I worked with Eli for the U.S. based leg of a furniture shipment between France and Alaska. Eli's care of my family heirloom was outstanding. He built a wooden crate to prevent any damage to the furniture during the transport between New Jersey and Alaska. It was a costly undertaking that proved to be worth every penny considering the distance and the complex logistics. A better disclosure of the shipment's routing and schedule would have alleviated our anxiety and impatience. It took more that two months for the shipment to make it halfway across the planet. The French shipper (Groupe Berton) did also an excellent job packing the furniture. All and all, I recommend Eli and his team at Morgan Shipping. Thank you.

Seamless and Efficient Service Our company recently undertook the task of shipping over 2,000 broadcast videotapes to our overseas headquarters for later digitization. The boxing process had to be meticulously precise, with each box labeled according to the sequence of tapes for easy identification upon arrival. The personnel dispatched handled the task with impressive efficiency and professionalism, ensuring there was no interference with our regular office operations. We found their service to be exceptionally solid and reliable.

Had to ship my car across the country from NJ to TX. Customer service is great. Had all my questions answered thoroughly. I was quoted a fair price, and the transport was completed without any issues. Car arrived in exact condition that it left. Will use company again when moving back up next year!

I used Morgan shipping last month to ship my personal items from my second apartment in Oxford, UK to my New York apartment. I called for an estimate and spoke with Jerry who was very helpful in explaining to me all the different options available and pricing for each of them. The price was reasonable, and this was a company paid move, so I opted to go with the full service package, which includes the packing, loading, shipping door-to-door, paperwork at customs, and delivery to my apartment in the city. I have to say that this was all relatively new to me, but it worked really well. MORGAN SHIPPING did a good job, and I am grateful. They gave me a lot of helpful information on how to pack some of my personal items and the crew arrived early and started packing my TV and big items. Then the big truck with the container arrived on my street in Oxford. We had to block the street to be able to get it as close as we did, so we left one guy to watch the traffic. The landlord was not happy with the big truck blocking the street, but these guys were mindful of not scuffing the walls while moving the big stuff, so he was happy with that. Mike, the head crew was the best. He was very patient with me and very efficient with the guys. They worked the entire time without taking a break. My friend was there to help. She enjoyed watching these guys packing so organized. Jerry from the office was checking to make sure everything was fine and that I was up-to-date with the required documentation for exports, etc. After they left, Jerry sent me an email with the arrival of approximately 30 days. When the container arrived in the US, Surina from the customs office was very nice and helpful in explaining the taxes and everything. She got the container delivered the following day with no problems. I have so much stuff that it did not fit into my small New York apartment so I asked them to store a few items for me. In the end, the overall shipping processes door-to-door was about 27 days. I was a little nervous with the process and the move. Moving companies do not carry a good reputation in general and there seems to always be negative experiences no matter whom you speak with. This, I can honestly say, is not one of those instances. I go back and forth between Oxford and New York work constantly for work, and I'll continue to use Morgan Shipping when I need to move my belongings.

Impeccable service ! I needed 3 of my luggage's and a few bags moved from midtown Manhattan to the Upper West Side to a 5-floor walk up. Eli was great, efficient, and speedy. He was on time, and made sure my belongings (as well as me) were transported from door to door safely. I would definitely use this service again!!!! We had moved overseas, and Eli, from Morgan Shipping, was amazing. He was always very thorough and patient with us, from day 1. He explained to us the process, logistics, what to look out for, and personal advise on how to setup our package. He was extremely courteous and even booked a date for our belongings to be picked up, before we closed the deal, saving us a bunch of time. Once the shipment arrived, the staff here was already gone for the day (due to the time difference). With the stress of moving and the headache of not being settled yet, I gave Eli a call, in which he responded on the first ring. He was able to coordinate with the guys on the ground here (after their working hours), and finish all the coordination/clarification needed. Morgan had went out of their way to accommodate us, by allocating additional funds for a smooth delivery. I was highly impressed at Eli's way to handle this transaction, dealing with a different culture and style, halfway across the world. I would highly recommend Eli/Morgan Shipping to anyone that is interested in moving their belongings, as this was a huge relief, not having to worry about getting burned, or blackmailed at your destination port. I used Morgan Shipping for an International move hoping that by paying the premium my stuff would get to the destination (Mexico City from the US) without any problem. Nevertheless, more than 15% of my boxes were stolen on the way. It is a lot of coincidence but the boxes that were stolen were the ones that had the stuff with the most value. They even opened some of boxes that got to Mexico and stole stuff from the boxes (a TV, recording device, etc). Morgan has been blaming the companies they used for the service and have not been very helpful so far instead of taking responsibility for the stolen goods. I paid them so they should take more responsibility. Stay away from Morgan if you don t want your stuff stolen.

Morgan Shipping helped me ship few items from my storage unit in Florida to my mother in-law in Lisbon Portugal. I didn't know whether I was going to ship everything in the first place or just few items. I gave them a list of everything I have and they were able to calculate the shipping freight for each item. That made it very was easy for me to decide if to ship items or not. They gave me flat price for the items I agreed to ship. They are a little more expensive then what I was quoted by others, but I felt more comfortable with Morgan Shipping with they way they handled my proposal and their experience around my shipping. They picked up the items from storage and shipped it to Lisbon. I got few emails updating me on where about the shipment is and everything went well. I did not pay anything extra. No problems, No more monthly storage bills to pay, no complains and most importantly a happy mother in-law which is above all. - Well-done, good job.
