The staff at the Morris Inn were absolutely amazing and incredibly kind! During my stay, I left some clothes lying on the bed, and when I returned, I found them neatly folded in a pile. This thoughtful gesture was so appreciated and speaks volumes about the care and attention of the team.||My entire stay was fantastic! This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Morris Inn, and both experiences have been exceptional. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. I can’t wait to return!

The Morris Inn and staff are wonderful. I routinely drive cross country w my German Shepherd & will make sure South Bend us a stopping point just to stay here.||The space is wonderful (thoroughly enjoyed sitting in front of the fire w an adult beverage), room clean, confortable, inviting. And the staff is kind, engaging, thoughtful. ||Was on campus in January & the weather made it probably the least attractive to be on campus (grey, plants dormant, cold ) & still campus was lovely.||Food was reasonably priced (though I'd be a bit cautious w the mac & cheese -- jalapeños not an ingredient I'd include).||Genuinely, a fantastic space. I highly recommend||Ps. Was w my same sex partner & was not uncomfortable in the least (didn't expect to be, but this info might quell concerns)

Absolutely gorgeous Hotel inside and out. Perfect location to allow short distance walks all over the Notre Dame campus! The staff at check-in were overly accommodating allowing for early check-in at no extra cost plus, an upgrade to a suite. The rooms were exquisite. So clean and the Notre Dame robes were an absolute unexpected treat! The room offered an outstanding view of the campus.Thai restaurant for breakfast was extremely good and offers a very cozy setting.

If they try to give you room 380; just say no! I thought I was nice to the front desk staff at check in, but I must have said something that made her mad because there is no other reason for why they would put someone in this room. It’s sad and depressing. You can ALMOST open the door without hitting the bed but you can’t get your body and bag in at the same time. The window is small and my luggage went on a rack in the bathroom because that had more space. So I guess that’s the positive the bathroom was fine. Ever read the Housemaid series or Flowers in the Attic? It will bring back those memories. ||2 star reviews instead of one because the lobby is nice. I sat down there as much as possible. Oh and at check out I told them the room was sad and awful and there was just an awkward laugh; summed up the visit. Take this room off the rotation!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Morris Inn at Notre Dame, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The room was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the stunning Notre Dame campus. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The on-site restaurant offers a fantastic menu with delicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients. The ambiance was lovely, making it the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends. The location couldn't be better! Being just steps away from the iconic Notre Dame landmarks, I was able to immerse myself in the rich history and beauty of the area. Whether you're visiting for a game, a campus tour, or simply to enjoy the serene surroundings, the Morris Inn is the perfect base. I highly recommend the Morris Inn to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming stay. I can't wait to return!

What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff. Our visit was during the biggest football game of the year and the place was totally crowded with guests of the hotel and others trying to take advantage of the amenities of the Morris Inn. Consequently, everyone wanted something from the staff; and the staff remained calm, super polite and always cheerful. What an unexpected result. Congratulations to all involved with the Inn; your face to the visitor is a perfect reflection of the University’s values!

So I had a quiet family dinner after a funeral and had an experience with the students being in the lobby group studying very loudly to a point where my family couldn't hear each other at our table in Rhor's. I feel like the students should not be allowed to study in the hotel lobby intended for guests! They have plenty of places on campus to use for their studying and they are very well aware of that. They choose to come and disrupt your paying guests quiet time and you allow it to happen. If I was a paying guest I would have asked for my money back and went to another hotel! I wouldn't recommend your hotel because of this reason alone! Very Unprofessional for a campus hotel!

Beautiful place. Very well maintained. The only thing I did not see was complimentary coffee, tea and or water. The weather did not cooperate for our stay so se were unable to walk the beautiful campus. We have done that many times in the past.
