I wish I could say nice things about this place bc it was in a great location and cute place. Even nice to sit and have coffee in the morning was nice. But the service was terrible. 3 weeks prior to stay I called they had put me in the wrong room, I said that I had to have A different room or I would need to change hotels. She called me back an hour later to say she was able too. When we got there the night of our stay we were back in the wrong room. It was a mess. We were told the lady who would be able to help us was the lady who called me prior to the stay and said she was able to put me back in my original booked room. We talked to her the next morning and she made it clear she didn’t care. I had emailed someone and they never bothered to email me back. This was a second time stay the first was no problem at all so it was really a let down to be treated like that.

We came here for a medical procedure, to stay to make it easier. We drove here from Dana Point. The staff here is wonderful, bartender was fun, my breakfast this morning was out of this world!! I had the avocado toast with scrambled egg. Was delicious. 😋 The girl at the desk gave us printed out restaurants for dinner. Everything is walking distance which made it that much easier. We would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING FRONT DESK RECEPTION!! We were blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the front desk team. As we entered the lobby, the staff surprised my daughter by singing “Happy Birthday", it was such a sweet and personal touch! When we received our room key, we found a special birthday message on the envelope, and to top it off, a beautiful handwritten note was waiting for us in the room. Thank you to the incredible team for going above and beyond to make her weekend so special. Moments like this turn a great stay into an unforgettable one! ✨️

The customer service was top notch and made me feel right at home! Parking was easy to find and nearby the entrance. The room was clean and everything was perfect. The outdoor pool looked fantastic, and was refreshing in the morning. I will definitely be coming back!

Patricka and the entire Mosaic team and guest reception are outstanding. They attended to every need from check in, to booking a longer stay to helping me recovery after a medical procedure. Everyone including housekeeping is attentive, nice and caring individuals. The young girls who work there are extremely compassionate. None of my needs or requests went unmet. Every morning housekeeping arrived warmly to help clean my room and change the linens, and the team here is very professional. The location is perfect! Beautiful neighborhood & world class shopping destinations in walking distance. I can’t express my gratitude of how welcomed I felt and their attention to the needs of their guests. The whole team is very patient! Patricka was especially very sweet and understanding. She helped me extend my stay as I was enjoying my time so much and the caring staff. She is very committed to her work and you can tell she loves what she does! I will be returning again at the end of April to this treasure. I want to share this beautiful place with my daughter during her Spring Break. All star team and absolutely beautiful destination in walking distance to shopping. Minutes walk to Rodeo Blvd. Short inexpensive Uber ride to Westfield Century City. Everything you need is here!

Google
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean great neighbourhood and just a 5 min walk to The Beverly Hilton. Reception desk has freindly people but they ended up charging aa transient occupancy tax and a California tourism assessment fee on my card without asking me. My rooms were alreqdy paid and I just found out about this when I got home. This does not look right 250kusd for a week on taxes and fees?is this a law? Where I live this sort of thing is not mandatory

Google
What an absolute hidden gem of a small boutique hotel. Family and I were graciously welcomed, and throughout the stay the staff were always available to assist, recommend, and deliver wonderful service during our short stay. Will be back!

Google
I stayed here for one night last year after having a day procedure at a medical clinic nearby. Big mistake. The rooms at this hotel don't have tubs, so I was unable to clean up (I couldn't shower because my face couldn't get wet due to the medical procedure.) Also, I couldn't have dinner at the hotel's restaurant that evening because the cook called out. If the cook calls out, the restaurant is closed. I emailed the manager a few days later about my concerns but did not receive a response. The room was kind of dumpy too. Avoid this hotel.

Relaxing hotel with a convenient location in Beverly Hills. Onsite restaurant and cocktail bar for an all encompassing experience

Yelp

Yelp
I just heard today that Josh is no longer at the hotel. I have been a guest for over 20 years and know Sandip, the owner through Brenden Carlin who was the best GM they have ever had. Josh is so personable, accommodating, efficient and every guests adores him. He has brought in so much business to the hotel. He marketed to the plastic surgeons, nurses, like myself, beauty industry and more. He was the motivating force that kept the hotel running smoothly. I am actually shocked that they have let him go! What a huge mistake! I am writing to Sandip and Alex personally about this. I won't go back without him there.

Yelp
The staff there are all wonderful. It's a great location. The staff helped me thru a difficult time. They showed me to this great Taco place. The pool is small but beautiful. The fresh lemon trees line the walls! The food was great. Thank you

Yelp
I purchased a 2-night king suite. I Informed them a week in advance of a late check-in. When I arrived, I was placed in a standard queen. I was told they have no vacancies. I complained and was told the manager would contact me, and my bill would be adjusted. Nonetheless, I was moved to the correct room the next day. The manager never returned my call. I do not recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I had high expectations for this place only to be treated poorly and crappy service. Noise was unbelievably loud, staying in the room was not enjoyable whatsoever. Would ask questions to the person at the front desk only to be responded with an attitude as if we should have known better what they accommodated when we were told different information to begin with. Staff should be on the same page, clearly not with the amount of different information we got. Will not be coming back and definitely not worth the money.

Adriana C.

Yelp
Philippa who works at the front desk was terrific! She was a pleasure to work with and helped make our stay a positive experience. Same with the bartender and other staff who are very nice. Good food, nice rooms and great experience all around thanks in large part to the outstanding hospitality of the staff. We look forward to returning in the future!

Yelp
It's a great little place to meet for a drink. I like it by the pool. The staff is so cool. There's no pressure and they are happier you are there. Great service. They have a fire pit at night by the pool which is nice.

Yelp
Nice comfortable room. The front desk guy was very nice. I was looking forward to Bvlgari products in the bathroom, but there were none. Will def stay again.

Yelp
We checked in and wasn't greeted immediately, the employee was on a personal call! After checking in we went up to our room. It had a old smell to it(dusty). We noticed that the pillowcases were dirty with huge crusty stains! And the bathroom mirror was completely smudgy, the bedroom tall mirror was sprayed and not wiped down. We noticed the housekeeper was still on our floor we called her over and she switched pillowcases and said "sorry". For a hotel located in "Beverly Hills" you would think the cleanliness would've been there.

Yelp
Gotta give some love to Michael today, the concierge at The Mosaic Hotel restaurant. I'm so blue about my job...and Michael gave me a hug and love and a complimentary drink to drown my sorrows with a delicious lunch. Kudos to Alex the bartender, Guillermo the server, and Rosie the chef -- SCRUMPTIOUS asparagus soup! And the lemon drop martini surely improved my outlook. :) LOVE my haven of The Mosaic Hotel restaurant. My saving grace. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Worst hotel ever phillipa said she was the acting manager when I'm sure that's not true. The noise in this hotel is unbelievable. Room service was unavailable due to staff no show. I'm VERY Disappointed in this so called Beverly Hills Hotel.

Yelp
Future patrons/guest... DO NOT STAY HERE. Details is where it matters. There's always room for improvement... not likely after reading other yelp reviews. Regardless, I decided to experience this myself and give them the benefit of the doubt. Four months later after my stay, I'm still trying to get charges resolve. Read further and view my picture for a better understanding. I stayed for one night and they charged me for two. TWO!!!! I understand parking is not complementary with your hotel stay but look at my booking and reason with me at least. Nope... this hotel is relentless in terms of nickel and dimming patrons. They never mentioned anything about the "Urban Bundle" which is $20 a night. I stayed for one and charged for two. Parking I stayed for one and they charged for two. This is where it got me livid. I did not eat their cashews, dark chocolate bar, nor had any Kind Plus NB.. whatever that is. Simple truth... I did not consume these products. Yet, its on my bill. I called them to work this out because I can see how this might be a mistake and we are human, it happens. But with a one night booking and double charging me for everything else... that is intentional theft. I should have know when I checked in and the staff had no idea where my booking docs where. If you are desperate for $152.70... then I hope you made it count. I will be sure the Better Business Bureau is aware of such business practice.

Yelp
Stayed at this hotel for 2 days booked a suite it was filthy brought it to the attention of front desk Leo he said there was nothing he could do about it I asked for a discount he said he couldn't give a discount on the room. he brought up some sheets to cover the couch. He stated to talk to the staff tomorrow about a discount. The next morning I went and spoke with Philipa at the front desk and advised her of the room being dirty and them not having another room to move me too. She said they can't do a discount on the room she said the best she could do was a $50 comp for dinner. I Did move into a smaller room on day 2 which was still dirty, the throw pillows in both rooms where nasty. Philipa at the front desk said it's not dirty and they are not stains that it was wear and tear. She definitely should not be in guest services with her attitude she was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. This room was $400+ a night. I stayed because I was from out of town and picked a hotel closest to my Doctor. I will be sure to let my doctors office know to have his out of town patients stay elsewhere and not book here. The pictures speak for themselves of how dirty this place is. Motel 6 would have been cleaner and cheaper. Also there where 4 charges on my bank account from the hotel when I asked Philipa about it she said she didn't know that it only showed 2 charges on her side. Make sure you get a printed receipt. Because Philipa will try to overcharge you. The one star I gave was for the food their food was good and servers were very nice.

Yelp
Stayed here one night with a friend...it was her room. the place is a small boutique hotel in Beverly Hills. Very quiet and private. Rooms are average rooms bed was very comfy bathrooms are nice with great products. front check in desk (literally a nice desk) was very friendly. bar is in the front lobby with a seating area towards the back that exits out to the pool area (we didn't take advantage of any of it) we did take advantage of room service (note there is no room service between 11 am - noon)...i had the Cesar salad with grilled chicken (ok...that's not really on the menu but it's what i got) My friend had Brussels and some other items...we enjoyed it all valet only parking...they were nice enough to hold my car after we checked out...until 3:00 (i imagine i would have been charged an extra day if i returned after that). It was a nice hotel and not ridiculously overpriced. If i needed to stay in the area again, I would consider staying here. I usually prefer to pick a Marriott/Bonvoy property which is the only reason I wouldn't stay here again.

Yelp
Booked five nights at the Mosaic and anticipated a wonderful stay based on reviews and location. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't live up to my expectations! First of all, the room was very nice however had several unnecessary maintenance issues, e.g. light fixtures not working, bulbs in ceiling lights needing replacement. My biggest complaint was housekeeping. Due to COVID, I was informed that housekeeping needed to be requested. I requested housekeeping for the morning of my third day; it didn't happen and no valid excuse given. Requested again and once again, no housekeeping or valid excuse. One final note, still waiting (48 hours later) for my final bill. Service not reflective of an upscale hotel image. Although I have future travel plans to Beverly Hills, those plans do not include a stay at the Mosaic!

Yelp
Amazing staff. Clean rooms. Easy parking. Centrally located. Amazing. I fancy myself an Angelino even though we are from OC...this hotel is immaculately appointed, well staffed, clean, centrally located, and allows me to tick my LA boxes for a couple of days before we head back to Oc!

Yelp
This is a sweet boutique hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills with a surprising great little bar area with delicious appetizers, craft beers, cocktails and happy hour. I had dinner there with excellent service from a friendly bartender.

Les R.

Yelp
I used to LOVE this place. However, I stayed here for the first time in 3 years and it's just not the same. It's dirty. My pet peeve. Of course, we had loud, pot smoking "kids" next door but that's par for the course once in a while at hotels. The reason I'm writing this review is for those people that like a clean feeling room. See photos. Location is amazing which is why I gave it two stars.

Yelp
The bartender was supernice and invented a non-alcholic drink for me using my drink ticket. Don't laugh, I tend to avoid the cocktails and free wine because it makes my face red. Not attractive. I sat outside by the postage-stamp sized pool because they use some fragrance in the lobby and fragrances make itch all over - red eyes, itchy eyes, stuffy nose, itchy all over. Damn, it sucks to be me. I will never stay here. Sad, because the staff were all pretty nice, but I'm certain they use the same fragrance in the rooms and I would have a horrible night like I do at Kimpton - itching from their darn fragrances.

Yelp
Booked one bedroom suite for my surgery 2 weeks ago when we arrived they checked us in in a regular room and saying their suites are sold out now! How unorganized can you be while supposedly being a hotel for many recovering patients ! They even promote surgery packages the guy in front desk couldn't even find email with my reservation ! This it's not something you wanna deal with the night before your surgery! Also the heater isn't working !

Yelp
We wanted to love this place as the staff have been excellent. But I feel like I can honestly only give it 2 stars as I will not be able to recommend this place to anyone. Pros: - Staff is really nice and very helpful - Location is walkable distance to Rodeo Dr and all those shops - A few minutes away from Westfield Shopping Mall Cons: - Parking is $40+ a night. You "might" be able to park underneath but stalls are extremely tight and many times other guests park horribly and take up 2 stalls. Alternative is to park behind building in a dark sketchy area. Parking is unregulated and while we paid, I've seen many others without the same placard parking for free. Feel ripped off here. Don't charge me $40+ a night without any assurances that I'll have a stall at the end of the night. - Bathrooms smell of sewage (read other reviews this looks to be common for others as well). - Rooms have a bad smell (hard to describe) and we need to open windows every day we get back. - No curtains to cover windows. Lots of light leakage. - Carpet is dirty when we checked in - Single elevator (very slow during normal hours) - Some units seem to be only accessible via stairs (think of a walk up type unit) Last words: As I write this review. I don't see how I could recommend this hotel as they have a lot to do to really make this a desirable spot. Not sure how this place is a 4 star hotel as I'd say it comparable to a mid tier 3 star hotel. If you have that mind set coming in that you're getting a 3 star hotel experience this place can be great. But if you're coming in expecting 4 star then save yourself the trouble and try a different spot.

Yelp
This place was great and the the customer service was outstanding (other than JOSH). My friend and I stayed here for a few days (Weds-Sat) to relax after surgery and the overnight staff was amazing! They helped out as much as possible and were very informative about the surrounding area. The only issue I encountered with this place is JOSH. I called a few mins ago to inquire about charges on my card. I was simply trying to understand why my card was charged. Once Josh is explained why the card was charged, I stated that I was unaware of the resort fees because my friend booked the room. I wasn't even trying to get the fees removed, but in a very childish way, Josh stated that "maybe your friend should read before booking," and hung up the phone. I'm still giving the hotel 5 stars because it was clean/COVID-friendly and the rest of the staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, but I would rather not deal with Josh if I return. Someone should speak to JOSH about tact and quality customer service. Thanks!

Yelp
Beverly Hills vibes without the pressure Mosaic is renovated boutique hotel. While it's super small, it still boasts spectacular amenities like a full bar, brunch service, a small pool and even mini outdoor cabanas. We were immediately greeted with amazing service by the front desk where they offer fresh fruit and water and offered us two complimentary drinks at the bar. We were in luck arriving shortly before happy hour began and were able to purchase a few amazingly made discounted drinks by their friendly bartender. Then we went shopping by taking a walk to Rodeo Drive. Our room had great toiletries (Bvlgari) and was small but chic. Other cool amenities was their free bicycle rentals, which we desperately wanted to try but ran out of time. We can't wait to come back to this precious hidden gem.

Yelp
"Cute" is a good word for this hotel. It's something you stay at endearingly but, like a kid, you look at it in positive light since it is yours and you're there to stay. The location is great, but the views are basically of the surrounding businesses and the noise will reflect that as such (we overheard a lovely argument between employees of a local establishment that took up a few hours of our sleep). The interior is heavily remodeled and half-heartedly restored. The elevator seemed like it was about to croak on the way up with our luggage. The front desk was kind though upon arrival as we had been on the road for over 10 hours. However, street parking is able to be gotten away with overnight if you can wake up early enough. The staff tried to trick/scare us into doing valet parking with their "perhaps you'll be towed" demeanor, which was not appreciated. If you work there and know the parking is free and able to be gotten away with, just let the customers know. Upselling is so overrated. The bathroom was neat and quaint (nicely decorated) but the shower head and the hardware seemed like it was purchased at a local Goodwill, they were squeaky and dribbly. The room itself was comfortable and we stayed in it satisfied but not ecstatic. I always have my hotel rating of, "would it be honeymoon suitable" and this would be nothing sort of a flat "no". The breakfast we had was quite good but not worth the LA-price, as there are plenty of great restaurants (brunch/breakfast) nearby. All in all, decent considering the price we paid was quite good compared to the others nearby, but for an obvious reason- that it is lacking in luster and the pizazz. Again, could have been a Best Western, dressed up in a Cinderella dress from what we experienced. Just hope that glass slipper fits.

Yelp
Looking for a centrally located boutique hotel in the Beverly Hills area? Look no further than The Mosaic! I recently spent two nights at this hotel and I had a memorable and very pleasant experience... I did have to wait a while upon check-in as there was only one person working at the time and she was helping someone else, but once checked in, it was smooth sailing. My room was clean and just big enough, had a comfortable desk space and bed, and nice amenities. I had a view of the pool area, but didn't get a chance to take advantage of it first-hand. Staff was friendly and I found the location central for walking to the close-by shopping and cafes and Ubering elsewhere. The one thing missing was a full length mirror in my room and the elevator is a tad bit slow... I recommend bringing some bottled water if you stay here too. All of that being said, I would definitely stay here again on future visits, especially if the price was right!

Yelp
I had a great stay at this GEM in BH. The staff was very welcoming upon our late evening arrival. The bar was quaint with great company. Even tho it was a very busy time we stayed at the hotel the Manager Drew was able to book my kids and I a perfect suite. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Customer service at its finest! Mosaic Hotel is blessed to have Dakota working for them. Form day one he went out of his way to make accommodate and ensure our stay was as comfortable as could be. His customer service is hands down the best I ever experienced!!!! He is the most genuine individual I have had the pleasure of meeting in my travels!! The salmon is too die for! We ordered room service several times and to be honest everything was delish!!!! Selia

Yelp
DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE THRU BOOKINGS.COM. I had booked a two night stay thru said website and once I was ready to check in they said they were overbooked and sent me to a "sister property". The sister property then charged me again, instead of working it out with mosaic manager and accommodating my stay (SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID). Anyway absolutely horrible customer service and bookings.com and Mosaic made me pay twice. Now having to deal with Amex. Save yourselves the headache and just stay at a Marriott, this way of treating customers for something that was THEIR fault is absolutely gross.

Yelp
Let me first start off by saying, I am not a big yelper and have only ever left positive reviews for places. I am blown away by the lack of customer service this hotel has. It makes me want to cry thinking of my entire experience and management has yet to even reach out or apologize, which is the least they could do. I stayed in the Mosaic Hotel about 2 weeks ago. Everything was going good until I checked my luggage with the front. I had travel bags that I left with concierge. They gave me a ticket stub to pick them up later. I returned and asked for my bags. Apparently the lady at the front had not labeled my bag and the valet man had placed my luggage in another persons car, not realizing that the luggage was not theirs. I was horrified when I realized that my luggage was placed in someone else car with all my belongings, but ok - stay calm and maybe we can get a hold of these people. There was no number on file and no record of who was the last person to leave. All I got was, "well they said they were heading to the airport". I then asked if there was any kind of reimbursement or anything they could do but I just got blank stares. Then I started to freak out and cry. We called around to multiple guests at the hotel, hoping they were in the same conference as me, called the airport, called rental car agencies... FINALLY I get an answer that my bag is likely at LAX. We look it up and its 2 hours away with traffic. We then drive to LAX and go around to multiple rental agencies. Im asking them to look in lost and found, and getting denied by everyone. By now, 4 hours have gone by. Im freaking out because all of my belongings are in that bag (makeup, hair products and tools, sunscreen, medications, clothes - everything!) and trying not to cry because I'm normally very calm and rational. After driving around for hours, calling multiple places and getting placed on hold and having to figure out what number to dial because I cant get ahold of an actual person instead of an operator, I FINALLY find my bag! However, its in a rental car still and they start to question me because they cant find the key. I have to talk to multiple people and have lengthy conversations in order to tell them that I did not drive that rental, I do not take their car key, and that yes - that is my bag! Now 5 hours later, I've talked them into breaking into the rental car and giving me my bag. Mind you - I was supposed to be at a work function meeting the other team members that night but instead it got turned into a crazy, frantic, stressful wild goose chase. Let me end this by saying the front lady and valet man were very kind to me. I understand mistakes happen. I work in customer service and totally understand that we're all human. However, management did not reach out to me after the incident nor after calling two times to report the incident. There were 3 chances where I tried to make contact and they ignored me when they could have just reached out and at least apologized! Im extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends/family

Yelp
OMG!! I really don't know where to start! I absolutely love this Hotel! The service I was provided was beyond expectations! I wanted to thank the General Manager SAYE for making the experience Smooth and for his great customer service! The guys at the bar were amazing! The drinks they made were sooo yummy! I can't wait to come back and stay here for the weekend ‍

Yelp
I have stayed at the Mosaic Hotel many times over the past year when seeing doctors in the area. Each time that I stay, Josh (the manager) and the entire staff know me and make me feel like family! Today, I met Phillipa Brown, the newest front desk staff member. I cannot say enough good things about Phillipa! From the moment she greeted me on the phone when I was making my reservation to checking out today, Phillipa made me feel welcome and always greets guests with a smile and a warm hello! Phillipa is a great addition to the team at The Mosaic Hotel! There are plenty of choices of high quality hotels to choose from while staying in Beverly Hills, and once again the Mosaic Hotel has raised the bar of quality and service by adding Phillipa Brown to the team. Whenever I come to Beverly Hills, I wouldn't stay anywhere other than the Mosaic!

Yelp
I have loved staying here. Small, cozy, and intimate. The hospitality and customer service is great. I had their breakfast and everything was fresh and prepared wonderfully. The room had a great design that was modern and sleek. The Nespresso maker was a pleasant surprise. It is close to downtown LA about 20minutes it beats the other hotels in price while still having quWill come back the next time we visit Beverly Hills.

Yelp
The staff is nice enough it's quite it's clean always ask for an upgrade The beds are decent The pool is sort of useless it's not deep and too small the bar is nice the dining area is pleasant our shower leaked never fixed it after I reported it to the front desk didn't get a discount on the room wasn't offered to have another room either

Yelp
This place is very meticulously thought out and executed. Every little detail is high tech, modern, and for lack of a better word: fancy. I'm really not sure why this hotel is not 5 stars. Fancy things: 1. Walls are not just painted drywall. They are made with white wall covering with modern molding on the ceiling. 2. Sheets and bedding (frette) is very high quality and has a subtle checkered pattern. 3. Room has a very open floor plan. Usually when you walk into a hotel room, the initial hallway is very narrow. In this room, the hallway is very wide which makes it feel much more open and it's easier to bring in your luggage. 4. The fixtures are all very expensive and high quality. Everything from faucets to shower head to sink to lamps. 5. Furniture is modern and high tech. The two night stands on each side of the bed are different from each other. One has a built in outlet with USB charging options. The other has a Cisco phone on top with a touch screen panel. 6. Washcloths and robes are extremely soft. 7. Has a safe, a mini bar, and a snack drawer. The snack drawer has a little bottle of Purel, which I appreciate. 8. All trash cans have bags. I really hate hotel trash cans that don't have any bags. 9. Samsung TV is 40" or 42"and high quality. 10. Nespresso machine in the room with pods. 11. Tile, flooring, recessed lighting, BVLGARI amenities. I could go on for days. 12. Hotel also has a nice pool but I didn't use it. And it's walking distance to rodeo and Santa Monica Blvd. (Wallace, sprinkles...etc.) They also have a number you can text to reach the front desk/concierge. Room for improvement: 1. Fabric laundry bag; 2. Disposable coffee cups; 3. Flavored creamers; 4. Splenda; 5. Complimentary water bottle for the coffee.

Yelp
Never will I ever stay here again, nor do I recommend for anyone who wants a carefree experience with great customer service. I booked a room for my best friends birthday, a two bedroom room. The lobby smelled like sewer so we didn't want to sit at the bar with that smell. I found hairs in the coffee cups and the closet door was broken. We went to dinner then came back to our room to freshen up and were told by the rude front desk guy the elevator was broken. We came back an hour later and the maintenance man who was mopping floors said it wasn't broken, the guy at the front just doesn't like to be bothered. Thanks guys, I paid to be treated like crap. BS. The next day as I check out, I have a $100 fee added. Valet charge, which no one used valet except for me, an occupancy charge since we had people in my room after dinner (ridiculous) who didn't spend the night, and a long distance charge for the phone. TOTAL BS!! I don't know why this place is even open, over priced with horrible employees and horrible customer service. I paid for a nice experience and left feeling taken advantage of since I paid so much for all these ridiculous charges. Don't stay here.

Yelp
I stayed here on August 21 for one night because of work. The hotel put me in a room outside of the main building near the pool. As a girl, I always try to stay at (at least) 4 star hotels for safety and cleanliness. I am willing to pay the premium for a peace of mind. So when I realized that the room was outside the main building, I was a little annoyed. I've stayed here before back in 2016 and really enjoyed my stay. But this room outside was much smaller. Then starting around 10:00pm, I heard the door bell ring for the room next door. I didn't think much until it kept ringing every 30 minutes for 2 hours. So I called the front lobby and was told that a family is staying next door and was probably going in and out. When I told him that I didn't hear any doors opening, he says he will come and check. Then the door bells started ringing more frequently like every 10 to 15 minutes, so I called the front desk again and asked for a different room. He said all the rooms are booked and that he would bring me ear plugs. He also explained that he checked and the room next door was vacant!!! Before he got to my room, the door bell rang at least 10 times in a span of 15 minutes. (I have videos) The employee came and explained that he called the engineer to come and fix the bells and that it might be due a short circuit. Even with the ear plugs and the TV on, I could still hear the door bell and now they were ringing 3 to 4 times at a time. By 2:00am, I wasn't getting any sleep and I had to work the next day so I called the front desk saying that I'm going to find another hotel and asked for a refund. Then the employee told me that he can put me in their sister hotel which is right next door. When I got there, the room had red wallpaper and a glass wall (see attached). This was Maison 140, which is a 3 star hotel that I specifically avoided when I was booking rooms because of safety issues and cleanliness. The next morning, I told the Mosaic hotel about last night and they already knew about the issue. They told me that the management is looking into this and will contact me. I never got any calls. The next day, I called the hotel again. They told me the manager will call me shortly, and you guessed it, they never called me. I had booked this hotel for stay in the upcoming week but cancelled that right away. The only good thing about this hotel was the nice employees at the front desk. But I will not be giving my business to this hotel or its sister hotel ever again.

Yelp
I will not state here again. The room was noisy and bright. It was facing the pool which had lights on all night. The room had shutters and the light came through the shutters. Customer service was not so good either, the person at he front desk did not look like she wanted to work and was rude the entire time. I paid TOP dollar for the room. I was charge $258.56 from Hotels.com when the room rate was $188, shame on Hotels.com. I was then provided the wrong bill 2 days later after my stay with the $188 room rate plus parking and resort fee. After 2 calls and 2 weeks later I am waiting o. A return phone call and the correct bill. Manager JAMES and employee AMY are unprofessional. JAMES hung up on me and refused to answer the house phone. The phone rang for over 5 minuets.

Yelp
This place has gone above and beyond for our family for the 2 weeks we were there during such a stressful time of packing up our house due to emergency construction, finding a new temporary home and moving all with 2 young kids under 3 and 2 12 y/o corgis. Drew was kind enough to assist getting us in as soon as possible and gave us an amazing rate. Annalyn, Mike, Memo, Henry and Stan are just so helpful and friendly! But a special shout out to our dear friend Josh who has gone above and beyond! I mean he shuffled rooms to accommodate our requests, he assisted with getting our food to us, opening doors and even played with our daughter when I was busy with contractors, workers, movers etc on the phone. It seems such a small thing but when your stress is so high from everything going on it's an extremely helpful gesture, My daughter even asks for him when he's off. We definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
I live in BH and met with a friend here for drinks randomly. They have live music on Thursday's so we sat by the pool to enjoy the vibe. I was surprised how great the food and service was here. Kat took great care of us and recommended a few great items on the menu, she was sweet and funny.

Yelp
If I took the top five categories for why we choose this hotel: Location - great for what I needed Price - one of the cheapest options on hotel tonight Quality - Dirty room and bed. Not messy, just as if a deep clean would make the room several shades lighter. Don't look at comforter under the bed sheet unless you want to know why I recommend sleeping with clothes on. Paper thin walls that made it hard to sleep as people above us walked around and you could hear conversations and TVs. Size - a lot of space which was nice. Service - they tried to help find the noise but didn't. The morning reception said they would switch us to top floor but didn't. So A for effort. Won't be staying here again but hope for their success!

Yelp
No red flags, but a host of slightly sub-par experiences (below) mean I'll choose somewhere else next time I visit LA. -Check-in took 15 mins+ due to a mix-up on the reservation (I had booked through a rewards program) -Housekeeping knocked both mornings despite having do not disturb on -My card key flashed yellow after a long night and I had to go back down to the front desk where they gave me another one but didn't explain what might have happened -The shower temp was hard to adjust -The light in the bathroom wouldn't stop flickering

Yelp
Charged me for a car which I never had and finally the manager took the $42 (per night) off the room charge. Charged me $20 per day for an "Urban Bundle" which I was completely unaware of, yet the desk clerk tonight told me tonight that I was entitled to 15% off the restaurant bill and free bottled water in the room. When I told the manger I used/received none of those things, he responded that I was also entitled to an evening cocktail, and "well didnt you use the internet?" I said yes I did use the internet. He said so you did enjoy the amenities. Not the point... I didn't know about the water or the discount or the cocktail. He offered me one night credit out of 5. I am unsatisfied with his attitude towards my concerns (James) and the overall way they have handled the "amenities" as they call them.

Yelp
This review is about my terrible experience booking a wedding block of rooms. Working with Mosaic/Maison 140 was a nightmare for our wedding. We reached out to Mosaic/Maison 140 approximately 8 months before our wedding. The Sales Manager we booked our wedding block with was great and provided a thorough contract that we were pleased with. However, chaos began shortly after we signed the contract. Communication from management to front-line staff was terrible. We had several complaints from guests who were unable to book through our wedding block. When they'd call in, the front desk staff would have no record of our wedding block. Myself and my partner had to call/email management several times. Several apologies and promises to "fix" the mistake proved to be mere talk as the issue with booking persisted the entire time before our wedding. The Sales Manager eventually left his position, and the new Sales Manager had no knowledge of our contract. I actually had to email him the contract to ensure parts of the contract were fulfilled on his end. We had arranged in our contract that we would be able to use space in the Mosaic for our afterparty free of charge. However, the Food and Beverage manager Whisper (also apparently unaware of the contract that clearly stated this) attempted at one point to aggressively confront me, implying that we would have to pay $2000 for the space. I had to email her the original contract as well to ensure she was aware of the legal requirements. At one point she had suggested the contract was no longer valid as the original signature was from someone who no longer worked for the hotel. I'm sure you can imagine how frustrating this would be, two weeks before the wedding. Part of the contract was that it would be a cash bar during the afterparty. However, when guests pulled up in the first shuttles, the bartender (who had no knowledge of the cash bar requirement due to poor communication from the higher-ups) began serving guests as if it was an open bar. When my father-in-law arrived, he informed the bartender and food service manager of the contract. Rather than the hotel acknowledging and taking responsibility for their error, my father-in-law ended up paying for the bill (approximately $700). Upon check out, the front desk staff attempted to charge me a higher rate than stated in the contract. I had to pull out the contract and show them to get this rectified (again, poor organization and communication). As well, there were multiple charges billed to my room. Part of the contract that we signed stated that NO food/drink charges could be placed to the bride/groom suite. How they managed to charge food/drinks to my room when both myself and my partner had not ordered anything is unacceptable. Once I found out about the open bar mishap, I demanded that the hotel refund my father-in-law, and that the General Manager (Gnell Abracosa) get in touch with me. However, Gnell never got in touch with me, and instead, a few days after our wedding the hotel charged my maid of honour's credit card (that was in our file) for the $700. I then had to go back to the hotel to speak in person with someone. Gnell continued to avoid my calls/emails (as she had the entire time- I never actually met her and only spoke with her once on the phone). I was placed in touch with Steve Russell (Operations Supervisor) who acted as a go-between for myself and Gnell. More chaos ensued as I worked to get the $700 charge sorted out. In the end, the hotel did accept responsibility for their error. Ultimately this was the most stressful part of our entire wedding. I would NEVER recommend this hotel for a wedding block, or for a large event.

Yelp
I will say this is the best hotel in Beverly hills if you are looking for something that feels like a home away from home. The staff is incredible my favorite is Kat she can make a mean drink and she always greets me with a smile. I would recommend anyone stay here if you want to stay in the heart of BH without the crowd
