I went on an evening food tour in Marrakech flying solo. I was joined by two other couples and a family of three and nabbed the last spot. Eight was a good number! Entertaining but we all got the good of the tour guide. We met in front of the post office and headed off for three and a half hours. The food was a brilliant selection - lamb, doughnuts, olives, snails, cous cous, tea, bakery stop for savoury and sweet pastries and rounded off on a rooftop with a refreshing smoothie and biscuits. There was plenty of food to go round and no pressure if some of it wasn’t for you (snails weren’t for me but the others in the group happily ate my share!). Our tour guide was well prepared with wipes, tissues and sanitiser which was a helpful touch. He was super friendly and willing to answer all our questions from food to politics/royal family, what to see in the area, where to eat etc. Came back with a great list for the rest of the week. He knew so many people in the souks and was clearly well regarded. We were treated brilliantly wherever we went. For 3.5 hours of food, advice and guiding, the ticket is well worth it. Highly recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with Moroccan Food Adventures during our time in Marrakech and everything was perfect. We did the Evening Food Tour our first night to get acquainted with the Medina and sample the local cuisine and then we did the Snack & Shopping Tour later in our stay to get all the secret recommendations for where to shop. We've done Food Tours in most cities we visit and the ease to book, the great communication and the support to adjust to our needs given we had someone with mobility issues made working with Moroccan Food Adventures perfect. Highly recommend using their services as part of your time in Marrakech. Thanks Amanda and team!

We had the most wonderful food tour last night. Small group who were good company. Excellent and knowledgeable guide (Rashid). We tasted so many authentic foods in places we would never had known existed or been brave enough to venture into and try. A real highlight of our trip to Marrakech.

We did the evening food tour in the Medina with Rashid and really enjoyed it. The tour is very extensive with lots of authentic Moroccan food stops. Rashid was an excellent guide - interesting and knowledgable and great at answering questions. I would definitely recommend this to get to know the food of the Medina and of Marrakech. Thank you very much Rashid!

If you are looking for a food experience in Marrakech, book with this group! Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. He guided us on a culinary adventure! The food was amazing and with group sizes capped at six, the tour feels very personal!

Me and my family had an incredible homecooked Iftar meal through Moroccan Food Adventures. We learned a lot about Ramadan and Muslim faith while we ate delicious food (we loved the homemade couscous with vegetables) and tagine of lemon olive chicken. It was a great cultural experience for me and my kids and the cook Fatima was warm and kind!

Great experience tasting street food in Marrakech. We had a group of 6 people on our tour. We met at the post office and were taken by our guide all around the Médina to taste different types of flavorful food. From lamb that was cooked for hours in an underground oven, fish burgers, doughnuts, olives, harira (soup), couscous in a back alley by a woman who cooks for the local shop vendors + more! Our guide was really nice and told us stories about the history of the food, the ingredients and the background on the places we stopped at. At some of the places we were able to sit down and other times we stood and ate. It was a great way to experience places and flavors we never would have found on our own.
