Disappointed with the service at all. Took ages to say hi and bring me the shoes. First I got pairs to find out my size, which I knew already because I already Client of the brand. In case the staff would be able to create a conversation and ask questions they could know. Staff disappeared for couple of minutes to bring the requested shoes and then after trying the items I said thank you. He took them without any comments from my side not even asking why I’m not buying or what else I like to see. Stop selling at a physical POS in case this is your normal client experience.

Incredibly disappointing. I spent £340 on a pair of shoes for my partner that were one size to big as they may use different sizing. When I asked for an exchange I was told that wasn’t possible and I was asked to click refund and then place a new order. This way they actually charged me £25 for a return and I would have to spend £340 on a pair of shoes that may still not fit! An utter disgrace that a company that is meant to be bespoke and high end charges for returns let alone £25!

Excellent service provided for amazing quality shoes that are extremely worth. I got the alpine boots for the winter season 👌

I’ve followed Morjas for a while and was excited to see the shoes in person. Julienne was friendly and helpful, guiding me through different models and making my first purchase a great experience. Left very satisfied!
