Mori Luggage & Gifts

Kristy is a gem to work with. I came in to purchase a new suitcase, Briggs & Riley, and ended up with several additional items. She worked with me to understand my needs and present options that fit. Over the course of a few weeks I ended up coming back to purchase more items and gifts for others. I highly recommend the store and all the staff who work there.

I had the best experience while shopping for Father’s Day gifts today! Kristy greeted me with a very warm welcome and was eager to help. I recently purchased a piece of Briggs & Riley luggage from Mori. The luggage is great, well built, rolls evenly on different surfaces. I worked with Kristy when making this purchase. She is great to work with. Kristy is very knowlegable about the products and showed me different options without pressuring me to make a particular purchase. She has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to work with.

Love this store! The manager works so hard to keep the store clean and has the set up very organized and easy to find what I'm looking for. Very informative and knowledgeable on each product. 100% recommend!

I like this store, They helped me find luggage I needed for a trip I had within the week. They didn't have a pink backpack I wanted. but past that the service was great, I'd recommend it.

The person working at the Towne Center Mall location in Kennesaw, GA has a really bad attitude. Not helpful at all. He was very rude and needed an attitude adjustment. 😒

They had a lot of great items but considering the situation that's going on in the world and how they had no if any traffic I would have thought they would have been more reasonable with their prices especially if you wanted to buy what would be steamed alodeemed a luxury item The price point was too high and everything was dusty so so back to looking around again or have somebody backup North send us what we're looking for Not getting mine money when you won't be willing to work with your customers not trying to Get gouged.

They kept staring down and making sure I wasn’t stealing. They didn’t even bother to look at white people when they walk in . Racist place ever. And then when I walked away from the area, they went over to see if I stole anything. It was a man and a women working. NOT COMING EVER AGAIN.

This review needs 10 STARS Mori is solid - my go-to place for all of my travel needs. I've been traveling for 20+ years, 16 of those have been with Briggs and Riley brand. I've tried all of the "best", but B&R has been outstanding! And any good brand is ultimately defined by the entire network of distribution and support... Mori delivers, but specifically THIS location, stands out above the rest (IMHO)! How does this location "deliver the goods" for a TEN-STAR review!? The answer is: CINDY! Cindy's love for her job, her customers, and people in general is infectious and the entire team there provides "Cindy-level" support! Cindy, YOU ARE A ROCK-STAR!!!

Great layout! So many different types of luggage to choose from. Employees greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. I was asked was there anything in particular that I had been looking for. Of course I just came in the store to browse but I loved how they greeted me first and let me do my own thing. They were not pushy at all! If I do decide to make a purchase in the near future I will definitely come back here for the smiles and the warm hospitality feel.

I went to Mori last night, looking for a difficult-to-find item and was so relieved to locate it there! That really "saved the day"... Then while I checked through their extensive variety of luggage tags, the gentleman who waited on me continued to be patient and kind. Mori is a welcoming place with high quality merchandise, much of it also unique; and it's always interesting to stop by to see all that they have on display! I'd highly recommend it, especially if you need a gift for that special someone!
