What an adventure! No real path which is what makes this a hard climb. Very boggy and some scrambling required. View at the top is breathtaking. We stood on top of a rainbow! A wild day out.

This is a hard hill to i went straight up the lower end approaching from the game keepers lodge down the drive past the old stone building on your right the walk in this way is as norm rough wet and you make your own way i then decided to go up over the heather and rocks thorough the small loose rocks up the the lower point. Then up the the main point. A wet day but the clouds were high in the sky and when i made the top it was well worth the maul due to the very strong wind i came down the left side looking from my way up this would have been an easyer way up but not as interesting. Given this is a small hill ((706mt) classed as a Graham its probably one of the hardest and certainly not the highest i have gone up not needing climbing gear. If you are in the area give it a go. Enjoy the hills and Keep safe.

Just beautiful. Although not huge to climb it is a little precarious near the top due to the sliding rocks underfoot but well worth it.
