MÖRWALD Grafenegg Restaurant

How did they get a Michelin 2025 rating??? Food is very average, pre cooked Wiener schnitzel, maybe just reheated?!? How shall I describe the waitress? One word: Horrible!!!

Very nice location in the Castle Complex of Grafenegg. Tastyfully furnished and decorated. The service was a bit bumpy -not as excellent/professional as expected- but the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was really good. What I ordered was on point, tasty and high-quality. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience!

Location is great. The food was good. The service was a bit strange. The staff was friendly. But it took more than an hour to bring the order. We needed to come up to waitress and ask when it will be ready, then they brought us food finally. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t very nice especially that we were with a baby and we didn’t expect to wait for so long to get some food. There was a concert this day and the restaurant was full. But people that came later were served before us.

Nice Ambiente and obviously the boss who placed us at table as he has seen the other ladies were not keen for other guests and thus revenue or tip. Kitchen was in average okay, unfortunately service was not worth, ignorant and not friendly.

Ordered catering from this company, and gosh I was in for a big surprise. They served us beans that tasted like ashtray, put meat in the vegetarian pasta dish, and the chicken was served raw. Bread had mold and we found several dead flies in the hummus. +1 for the topless serving though

The worst catering services I have ever experienced. They charge 9,50€ for food that is not edible except of the watermelon. The chief is driving a cool Mercedes. Wonder why... 🤔

Please still closed to covid 19 .but its a nice and friendly restaurant waiting for the place to reopen. The park itself is astonishing and the schloss is wonderful
