten times just to sign a document, then another one then another one they another , finally agree to reimburse me,,,, but with 12 equal payments, ,, I remind you that I had paid 75% cash,,,, so I lost interest on my money for more than 3 years,, ,, I ask you!!! who made interest with my 60k for 3 years? and why was I not reimbursed with a single payment,,,???? so I advise against doing business with this Company, which obviously never reimbursed me my interest

no fans in the gym. Since a year now… nothings is moving. A shame for this kind of condo
