Love this place. My daughter and I frequently visit before school. Awesome customer service their so sweet and kind. The croissants are so delicious 😋🤤 the Maple Iced donut are my favorite

I met the owner and she is very kind and sweet. The donut is fresh and perfect for a cup of coffee. They have a professional coffee machine too wow. This is a hidden gem that everyone should come and try. They also have Drive-thru for your convenience.

I stumbled upon this amazing place and I am totally addicted!!! I am not even a “donut eater”. The glazed donuts are so amazingly fresh, they melt in your mouth. I am literally stuffing my face in the car, glaze everywhere. Y’all know what I am talking about! I work in Cypress, live in Westchase and will be in Alief as soon as I finish my PM shift!

The owner lady was hilarious. She is so kind, helpful and sweet. Everything was freshly made and baked

There not vary big but there food is good and they are vary nice the price is average to other donut shop but it was much more fulfilling

I love this place, there is no other place that makes such good donuts, kolaches, and coffee. If you buy a coffee, they give you a free donut. Has awesome deals and great customer service. It’s very clean and has nice tables.

I tried the glazed donut and I came back for more , Its one of the best donuts i ever tried very fresh and tasty.

I use to love this place. I have been coming here for 5 years. Today they sold me expired orange juice. I said something to the lady when she handed it to me and she said no no, it's Dec 29, not Oct 29. Well it's clearly labeled OCT 29. Sold on 11/11/24. Stuff like this gives me the ick. If they sold me expired orange juice, I wonder what else is expired that they are selling to people. I couldn't even finish the food I was grossed out.

I happen upon this place one morning & I'm glad I gave them a try. The donuts were airy & fluffy. I had the glaze donuts. I also had sausage kolaches. The croissant around the sausage was nice & buttery tasting. I've been here two other times since my first visit. Customer service is friendly and welcoming.

Their donut holes will put a smile on for those non-morning people (which includes me). On this particular morning (when it was also my day off), I had to wake up bright and early and I found myself extremely hungry as well. Sleepy and hungry, what a double whammy. But I was so happy Morning Donut Cafe has a drive-thru because there was nothing better for me on this morning (well, maybe breakfast in bed or sleeping in) than ordering food from the comfort of your own car. Besides their delicious donut holes, I also ordered a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant. Though I finished it, I don't think I will order it again because the croissant wasn't my definition of a croissant. I wanted it to be more flaky and more buttery (call me Anna Deen). I'll try a kolache on my next morning visit ;)

If you're not going to have donuts at 9am on a Friday, you should probably let your customers know somehow (if that is a normal thing for you). This is a donut shop that doesn't have enough donuts. Just think about that. I had to drive to another donut shop that had a large display of more than enough donuts. Meaning they were prepared and planned according for their customers. I wanted to try this location to taste their donuts but they didn't even give me a chance to be their customer.

Delicious food and recently i like this place, Owner very friendly and fresh donuts when I buy after like 12 O'clock or something they always free donuts.

The very 1st time I ate here I had the mini kolaches, glazed donuts and a boudin kolache. It was pretty good that I wanted to go a 2nd time. The 2nd time glazed donuts wasn't ready and there were no mini kolaches yet. So we got sausage with bacon and boudin kolaches. I didn't enjoy the bacon and wished I had got a plain sausage kolache. I'm not eager to go again but might.

Extremely nice! The kolache, donut holes and breakfast croissant were soo good! And it was decently cheap :) definitely worth the stop

This is such a cute donut shop! The owners are super friendly. The tacos and donuts are delicious! Next time I will try their kolaches and breakfast sandwiches. The presentation is so tempting. I highly recommend this place. They also have a drive-thru!

THE BEST DONUTS EVER!!!! Delicious kolaches!! You must try the Sausage, cheese, BACON, and jalapeño Kolache!!! I compared the donuts to Shipley's and let me tell you, Morning Donuts Cafe were 10 time better in taste, texture and fluffy Size!! The only way I could describe Shipley's donuts were as too grease, chewy, flat, and too sugary. The owner has been amazing since they opened and there's a few freebee offers, like a free donut w/ an order of coffee! There are more offer but I don't remember them now. Anyways this is the spot to STOP!!!!

Have to update my previous review. I've given this place multiple tries and I just have one thing to say: if I buy a sausage and jalapeño kolache, I expect there to be at least one jalapeño slice inside and some spicy heat to it. There were no jalapeños inside at all. Kolaches Factory is much better, they have a lot of jalapeños in their sausage and jalapeño kolaches. Sad that this place went downhill this much.

I ran in to grab a coffee during a gas stop and was greeted promptly. There were a lot of pastry options, but I just wanted coffee. I got an iced vanilla latte and it was super sweet. I didn't enjoy my drink because it was so sweet. The employee was really nice, I was given free donuts that were warmed before they were give to me. They were light and delicious. I would say go, even if just for the pasties.

Good vibes. Friendly staff. Owner is really nice. Donuts are good and simple. Coffee on point. Decor motivational. Conveniently located in HOUSTON near the tollway. Modern and enjoyed the ambiance. Stop in and enjoy a donut you deserve it

I haven't actually visited the location yet but I'm constantly seeing promotions for this donut shop on social media. It's incredible how quickly this place is becoming more and more popular. They visited my church with FREE donuts!! They were amazing and the complimentary kolaches were excellent! I must have had at least 4 bacon/jalapeño/sausage kolaches!!! Definitely would visit 10/10!!

I give this donut shop 5 stars. Food is always fresh! Owner is always friendly. Family feel. I recommend trying the bacon and sausage kolaches.

Yo this is really the best in town! And. I'm picky! I have lived on almost every side of Houston and no one compared! Everything has a perfect balance. The Donuts are not dry. They are thick and soft. The Croissants and Kolaches are big and filling. Just make a trip !

This place gave me an instant friendly feeling when I walked in. You could smell the buttery-ness of all the food. I walked in around 2:00pm and he said they give out two-three dozens of donuts for just $5 (notice that's a big value). There are lots of deals here, with the "buy one coffee and get a free donut"-like purchases. They're open really early and the kolaches are AMAZING! It's a must try. Boudin kolache is to die for. Super nice and friends, they gave me a free donut and 2 donut holes. They also have a drive through which is super convenient!

ALIEF PROUD! If you are in the Alief area stop by this donut shop...you won't be disappointed! I went a few weeks ago and purchased a kolache with bacon and I wanted to go back and slap the owner because it was sooo good. But not only was the food good the hospitality the owner showed was beautiful. I went back today and I received the same service and so did the customer before me! In a conversation with her he offered her husband a free donut for how beautiful his wife looked the customer went to her car and asked her husband to come in and the owner kept his word!!! As a matter of fact he gave him 2 donuts. When he came to me I told him I was back and that I promised I would be returning and he thanked me. Then, he turned around and blessed my son with a free donut for me being so sweet. When we left my son said he's nice...I said yes he's always nice and my son said I want to keep coming back... My son and I have witnessed bad customer service many times so we know how to appreciate good service! PLEASE PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS so we can keep them in the neighborhood. He's in the Exxon strip near Alief Clodine and W. Houston Center! Last but not least...THE PRICES ARE AWESOME!

I'm in town visiting and I decided to try this place out. Given the name, I though it was a good place for donuts but this was not the case, luckily the crowd I bought for wanted kolache's. I bought about $24 worth of Kolache's and a donut twist. I got 2 boudain kolache's, 2 jalapeño bacon kolache's and 4 regular kolache's. We enjoyed the boudain Kolache the most, best we've ever had! My sister said the jalapeño bacon was a winner as well! However I was very disappointed in the donut. I went to go break a piece off my twist and I could not. The donut was so tough and stale! I finally did break a piece off and the taste was just as bad as the texture.

My husband and I have been wanting to check out this new breakfast place since they opened, and this morning we had the opportunity. I can't give this place enough praise. The breakfast sandwich biscuits we had were very tasty, and the apple fitter and the donut twist we got to go with them were over the top good. The owner, John, even gave me a free small coffee, and asked me to put the word out that if you buy any size coffee, you get a free donut. I have no problem doing that. John was great and very friendly. The coffee was awesome, by the way. We will be going here again.

Amazing kolaches. Filled me up with 2. The 2 guys in there were so nice and gave us free donuts. Great place to go and get some breakfast.
