Incredibly disappointing. I spent £340 on a pair of shoes for my partner that were one size to big as they may use different sizing. When I asked for an exchange I was told that wasn’t possible and I was asked to click refund and then place a new order. This way they actually charged me £25 for a return and I would have to spend £340 on a pair of shoes that may still not fit! An utter disgrace that a company that is meant to be bespoke and high end charges for returns let alone £25!
